We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything is working as your are expecting. I will recommended to my Family & Friends.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

This is my second time at Aaron’s apartment. He is a great host one of a kind, always available and communicative. The place is very clean, nice and safe neighborhood. You are welcome with fresh flowers and some snacks. The apartment is very quiet. I can’t wait to rent it again. I will recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Aaron , thanks for all your kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay, and it was nice finding a place that was actually dog friendly, especially in Alameda. The neighborhood is great for walks. The unit adjoins the host’s house on one side and I think another rental below, but it is quite quiet and private. We happened to meet the hosts outside one afternoon, and they’re extremely nice. Also: - Easy parking. - The bathroom has a bidet, if you prefer that. - Very comfortable bed. - Netflix and maybe prime tv? A couple tiny things to be aware of: - the stairway up to the rental is a tad narrow (just mentioning for accessibility). - the kitchen circuit breaker kept tripping, so the fridge was iffy, but it might have been due to rain, and host said they’d look into repairing. All in all, a great rental! Would stay again and would definitely recommend.

Roberts is a wonderful host and thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. Beautiful trees surround the home in this charming quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. This is now our favorite place to stay in Berkeley.

Everything as described. Well-stocked kitchen, perfectly capable of cooking meals. Lots of space. ~15 min walk to Berkeley Bowl, which is a great place to pick up groceries. Some reviews mention hearing footsteps overhead; there is an apartment overhead, and the sound is about as loud as you would expect for living in a lower-level apartment. Joe is very quick to respond to questions, which reduces any issues that might come up. I had some problem with the WiFi, and Joe replied quickly to help me troubleshoot the issue. Overall a smooth experience.

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

I travel to Oakland about twice a year to visit family, and I love the Cleveland Heights neighborhood - proximity to shops, restaurants and the walk around beautiful Lake Merritt makes for a great morning constitutional. The property was exactly as described (recently renovated) and an excellent value compared to staying in a hotel. Brian makes a point of greeting you personally upon arrival, and is as accessible and responsive as you need him to be. This was my first time staying at his place, but it won’t be the last!

A very clean and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment. Surrounded by other apartments but very quiet. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this cute place for four nights. Peaceful place and walkable to main streets. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I enjoyed the morning walk. The house is small but clean with its own entrance. I felt very comfortable to walk in and out. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berkeley, especially those who visit your kids in Cal.

Interior was spacious with a good heating system that us old travelers appreciate. Two level unit made it easy when one of the guests my want late morning sleep-in. The Mid Eastern carpets were a pleasant touch of home. Overall a comfortable place away from home.

Great place to stay when visiting elderly relatives at Piedmont Gardens. Two adults and two older children comfortably stayed for a week. The twin bed in the second bedroom pulls out into a king size bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard is beautiful. Short walk distance to all the shops on Piedmont Ave. The host is respectful, responsive, and proactive. We would stay there again.

Thank you to our hosts, Carrie and Alex! This was our 2nd time staying here. It's very homey and the bed is super comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathroom is very functional! We are looking forward to more stays here so we can conveniently visit with our family.

Gillian was very responsive and a great host. There was good instructions and many things provided within the home. Would rent again.

We stayed at Michele’s for about 3 months for our travel nurse assignment. The place has everything you could need, at an amazing price considering the area. The sofa bed is so comfy, and easy to convert. Michele is always quick to respond. She would also give us eggs from her backyard chickens every now and then! She definitely took care of us. On Thanksgiving, she even brought us some sweet potato pie. We appreciated it so much since we were away from our families. Michele would drop off our mail for us every time we had something delivered. She really would go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great deal! Had everything that we needed!

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

We absolutely loved Jan’s Airbnb! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. One of the highlights was going in the hot tub, which was squeaky clean out on the deck. Jan was so thoughtful and left an umbrella out for us and even ordered more coffee when we ran out. We would definitely stay here again!

Capri’s space was exactly what we needed to rest our heads during a trip for a concert. We had enough space to get ready, and the area was a relaxing contrast during the day to our busy nights!
