This place was such a blessing. I had an emergency situation come up and needed a place to stay asap. David was very quick, accommodating, and responsive to all my questions. I was able to check in less than an hour after messaging him! The place itself is perfect for long term stays and the internet is strong and steady which is crucial for me since I am on video calls all day. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and a convenient water delivery service. The included weekly cleaning service is a great amenity- Olga is just the sweetest <3 Looking forward to staying in the future!

My husband and I had an amazing three-night stay at this condo and absolutely fell in love with it! The location in Zona Romántica is unbeatable—everything you need is just a quick, enjoyable walk away. The showstopper has to be the rooftop pool. It’s absolutely breathtaking, and the best part? You can order food and drinks while you soak in the views. We spent an entire day up there, and it was pure paradise. The condo itself is sleek, modern, and spotless—truly a home away from home. The only thing to mention is that it’s on the second floor, so there’s some street noise in the living room. The bedroom, however, is totally peaceful. It didn’t bother us at all, but if you need complete silence, this might not be the spot for you. Andres, our host, went above and beyond. We were greeted with delicious margaritas and fresh guacamole—such a fantastic touch! He even helped us book relaxing massages, making our stay extra special. We can’t wait to book this condo again on our next trip

This was my 4th stay in the unit. There is a reason for this. I started one review with Location Location Location, because it is in an ideal spot. Joe Jacks fish/seafood restaurant is just a few doors away. Same with a Starbucks, and the Saturday farmers market is about 2 or 3 blocks away. Also a well stocked market has most everything you need and 3 blocks away. The building and unit are beautiful. The windows, and balcony sliding doors, are double-pane windows so the unit is very quiet. The bed is a king size and for me, very comfortable. Always enjoy my time in Yuri's unit. And I think you will too.

I loved our stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s place. The bed is super comfy and you cannot beat the views. The rooftop pool was also amazing! I am sad to be back in the Colorado cold :(

The condo felt very safe and the roof pool was as relaxing and lovely as the photos suggest. We walked everywhere from the beach, to the grocery stores, to the open-air market, coffee shops, and Marina. I recommend exploring the opposite direction as the beach for fresh produce and local restaurants if you want to try something other than the big chain shops. The condo was very comfortable, we only needed the AC on for about 1/2hr to cool it down before bed. Everything was great!

El lugar es tal como se describe, todo impecable! El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Es tranquila el area. Hay restaurantes y tiendas cercanas, mejor aun si llevas auto para trasladarte. Lo recomiendo!

Gynna's condo was a true delight. We felt instantly at home thanks to the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Gynna and Rogelio were exceptional hosts, attentive and responsive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Malecon, Costco, and other shops. We're already planning our return to Puerto Vallarta and wouldn't hesitate to book with Gynna again.

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

A truly amazing place that exceeded expectations! The concierge team made the check in and check out process a breeze. The condo itself was clean, stocked with essentials, and beautiful. The patio was the highlight, with an amazing view that brought in great natural light and contributed to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop pool and lounge area was breathtaking. Overall, a really great experience!

Amazing condo, the decor very welcoming and made you feel like you were at home. All the amenities that we needed and close to everything. Looking forward to a return visit!!

Sandra's place was a good fit for my wife and I. The one bedroom, bathroom and living area were perfectly adequate for our needs and the kitchen permitted us to cook most anything. Air conditioning worked just fine. The building has five floors but we enjoyed being on the first since we could walk over to the pool in 30 seconds. The gym was even closer and we used it a lot: has three aerobic machines and a weight apparatus that was pretty good. We discovered a wonderful Asian restaurant, Tuk Tuk, about two blocks away and the supermarket was even closer. All in all a nice location. Sandra was available through the AirBnB app with no delays and Jesús who lives in PV met us on the first day and came over quickly when we had the occasional issue.

Ozkan's place is hidden gem with true value oozing out of every room. I can't say enough about this amazing property, Ozkan's hospitality, and the awesome amenities (includes a high end gym, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a washer/dryer, and 2 balconies in the condo). Ozkan is extremely responsive, the check-in is easy, and the instructions are clear. I highly recommend this property in Zona Romantica! This property is on the 5th floor with the secondary pool right outside the front door. Did I mention that this property just may have the best view in central PV? Yes, everything is super clean and well organized. Security is friendly and the location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, fun bars, or some of the hottest restaurants. Location, Location, Location! This property has 2 full bathrooms that are fully stocked including extra bathroom towels. Everything was comfy including the large sofa where you can connect to the bluetooth speaker. Ozkan has the best 1 bedroom AirBnB in PV!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

This was a fantastic condo…great space, nice bathrooms , very comfortable, excellent pool, 24 hour secured building, great location and smooth check in. Lorenzo was quick to respond and the front desk staff are super friendly. Tons of great restaurants in the area! I’d love to go back here!

Great place, centrally located and able to walk to the beach, shopping and plenty of food choices. Communication was excellent and very helpful. Building security was also nice, friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

This was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Alan is the most accommodating and communicative host. The house is absolutely stunning and massive. The top floor has a beautiful balcony that has beautiful views and is a great place to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine. We had the house chef, Rosa, cook us breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious. We had a group of 12 and it was so convenient to have the meals at home and it was seriously SO YUMMY!! We couldn’t have asked for a better and more memorable stay and I will never stay anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta. We came for my bachelorette trip and all of us had such a good time using the pool, kitchen, gym, etc. the location is also a short uber to town. Our flight got delayed (and later cancelled) and Alan was accommodating and let us keep our bags at the house till we figured out our next steps & everyone was so kind and patient. I seriously cannot say enough about how incredible our weekend was here.

Wow! What an incredible stay we had at Jamie’s place for our honeymoon. The air bnb had everything we needed and more! A beautiful private oasis, we never wanted to leave. Jamie was friendly and had us well stocked with water and treats when we arrived. The neighborhood is outside of the tourist area (which we like) but it was a cheap uber downtown. There’s lots of great food walkable from the house as well. We loved brewings, happy house, and the tacos right on the corner! Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next trip to PV. We will definitely be back.

The place is in a beautiful gate complex, we felt safe and everyone was friendly. Each room is air-conditioned as well as ceiling fan bed are comfortable. Pool,hot tube and bbq is well keep with patio tables and lounge chairs. I would recommend this place I hope to return

The place was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and felt like home, with nice green areas and a gorgeous swimming pool, also It is close to the main road and just a few minutes from the Nuevo Vallarta Nayarit area. Rodrigo was fast to answer and very helpful
