Had an amazing 9-day trip. The place was beautiful very comfortable. Included many amenities great location plenty of stuff to do. I would highly recommend staying if you had the opportunity. The host communicated everything check-in was very easy. Really enjoyed my trip.

Me gustó mucho el depto de Cecilia, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada y me dejó llegar antes, ya que traía maletas, me gustó mucho el lugar tiene todo lo que necesitaba y estaba muy moderno y limpio se los recomiendo para estadías de cortas a largas, además de que en la esquina venden un pan muy rico.

The apartment is located in perfect area where there are several supermarkets, easy and close to go everywhere. The building is well secured and with gym. Luis Gabriel’s team is always there to communicate and help. Some incidents happened on my first day, they did their best to help me solve it. Although sometimes the water in bath is not hot even done everything it should take, but I assume it is the issue of the whole district not just this apartment, since I suffered same problems in the other apartment in different building here. This apartment is highly recommended and will be my option next time I visited the city.

Todo estuvo excelente. Enrique fue muy amable y estuvo atento a todas mis preguntas y lo que hiciera falta. El depa es muy limpio y acogedor, con una hermosa vista y en un barrio muy bonito y tranquilo. Contaba con todas las comodidades , es moderno y hay mucha seguridad. Sin duda volvería!

Vannya is very knowledgeable- and knows about art and culture. She speaks good English - her apartment is in a very safe and secure building a few steps from the famous museums and the “City Market” an upscale food and wine market. It is around the corner from the BMW and Ferrari dealerships. Apartment is very modern clean and well appointed. The location is the best - just 5 minutes walk to the Apple Store and a very safe neighborhood—

El lugar concide con las fotos. es muy sencillo pero bonito y cumple con la función de tener un buen descanso. El señor Sergio fue sumamente amable y me apoyo en mis dudas.

Me gustan mucho alojarme en esta casa. Fue muy acogedora, tanto que te sientes como en casa, el ambiente tranquilo y es justo y como se describe en las fotos. Además Carlos siempre estuvo al pendiente desde el inicio. Sin duda regresaría aquí 😊.

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado, a solo unas cuadras del centro de Coyoacan, y a pesar de estar a media cuadra de una avenida importante, es muy silencioso. Tiene un patio muy lindo y con una mesa grande. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, bien decoradas y equipadas. Viajamos 11 personas y todas estuvimos muy cómodas en las habitaciones. Ampliamente recomendable.

Excelente opción para quedarse, ya sea de negocios o de placer. Zona muy segura y agradable a la vista. Las instalaciones confortables y espaciosas. José Luis siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra estadía. Altamente recomendable.

Mi estancia en esta casa fue excelente. Desde el inicio, mi anfitrión fue muy comunicativo y siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda o necesidad. La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones, impecablemente limpia y con todos los detalles cuidados. Además, es un espacio muy acogedor, ideal para descansar y sentirse como en casa. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

The place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Luis was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I’d recommend this place to anyone trying to enjoy the southern part of the city. Thank you guys!

I can't say enough good things about my stay with Karla and Fer. I've used Airbnb a lot, but they're honestly in a league of their own. The kind of hosts who don't just solve problems - they prevent them from happening in the first place. When I mentioned being sensitive to light while sleeping, they went and installed complete blackout shades OUTSIDE the bedroom windows to make sure not even a crack of light got through. The place itself is perfect (that home theater system got plenty of use!), and the wifi is super fast - though they offered to upgrade it to gigabit speeds if I needed it. But what really sets them apart is how genuinely thoughtful they are. They found out it was my birthday during my stay and surprised me with a gift, even after I insisted they didn't need to do anything. They even held onto some of my luggage for a week after I checked out. It's these little moments of kindness that really stuck with me. If you're heading to Mexico City, just stay here.

This Air Bnb was amazing and the hosts were responsive at all times. They were amazing! The apartment is in a private complex. There are several towers within the complex and there is 24 hr security at the main gate. Once you arrive you will let them know which apartment and tower you are staying in and they let you in. Once in the actual tower the administrator will take your biometrics and a picture of your face so you are able to come and go with either your face or your fingerprint. Your face gets you in the main gate and your fingerprint gets you into the tower. We also found that if you don’t want to climb all the stairs into the complex you can come in through the underground parking with the Face ID and then head to the tower and use your fingerprint to get in. That ended up being a lot easier. The apartment was spacious and we all slept so well. My nephew worked out in the gym several times he loved it! There is a Walmart a block away as well if you forget anything.

I absolutely loved this apartment. It was comfortable, as a solo female traveling I felt safe, and it was conveniently located. I would be happy to come back and stay here again. I would be willing to stay here for an extended stay if I could. :) The experience was made even better by Denisse being extremly responsive, checking in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. She was very caring host and I greatly appreciated how much attention she gave me during my stay.

My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Great place! Clean and it’s fully equipped for staying couple of days. Walmart close. The building is also cool and people are friendly and willing to help.

Our host Diego, was excellent! He was both proactive with providing important information and responsive to questions and requests. The unit is a studio style, so just big enough for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen had all of the basics that you need to prepare meals and overall the unit was very clean. If you're looking for a safe and secure building, this one is. Security is excellent here. t There's also 2 well-appointed gyms available. The only downside is the neighborhood. It's not a great walking area for restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. You are a 10 minute Uber ride from Polanco and true to the building name, the views of el bosque are beautiful both day and night. Especially from this apartment! A very good stay for us!

Me sentí, como en casa. El edificio es muy seguro, solo pueden entrar los inquilinos. Y tenía de todo material de limpieza. Lavadora, para planchar, secadoras de cabello, y para cocinar tenía de todo, sartenes, ollas, especies, vajillas, copas de vino. Internet, Cablevisión. Nadie puede entrar y subir al edificio solo los inquilinos porque tienen claves y tarjetas de seguridad, en el lobby mucha vigilancia quien entra y quien sale las 24 hrs. Y está sobre Av. Paseo de Reforma. Una vista espectacular. Muy recomendable

Great place to stay with a perfect host. Excellent water pressure and never ending hot water. High quality towels and linens. Stocked kitchen complete with cooktop and oven. I washed laundry every night. IZZY TV complete with Fox News Channel. Fast internet. Super clean room and building. Building has pool and other amenities I didn't use this trip but might next time. Bed slept great and plenty of closet and bathroom/mirror space. Building entry/exit super easy. Building security always present and super friendly. Entry into elevators is key card controlled....you get your own card. Security team knew me on the second day. Nice view of the area from the room and a view of the other direction from the entry walkway. Great rental.
