Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Gilberto and Elena were the best hosts we've ever had! They were incredibly kind and made my family and me feel right at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. The stay was comfortable, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. I highly recommend staying with them – they truly made our trip special!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche bei Renato und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war viel Platz, alles war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kein Wohnbereich, aber große Schlafzimmer mit Sofa und Klimaanlage. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Sonnenliegen und großem Garten sind einfach genial. Renato ist super freundlich, hat uns viele, sehr gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben und war generell gut zu erreichen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmal einen großen Dank an Renato.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Pasamos 2 días hermosos en Venecia alojados en la casa de Viorica. Amplia, muy cómoda, reluciente e inmaculada. El apartamento está en una zona muy comercial y accesible a todos los medios de transporte que nos llevaron a nuestros destinos de visita con facilidad. Sin dudas recomiendo 100% el apartamento de Viorica y volveremos con seguridad en cuanto podamos

El apartamento es como nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Dispone de todos los servicios útiles (2 duchas, 3 camas y una supletoria, lavadora, wifi). Está en una zona a la entrada de la ciudad, tranquila y peatonal, cerca de las estaciones de autobuses y tren, con un supermercado cerca. Muy cómodo para no arrastrar maletas por la ciudad. Aunque esté más lejos de lo más destacable de Venecia, es un detalle muy menor porque la ciudad es impresionante en cada uno de sus rincones. Fabiano ha sido siempre muy disponible y comprensivo. Un 10!

Es una casa muy linda que tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Tiene buena ubicación a unos metros del tranvía y la atención de Lorenzo fue de lo mejor ya que nos fue a buscar a la estación de trenes para ir a la casa y luego nos llevó al aeropuerto para irnos. Totalmente recomendado este lugar.

Mi estadía fue excelente, pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención de Cristina. Desde el primer momento fue cálida, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota el cuidado y dedicación que le pone a cada detalle del lugar: todo estaba impecable, bien pensado y con un ambiente acogedor que hizo que me sintiera como en casa. Además, Cristina fue muy flexible y estuvo pendiente de cada una de mis necesidades, lo cual agradezco profundamente. Sin duda, es una anfitriona excepcional que eleva por completo la experiencia. ¡Gracias por todo, Cristina!

Paolo was amazing and on top of everything. Clear instructions and would message back quickly. He also helped us with a water taxi recommendation for an early morning airport transfer.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Anna’s place was great, nice amount of space, lovely roof top deck! She was a great host and we would 100% stay here again if coming back to Venice!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

Excellent séjour en famille à 4 chez Barbara, quartier étudiant très sympathique et authentique. Appartement bien chauffé pour l'hiver, très agréable et cosy. Lumineux avec un grand Velux. Lits très confortables Cuisine petite mais bien équipée pour cuisiner. Supermarché et épiceries proches pour faire les courses. Vaporetto 2 sur le quai à quelques minutes à pied. Presque direct pour San Marco. On peut explorer Venise facilement et se promener dans les petites ruelles, les ponts et places autour de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention, si vous avez des problèmes locomoteurs: Escalier raide et étroit pour acceder au logement.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft direkt am Meer,sehr ruhig gelegen ca40 min mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bis nach Venedig und nach Insel Murano gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen .

velmi hezké ubytování v soukromí uprostřed polí u hlavni Silnice. Dům byl čistý, s majitelem byla rychlá komunikace a vše proběhlo dle domluvy. skvělá byla klimatizace, kterou jsme pouštěli když jsme byli pryč a ložnice si tak příjemné vyhladili. Vse je moderní a útulné. Doporučuji repelent, na zahradě je hodně komárů. děkuji za vše.

BnB tenuto e gestito benissimo con l'host Erika ch'è super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ed esigenza.... (anche se abbiamo fatto il check-in fuori orario, era pure tardissimo, Lei era comunque lì ad aspettarci per darci il Tour della casa e come navigare in generale ).... se avete intenzione di passare una vacanza da quelle parti il BnB di Mario e Olga è il migliore sia per il paesaggio che per la casa stessa.... 5 stelle consigliatissimo.

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, hat einen wunderschönen Garten inklusive Gartenmöbeln (Pool, Spielzeug, Sandkasten). Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch eingerichtet. Alles was für ein Urlaub benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Da wir im Herbst da waren, haben wir auch den Pellet Ofen ausprobiert, der eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Wärme erzeugt hat. die Wohnung war super sauber. Auch ideal für Kinder geeignet. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Wasser und Strand. Hier konnte gebadet werden und Strandgut gesammelt werden. Jesolo, sowie Einkaufszentrum/Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar. Am Ende der Straße befindet sich ein wunderbarer kleiner Bäcker, wir empfehlen die piccolo panino. Saskia war ein unglaublich netter Host. Hat uns kurz vor der Reise angeschrieben bezüglich der Betten, was wir für die Kinder bräuchten, Bettwäsche vorhanden… Schlüsselübergabe ganz flexibel und unproblematisch. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Wir waren seit dem 1. August in Roveredo bei Claudio und es war einfach wunderschön bei ihm hier kann man die ruhe pur genießen alles war perfekt der Garten mit dem Brunnen war für meine Kinder sehr schön und Claudio ist ein Herzensguter Mensch sowas liebes wie ihn hab ich schon lange nicht mehr kennengelernt er hat uns bei der Ankunft so viel vorfinden lassen Kekse , Milch, Trinken, eine riesengroße Menge an Obst ,Kaffee, Nudel,Tomatensauce und nach 2 Tagen wurden wir verwöhnt mit Süssem und ein Tag vor der Abreise wieder Süsses bekommen alles in einem ein total wundervoller Urlaub in Roveredo ich kann das Wunderschöne große Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden Aufjedefall wieder kommen Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank an dich Claudio du bist wunderbar Danke für alles
