I really enjoyed our stayed that I extended our stay for 10 more days. The place is amazing. My son is 9 years old on the spectrum. I am very particular about where we stay when on vacation and I have to mention that we feel so comfortable that he doesn’t want to go back home. We both love it because it really feels like home. The staff on the premises are super friendly and helpful. There’s a mini market right next door to the entrance to the building. We have walked to different restaurants that are 7 minutes walk. The pool area is perfect to enjoy with the family. I believe is a new building, because everything is in perfect condition. I promise That this apartment is way better than the 5 stars hotels in the area. I have been to all and can’t compare. Thank you for providing us with such an amazing place to vacation in.

This modern apartment in Cayalá was perfect for our quick overnight stay. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Paseo Cayalá and a quick drive to the American Embassy. Here's a breakdown of our experience: Location: The proximity to Cayalá is a major plus. We loved being able to easily access the shops and restaurants. The proximity to the embassy is also a huge plus for those who need it. Amenities: The building amenities are outstanding! Even for our short stay, we appreciated knowing there was a pool, gym, and other facilities available. The apartment itself had all the essentials, reliable wifi, and TVs in both bedrooms. The 2 parking spots are a huge plus. Cleanliness and Comfort: The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. We felt right at home. Check-in/Security: The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions. The 24-hour security provided peace of mind.

Increíble! Desde que llegamos fue muy fácil encontrar el lugar y las indicaciones para llegar son muy precisas, el lugar tiene el espacio suficiente para que dos personas puedan estar cómodos, bonita vista y excelente ubicación. Definitivamente si vuelvo a Guatemala me hospedaré aquí.

The apartment was very clean, pretty, has a good view, it's well located, you can literally walk from the building to ciudad de Cayalá, it's about 10min walk, a lot of security, you can cross the street without a problem, you don't need a taxi or anything like an Uber to get to ciudad de Cayalá, there is no need. We had a situation with the internet but Anne got it resolved very quickly for us, also there was no mop and she kindly stopped by to leave us a new one, every time we had a question she always replied to us very quickly, she was very attentive and kind with us, she is a great host, awesome person, we loved how she treated us, and we will definitly book with her again. We recommend her 110%. Good price, great host, we loved it! ❤️ , we want to go back soon.

We absolutely loved staying here. The home is large, spacious, beautiful and the kids loved the pool. It was just perfect. This was also a very last minute reservation and Jennifer accomodated us wonderfully. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

It's a beautiful and spacious place, ideal for relaxing and having a good time. It has everything you need, very clean and with lovely views, close to the center if you have a car or if you order a taxi. Lissette is very kind and answers our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this location. It is private and provides a secure entry and exit way. It was clean, orderly and has a functional layout plus an attached private garage enclosure for 2 vehicles. If we were to offer a recommendation to the host it would to provide additional towels. We do, however, recommend eating at San Martin’s located right next door, within walking distance in the sought out Plaza Madero. Also, grateful to the hosts for their quick and professional replies. If we visit again in the near future, we plan to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a quiet gated residential neighborhood! Only 15 minutes by Uber to the center of Antigua. Parking is challenging in Antigua so walking to town or Uber is easier. Dorian’s casa is comfortable, nicely decorated with local art, and more beautiful than the pictures. There is a large steam room and large jacuzzi to enjoy. The gardens and the property are breathtaking. You will want to be outside as much as possible. The views of the volcanos are mesmerizing. The neighborhood is very walkable and has 3 parks to enjoy. Alicia the housekeeper and Rolando the groundskeeper met us on arrival and were attentive to our needs during our stay. We can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you Doran and el Tojil, Karla and Nick

Nice stay in a gated community. Nice balcony to sit and hang out on. Located fairly close to Antigua( about 2-3miles). Driving to Antigua takes about 20-25 mins due to traffic. But overall very nice spot.
