Zürich : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Arno y sus co-anfitriones fueron nada pero amables, atentos y resolutivos en todo momento. Hice petición de early check in y fue posible, lo que es de agradecer la flexibilidad. Por otro lado fue una semana de sol, sol y más sol, lo que me llevó a extender una semana más en Zúrich y fue fácil solo con modificar la reserva, no hubo más comisiones ni limpieza, todo se incluyó y se modificó gratuitamente dentro de la primera reserva. (No sabía que se podía modificar y filme ayudaron) La luz y claridad del este ático fue increíble, el barrio céntrico y tranquilo bien conectado de todo y unos 8fr de media en uber de para llegar a la estación central. Servicio de lavandería gratuito y a más a más Ahmed trabajando en la compañía y en el edificio por si se requería de alguna amenity i faltaba cualquier cosa como sábanas o productos para limpiar el departamento.

Location ! Location! Location ! Right near the lake/ river…. With an amazing promenade. Modern beautiful penthouse with all amenities as mentioned. Lot of groceries, restaurants etc nearby. We didn’t get to meet the host as we were greeted by someone on their behalf who was cheerful & nice …. Though short on English. But we managed fine :) We recommend this place highly Cheers !

Peter’ s apartment is in a great position, silent place but near to Meierhofpkatz were the tram 13 can be taken to easily reach the center. It is a cleaned renovated apartment with all one need and with a nice view on the garden. Both Peter and Silvia were nice hosts:)

We absolutely loved our stay here! The beautiful apartment was even more warm and inviting than the photos, and there was plenty of space for our family of 3. We found everything we needed, including a large wardrobe and Miele appliances top to bottom. Everything worked perfectly, down to the blinds linked to the centralised light switches! There is a flight of somewhat narrow stairs from the street up to the lift, which was no problem for our little toddler, but do keep this in mind. The lift opens up right into the apartment — very cool! The location just up the street from Bahnhofstrasse is so convenient for exploring Zurich, as well as the main station for day trips. It was easy to communicate with Jörg, and check in/out was simple with clear instructions. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Catalina’s place! Catalina was very friendly & responsive, and she let us check in a little early given the previous guests were already gone. This was very helpful to us and much appreciated. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival and looks exactly like the pictures. Very close to public transport, and the area was safe and convenient! Thanks for a great stay Catalina!

My stay at Stephan's apartment was perfect. The apartment is really spacious and well served with public transports.

Danke für die Möglichkeit bei euch unterzukommen! Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zur Bahnhaltestelle und man kommt ganz entspannt in die Stadt. Die Kommunikation ist super einfach und wir durften nach Absprache früher einchecken. Eine große Empfehlung von uns ist die Zürich-Card. Damit kann man 24 oder 72 h Bahn/Bus/Boot fahren und bekommt viele Ermäßigungen. Wenn ihr in das Spa geht bucht auf jeden Fall mit dem römischen Bad und nicht nur das Thermalbad. Der Bereich ist viel schöner und ruhiger. Absolut eine Empfehlung wert ohne den Beriech würde sich das nicht lohnen also da lieber die paar Euro mehr ausgeben! Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit und können die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage und der Kommunikation sehr empfehlen. Die Wände sind etwas dünn, so dass man zwischendurch die Nachbarn hört aber nachts ist es ruhig und man kann gut schlafen :)

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Super close to a tram stop which made it easy to get into Zurich. Safe and quiet neighborhood. My mother in law ended up having emergency surgery while we were there - the hospital is a 3 minute walk from the house. Thomas and his family were so kind and helpful during a stressful situation. While the vacation did not go as planned, being in such a beautiful space made all the difference! We would love to come and stay at Thomas' home anytime!

Silvia's place is exactly as advertised. We traveled with our three year old. After reading some other reviews, I was a little bit nervous, but we had no problems. The house was a nice temperature and I didn't feel like my 3 year old was unsafe on the steps or in the back yard. We moved a couple of art pieces that he was most interested in to high shelves. He loved being able to walk to the grocery store, the hiking trails, and a couple of playgrounds nearby. The #31 bus stop is less than a 5 min walk and runs every 15 min. If you take it one way its just one stop and then loops back, great for entertaining your toddler, the other way goes in Zurich through the hbf. For my work I needed a car, and we found the off street dedicated parking spot really nice. Silvia was extremely helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,echt toll. Sie hat uns sogar unten am Parkplatz abgeholt. Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen mitten in der Natur. S10 ist in 21 Minuten direkt an der Bahnhofstrasse.

Très belle maison, dans un joli cadre très vert, adapté aux familles, parfaitement équipée. Communication fluide et réactive. Seule petite surprise : quelques passages d'avions certains jours juste au-dessus de la maison.

Tolle Auszeit mit Freunden oberhalb von Zürich! Im Sommer sicher ein Traum auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und zu Grillen, dann würde nur noch ein Schwimmbad fehlen 😉 Die Unterkunft ist toll, absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder!

We had another wonderful stay in Vera's house. we love the spacious rooms and being surrounded by nature and yet so close to the city. Vera and Michael were always very responsive and helpful and so were their friendly neighbors. It was our second stay in this house and we are definitely going back.

Cesare’s apartment is cozy, spotless, and feels like a real home - it was hard to leave! The charming old building is beautifully maintained with modern updates, and it stays warm in winter. He even left us a lovely bottle of Argentine Malbec, which was a thoughtful touch. This is easily one of the best and most affordable stays in Zurich! It’s ideal for two adults. A few more towels would be nice, but overall, a fantastic stay!

Ci siamo considerati molto fortunati a conoscere la signora Karin a stare nel suo appartamento luminoso pulito ordinato pieno di comfort e soprattutto lei è estremamente disponibile e propensa a darci una mano per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Assolutamente consigliabile, magari non per il motivo per cui siamo venuti questa volta, visto che è stato ricoverato mio marito, ma per una piccola vacanza lo terremo in considerazione, perché è molto vicino a Zurigo.

L’alloggio di Julian è perfetto per visitare Zurigo o se si ha esigenza di un luogo dove stare per lavoro più accogliente di un semplice Albergo. Pulizia impeccabile. Casa accessoriata con tutto quello che si può desiderare. Curata. Organizzata. Il quartiere è vitale, interessante con una posizione perfetta per qualunque spostamento. Sergio's apartment was fantastic! It was exactly what we were hoping for from the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 2-week stay. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, the office space was convenient for working, and the beds were comfortable. There is a train and tram stop right around the corner, so it was very easy to get around via public transportation. We also had a car, and the garage space provided was safe, clean, and easy to access. Everything was arranged in advance, so we didn't have any issues or questions, and Sergio provided super clear instructions for finding the place as well as check in and check out. I am very satisfied with my experience here! I rented the apartment for my parents who were visiting for a long stay. My mother uses a walker and so she needs plenty of space to move from room to room. Ray's place was excellent for their needs! The layout of the apartment worked very well for them. The amenities were new and high-quality and the clothing washer was a plus. Ray was also very responsive and helpful. He helped them find some cookware and assisted with a problem they had with train tickets. My parents have come to Zurich several times and this is the highest quality home in terms of layout and amenities that they have experienced. Ray was also very responsive and helpful.
