Todo excelente Jesús fue muy amable e incluso nos dejó salir un poco más tarde del check out pues nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde. La casa muy limpia, camas cómodas y siempre muy atento a contestar nuestras dudas. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Jaime’s place along with his team of Monica and Jesus worked very well to make sure our stay was comfortable. This is a safe and friendly area where local residents of Puerto Vallarta live. Jaime was there to greet us with a cold beverage when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and has an air fryer/over/toaster and a 5 burner propane stove. Large fridge with freezer. We did a major shopping when we arrived and there are local grocery/fruit markets and a bakery within walking distance. The extra large king size bed was heavily to sleep in! We had a very enjoyable stay!

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Our group of eight had a wonderful stay at Casa Coco! Marge provided very clear instructions prior to checking in and even asked for what groceries and items we would like in the house prior to our arrival. Carmen, the house chef, prepared incredible meals throughout our stay and was very flexible with our schedule! The house had amazing views of the ocean and Zona Romantica below and was conveniently located right next to stairs that lead down to the shops and restaurants below. It was overall an amazing time and we would stay at Casa Coco again!

The condo exceeded our expectations. It is open, spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and very well appointed. It’s better than what the pictures of the listing can show. The views are spectacular (we saw wales in the bay almost every day). Beds are very comfortable. There are no mosquitoes (in January) and you can leave the large windows open. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe. You can hear some dogs and roosters during the day and night but that didn’t bother us at all. The kitchen has all you need for home cooking (Uber eats delivery from Comer works well). Cindy is very helpful and responds very quickly: she’s a wonderful host. It’s nice to sit on the top floor by the pool during the day or at night. The walk down to the Malecon via Allende takes about 10 minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants around. Given how steep the hill is it’s better to take an Uber back up. Our stay couldn’t have been better!!

Liz was very attentive and responsive from Day 1. The home was great, cozy, we loved the AC and fan in each room, good night sleep each night ok 👌 kitchen was fully equipped with items to us to cook. Liz was very respectful and helpful with everything.

Upstairs bathrooms showers it takes a while to get hot water some of the time we took a cool shower.

My wife and I just finished two months in this amazing house. Having lived in PV for several years before, we knew the neighborhood well - it’s a quieter little enclave across the river, but very quickly walkable to zona romantica. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much Mexican style and charm built in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms are super comfy and quiet. The bathrooms are nice. The roof terraces are beautiful and so relaxing. And the internet was fast and electricity was reliable if you need to work, like I was (only comment re: this is that the house next door seems to raise roosters, so you’ll definitely hear them - bring good headphones that filter the noise if you need to for work calls :) ). Janine was also super responsive whenever we had questions, and her local caretaker David was always around to help with anything needed. We truly loved this house, and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay.

I highly recommend it. In particular, people who want to live a peaceful everyday life should stay here. There are several supermarkets nearby. Eduardo is a very kind and reliable person.

Super bien el lugar. Nosotros fuimos 7 huéspedes y estuvimos de maravilla las dos noches. Súper amplio el lugar, limpio, en buena zona (se puede ir caminando al Walmart, a la playa). El estacionamiento muy bien, y la alberca también súper cómoda porque no había nadie más. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

What a beautiful place! Photos cannot do it justice. The spaciousness and open design of the main living area, as well as the large bedrooms, made this a perfect accommodation for a large group. Our family spent many hours in and around the lovely pool. The beach was a walkable distance away, and we enjoyed swimming in the waves. Food options are numerous in Bucerias. We especially enjoyed some of the local eateries. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood where local shops and street life are part of the experience of vacationing in Bucerias. Communication with hosts Lara and James was easy, and they were accommodating of our needs. For example, they provided a playpen for an infant to sleep in. When our flight to Mexico was delayed, James kindly met us at the house in the wee hours. We highly recommend this amazing place.

Nos encantó quedarnos en su alojamiento todos los host fueron súper amables y estaban en constante comunicación conmigo y mi familia, son muy amigables e incluso mi perrita se sintió como en casa.

The stay couldnt have been more than what I imagined! Great place to stay with a team of staff that was readily available with whatever question or issue I had. The place looks even better than the photos. Comfy feeling the entire stay for even the times when we were too tired for the city it was a perfect nest for the whole family. Would definitely recommend!

La casa es tal cual como se muestra en más fotos, está en un coto privado muy tranquilo, la alberca tenía buena temperatura para poder usarla en la noche, sin duda repetiría en la casa de Arnold si vengo a Vallarta, Arnold en todo momento estuvo al pendiente y apoyándome en todas mis dudas.

Great place to stay with very good and responsive host. Pool was nice with spectacular views. Was able to host a small wedding here. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you again!
