Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

The place was super nice , everything was close to walk the malecon ,restaurants the pool had beautiful view great for pictures Andrea was super responsive definitely looking foward to go back ☺️

Just got back from staying 9 days here. Location is awesome - close enough to town but not too close. $7 Uber rides to get into town. Beautiful and private pool and beach area. Had one issue come up on our first day in which the Property Manager Nacho took care of immediately. Nacho also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also lined up an in-house masseuse to come to the villa. The villa had plenty of room for the 5 adults and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils one would need. Some key things one may want to know: there is private washer and dryer but they are not located within the unit but within in the building. There is only one hair dryer in the unit. Beach towels are supplied. Our villa was cleaned twice in the 9 days we were there - toilet paper and towels were restocked at those times but if more is needed you would need to supply. We will definitely be back! Host very responsive and even checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

Great apartment in best neighborhood especially if you enjoy large selection of vegan options. Grocery store block & a half away. Buses & Malecon handy. The apartment is secure, spacious & quiet. I loved the windows out to the garden. Slept hard & sound every night. Mery & Jeff are the sweetest hosts. We would definitely return here.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

This was our second visit and we love this place. We have children, so the access to the beach and pool right out your back door is great. The optional meal service is outstanding. The ladies are so accommodating, work to give you the best experience possible and are willing to tailor the meals to the needs of your party. It helps if you know some Spanish though. Xavier is always extremely prompt with responses and ensures you are taken care of. Thanks everyone!

Our stay at Cesar’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Its location on the beach provided us with great views and a great place to walk from the house to the nearby marina and local restaurants. The house was open and comfortable, and fully equipped for cooking meals. Large grocery stores are 15 minutes away in Bucerias, but the Marina was a great source of freshly caught seafood on a daily basis. The expansive yard had sun exposure all day long, and the private pool provided a great way to cool off. The house was a comfortable temperature with minimal need for air conditioning. We rented a car which made it easy to visit nearby Punta Mira, Sayulita and Bucerias. Cedar was an excellent host, checking in with us regularly over our 10 day stay. He provided us with recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and was always available if we had questions. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias previously, but La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is our new favourite!

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around his place. We stayed for almost a month and after our first night we felt like it was our home away from home. We were provided with wifi, a nice tv on the main level to watch the streaming services, kitchen utensils to cook with. Upstairs is the bedroom with a great view for morning coffees and to watch the whales. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, we used it sparingly as the nights cooled off enough for us. His location is perfect. We went back and forth each day across the highway , which has lights to cross safely, about three times a day - we would have morning coffee at Ninos, beach in the afternoon and then suppers in or out. There are places in Bucerias to buy fresh produce and meat for eating in. Oscar provided water refills and responded quickly to our messages. We took a bus trip to La Peñita one day and the Pacifico bus stop was very close and easy to get to. A very pleasant stay with a great host!

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Liz was very attentive and responsive from Day 1. The home was great, cozy, we loved the AC and fan in each room, good night sleep each night ok 👌 kitchen was fully equipped with items to us to cook. Liz was very respectful and helpful with everything.

Jill’s condo is just fabulous! Everything you think you might need is there. Her condo is quiet (it sets back from a lot of busy streets), yet walkable to the beach (about 7 minute walk), wonderful restaurants, Lázaro Cárdenas park, great farmacias, etc… It’s just incredible! Jill is the best host you could ever find! From sending instructions and videos on how to get into the building and get the condo keys, being incredibly responsive, making sure you have all you need in the condo, helping with information for whatever questions arise, and providing a place that makes you feel alive, has amazing sunsets, and makes you feel right at home! She and her condo are the best, and we stay there every year!!

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

The whole stay was phenomenal. The property is beautiful. Pools, restaurant, beach, location, everything couldn’t have been better. We travelled with 2 other couples who had different condos in the same tower, ours was by far the best. The balcony is so large and about 3x’s the size of what our friends had. And our host… was the most responsive out of all of us. Great vacation, great property, great experience!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

Peter was an amazing host. From the moment I inquired about his place, he was extremely responsive usually within minutes. We had a couple of minor issues and Peter went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The place was exactly as pictured and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
