Our stay At Dave’s place was brief yet enjoyable. We enjoyed the space and it felt clean and comfortable. It was fun looking at the pictures of all his travels. Next time I’m in the area I hope to spend more time with our stay. I really appreciate the level of communication and detail that Dave provided prior and during our stay.

Beautiful location in the Clayton foothills. Quiet neighborhood with a nearby walking trail that was perfect for our pups. Lots of great space and comfortable beds - exactly what our family needed!

We had a great time during our stay! The house was clean and spacious, and the backyard was private and peaceful even with neighboring houses close by. The area has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well as a great park right across the street! Perfect for a family traveling with 2 younger kids - who loved the hot tub and bunk beds! Would highly recommend!

Courtney's house was a beautiful place to stay in San Rafael. It was meticulously designed, and even more tasteful and well-curated than we expected. It was everything we wanted for a tranquil northern California retreat. We've been recommending it to all our friends and relatives who need a place to stay in Marin County.

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

Mei's place was perfect for our visit to Hayward! The neighborhood was quiet, the layout was spacious, and our group of 6 adults and 1 baby had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again - hopefully in the summer when we can really utilize the incredible backyard space!

Beautiful setting! Amazing views from this inviting and comfortable home. Would have loved to stay longer. Our family of seven gathered for a sad occasion but we felt like we were in a cocoon of warmth. So happy we chose this house to stay in. Well equipped kitchen meant no need to go out and we had lovely weather for eating outside. We’ll definitely come back in happier times to enjoy the pool and spa.

We really enjoyed staying with Sean! The airbnb itself was very peaceful and clean. Sean even stocked our fridge with some refreshments which was very kind. He was great at responding if we had any questions or concerns. The area was great for going on walks and is nearby to many restaurants. Would stay here again!

Lolo, was friendly and helpful. I found the accommodations clean and as described. It was quiet we were able to rest. The neighborhood was safe my family members walked to the store. Parking was convenient. Everything was as described.

We enjoyed our stay here, having stayed previously on another trip. Very clean, as pictured. Thoughtful touches and well stocked. Having a garage is also nice, though street parking is also available. Farzad is very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Larry's place was perfect for our family. Cozy, clean, minimalist living space, very comfortable beds, modern shower, and lovely patio with cushioned furniture and Anna's hummingbirds showing up to enjoy the flowers. Larry was a great host, setting everything up just right --- to the point that we didn't need to reach out for anything. While there's no oven/stove, the toaster oven and microwave were helpful for leftovers and there are ceramic dishes and silverware so you don't have to eat with the plastic take-out versions. The neighborhood is mostly residential and incredibly peaceful, but a five minute drive gets you to a beach with snowy plovers and crashing waves or Taraval Street with a host of restaurants to choose from. Ten minutes and you're at Golden Gate Park. We will be back!

we were working down there; the neighborhood seems very nice and safe. We end up stay an extra day, bc it took longer to finish the project. No complain on the house.

It was a perfect spot to land to attend a funeral. In edition, it was the first time traveling to see family since losing everything in the recent SoCal fires. We had a lot of emotions going into this trip. Fatima went beyond words responding in a compassionate way— she had a lovely bouquet of flowers waiting for us upon our return from the service. ♥️🌹. The house was perfect and accommodated our needs. So many restaurants and shops steps away. I also spent some time in the corner thrift shop finding some great things that will somehow replace some things lost in the fire. Thank you Fatima and team. We will return.

어린아이가 있거나 여자분들끼리가 아니라면 괜찮습니다. 전반적으로 이 지역은 좀 무서운 동네에요. 하지만 집이 있는 거리는 나쁘지 않습니다. 세개의 각기다른건물로 뒷마당을 통해 연결되지 않습니다. 오래됐지만 잘 관리된 건물입니다. 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 동네 분위기만 빼고는 매우만족입니다.

My family stayed at Nora’s place two times, once at the start and once at the end of their trip. Both times their experience was great. It’s their first time staying at an Airbnb and they took away positive experience due to the home’s cleanliness and well-kempt home. The neighborhood is peaceful and the views were splendid. We would be happy to book this place again if the opportunity arises!

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Our stay was fantastic! The house is very spacious, comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet.

We took our electric car to Civic Center. It would be 80% charged at 11pm. We could have left it overnight. However, when we explained to Dave that we tired and were unable to charge from our arbnb unit; he explained it was very old wiring and that he would extend the power from the back with a 100 foot extension. It was a trickle charge using 120 amps. Yet his responsiveness and the convenience was very nice. He was so enthusiastic after talking with us that he thought he might buy an electric vehicle with it a 240amp charger which his guests could use for an additional charge. I was so grateful later to be able to relax by taking a walk right out the door. The air and sounds of the birds were refreshing. Walking through a fence entrance to the parking lot/lake, I found a trail along wetlands to a newer neighborhood next to & looping back to our older village-like neighborhood. Our West facing windows had a direct view of the Civic Center Spire which I loved.

Stayed with my parents and my 2 kids (5 total) for a long weekend for a family event. We loved the location near the beach and Golden Gate Park activities (we’ve done downtown many times before and wanted something different). The living space is so much brighter and more spacious than the pictures with nice plants and old details. Tony was helpful with a phone call walk through of where to find all supplies. Good food options on Taraval nearby. Highly recommend if you want to stay on the quieter side of SF!
