Kate's house was a perfect place for our family to stay. We have family that lives close by so the house was a good choice. Plenty of space for 7 of us. We would definitely stay here again if we all travel together.

This place is my favorite. 2nd stay here and I'll definitely be back. I always sleep so good here to the sounds of the owls at night, love the cozy fireplace, and this time Kate even sent me a muffin tin so i could make muffins! The hosts are the best!

Beautiful house that offers full Berkeley experience - we felt like locals. House was a great space for our family of five to enjoy several days exploring all that Berkeley and surrounding area has to offer. House is comfortable and had everything we needed.

The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, exactly as advertised, and featured beautiful landscaping that added to its charm. We particularly enjoyed picking fresh oranges from the on-site orange tree—a delightful touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the variety of neck pillows provided ensured a restful sleep. The inclusion of bidet toilets added a level of convenience and hygiene that we greatly appreciated. Our host, Zepelin was outstanding. He responded to our inquiries within minutes and went the extra mile to make our stay special. We truly appreciate his dedication and hospitality. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-appointed stay.

This is a great, spacious basement apartment with good natural light! Excellent proximity to shops and restaurants. They have a pack and play and toddler-size cot, which was great so we didn't have to consider that. Mark was communicative, and it didn't feel like we were in their space or vice versa. It was also very nice that they let us use their driveway!

Lori and Don raise the bar on how to welcome guests. This home away from home was warm and welcoming, gorgeously stocked with small kindnesses to ease in travelers showing up late. I loved seeing a small flock of sheep and goats graze the pasture behind the house in the early morning, and hearing the chickens cluck in the frontyard coop while getting some fresh morning air.

We LOVED this home. Very peaceful, quiet, and an incredibly pleasant home. We would love to return. Very spacious accommodations and incredibly friendly vibe from hosts.

Highly recommend! My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to visit family. This was the perfect place for the two of us. It had everything we needed and Dana’s communication was excellent! When we have the chance to travel back, we will absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed at Heather’s place multiple times and we plan to keep coming back! The location is very close to UCB, it’s walkable and feels safe day and night. This is an uncluttered, well maintained home. Everything works well and we appreciate the small details- extra outlets on each side of the bed, an umbrella, etc. The description is extremely accurate. The family that lives behind/above the studio is not loud, but you can hear TV noise. Heather is friendly and responsive. We look forward to our next stay!

Absolutely fantastic host! They were incredibly quick to respond to all my messages and provided helpful information throughout my stay. We absolutely loved Jan’s Airbnb! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. One of the highlights was going in the hot tub, which was squeaky clean out on the deck. Jan was so thoughtful and left an umbrella out for us and even ordered more coffee when we ran out. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Randy's place in Berkeley! The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and exactly as pictured and described. We had a great time walking to UC Berkeley along Euclid, a lovely, leafy neighborhood with peekaboo views of the San Francisco Bay all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge. We highly recommend this rental and hopefully we will be back someday.

Everything as described. Well-stocked kitchen, perfectly capable of cooking meals. Lots of space. ~15 min walk to Berkeley Bowl, which is a great place to pick up groceries. Some reviews mention hearing footsteps overhead; there is an apartment overhead, and the sound is about as loud as you would expect for living in a lower-level apartment. Joe is very quick to respond to questions, which reduces any issues that might come up. I had some problem with the WiFi, and Joe replied quickly to help me troubleshoot the issue. Overall a smooth experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about Heidi's place. I stayed here for all of February and found it quite accommodating for the length of my stay. The bed is quite comfortable and the bathtub was a great addition. This place gets great light, with a lovely outdoor porch, conveniently located near Lake Merritt. Would stay here again!

This airbnb is a nice place. The house is large yet has a cozy vibe. The parking was easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is some noise since it's a multi story house. I recommend that you bring ear plugs or headphones. Overall it's a great spot.

This was our second stay, and I have to say still amazing and wonderful and relaxing place to stay! Host (Alex) was amazing and beyond helpful and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip up!

What a peaceful retreat! Perfect for two people as a home base during a bay area trip. The view was wonderful, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Couldn't ask for anything else. Would 100% stay here again.

Can't wait to go back, even though we live in the same town! We had to find a place quickly because we had some damage at our home and Laurie and Bradley were so accommodating and flexible. The property is gorgeous! And I can't say enough about the showers. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable, including the beds (and I am very picky when it comes to beds). The view was spectacular. Besides the incredible amenities, Laurie and Bradley were such incredible hosts and were very easy to reach and super responsive to the many requests we had to extend our stay. I highly recommend their house.
