Gary's place was exactly as described. Absolutely perfect location in a great little town. Gary was a excellent host and was very accommodating and understanding with a mix-up (on my end). My only hesitation on recommending Gary's place is that I want it to be available when we come back!! :) Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again!

This cute little ground-floor apartment is right around the corner from downtown Alameda, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants or just around the neighborhood admiring the fascinating architecture. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with toiletries and office supplies in case you forget something. Though some noise is inevitable from the main house above, the occupants took care to minimize it, and it was not an issue for us. Bathtub notes: There is plentiful hot water and a great showerhead. The tub, however, is straight-backed and not comfortable for lounging.

I would gladly live in this sunny apartment full time. It's quiet and roomy, with views of trees, but only a block from superb restaurants like Burma Superstar, and only a few blocks from Southshore Center and Alameda Beach. Its fixtures are somewhat outdated, but that's East Bay real estate for you.

Edmund's rental was just as described and the perfect way for a family of four to spend 4 nights in San Francisco. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with lots of local restaurants nearby and the tourist areas within a 15 minute drive/Uber/Waymo. Edmund responded to communications very promptly, letting us know that the large SUV we rented would indeed fit inside the garage, and also helping us through a plumbing mishap without us missing a beat. The space has a very "San Francisco" feel to it and gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the time.

Beautiful little spot nestled on the hillside! Loved the proximity to downtown San Rafael yet it felt like you were a world away on a secluded little street. You could feel the great care the owners have put into the unit - all high quality with thoughtful touches. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were kind and welcoming. My only regret is not having more time to spend on the deck with the view!

Katina was extremely accommodating, helping me to stay an extra night at the last minute. Cute, cozy little spot right next to downtown, I loved it.

This is a great space for exploring San Fran. It’s right next to Ghirardelli square, short walk to fisherman’s wharf and the cable cars. It’s really bigger than the photos appear. We had a great time! Would stay again!

Great location and great hosts! A little limited on natural light inside like downstairs units often are, but wonderful for an oceanside SF visit.

We were a group of five ladies on a girls trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julieta’s home is exactly as described and photographs are accurate. Lots of space for us to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean and kitchen well stocked .Enjoyed the fantastic views sitting on the deck as well as from the living room and kitchen . The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed the amenities right at the bottom of the hill, including coffee shops, and restaurants and is walkable for those that are in good shape.

Tan’s place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures but even better! She communicated every step of the way and was very kind and proactive as well. It was also spotless! We loved staying here and hope to again in the future.

Heather's place is in a very beautiful, and quiet location. It's perfect for morning walks.

This stay was perfect for our needs - very close to the beach, really great restaurants a couple of blocks away (Outerlands for brunch, DamnFine pizza, just to name a couple) as well as easy access to public transportation (Muni stops are right around the corner and frequent). The bed was comfortable and the hot water plentiful. It’s a good option for one or two people in one of the safest, most chill parts of the city. Aside from the normal, expected noise from the street and neighbors, it was quiet. We visit the city often and would stay again.

A beautiful space in a wonderful quiet part of San Francisco. I've stayed here twice now and I highly recommend it. Check-in is super straightforward, parking is astonishingly easy for SF, and Laura was super responsive to any questions we had. The space has everything you need for a longer stay. It's very comfortable, the bedrooms and cozy, and the big windows in the living room give you a great view of the sunset.

Terry’s place is amazing! Completely as advertised and very clean with everything you could need. Terry gave clear instructions that were easy to follow and was very helpful. An unbelievably beautiful location and view, with a space that has been carefully curated and cared for with lots of personal touches to make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The house was really clean with nice amenities and well stocked. Sheets, towels, beds and furniture were comfortable and of good quality. Nice view of the cove and a short walk to the beach - although it’s a pretty steep street so the walk back up will get your heart pumping.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay for a quick girls' weekend. The house had fabulous views! It was so clean and well maintained. We love the proximity to the many restaurants in Sausalito.

We had a wonderful stay in Selina's loft — open, airy, great views. We especially enjoyed the projector in the master bedroom and rooftop patio. We hope to stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Melanie Joy's place. The location can't be beat, and her place was clean and spacious for the two of us. Would recommend for a nice stay in peaceful in Pacifica.

Nancy’s home was so comfortable and welcoming to my 5 year old daughter and me. We enjoyed just hanging out in the sunny living room and then exploring the neighborhood. This was the perfect place for a long weekend visit. Beach, restaurants, public transportation… all right at your fingertips!

Angel was such a lovely host. Always responsive, very helpful. The Airbnb is located in a serene location, so peaceful. We would love to stay there again. Thank you for everything, Angel. Best.

I have rented many apartments in San Francisco and this is by far the best! The steps up are quite steep but the spectacular view makes the climb worthwhile. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need and there is a washer and dryer. Jeff was a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. I will try to book this apartment every time I travel to San Francisco and cannot recommend it highly enough!
