We had a great stay! The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group and had a fantastic outdoor area where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It’s in a great location—within walking distance to a grocery store, playground, and other local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

Staying at Henri’s place felt more like staying at a friend’s house than an AirBnb. She was very helpful and friendly, and she was so responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. It was such a great choice for our family to stay - the kids felt at home and happy to be there! Thanks Henri!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Sharon’s home in San Mateo! We were displaced for a few nights and had to find somewhere quick- lucky this place had a couple nights free! Completely equipped with all toddler/baby needs-we were SO impressed!

This is a beautiful home located right on the water. The place was clean and the outside deck was a plus! The fridge made a loud buzzing noise during our stay but otherwise everything was perfect. 10/10 -- I'd recommend!

Lori and Don raise the bar on how to welcome guests. This home away from home was warm and welcoming, gorgeously stocked with small kindnesses to ease in travelers showing up late. I loved seeing a small flock of sheep and goats graze the pasture behind the house in the early morning, and hearing the chickens cluck in the frontyard coop while getting some fresh morning air.

We had a wonderful experience in Sonny’s place. We love that house is so spacious for 16 of us (8 adults and 8 kids) -4 families total and we were comfortable. The amenities and house description is exactly what you see in photos and description. We enjoyed all the entertainment and games and we are already planning on booking again for the summer. We used paddle boats and kayak. There’s also a nearby grocery store and restaurants probably less than 5 mins drive so that was very convenient. Sonny is very responsive which makes all very easy. Thanks again Sonny for wonderful stay and we can’t wait to go back soon! Nina

Kiren was an extraordinarily accommodating host, met our needs for an environmentally safe rental, and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

overall we really liked ramils place. it is very spacious and we loved sitting out on the front porch while the kids enjoyed drawing with chalk on the sidewalk. it was in walking distance to lots of great things including a great little coffee shop (lazy bird) and a playground. they had lots of amenities for people with kids including a stroller for us to use for longer walks. parking was really easy. the kitchen is huge and was a nice place to drink our coffee while the kids ate breakfast. kitchen was decently stocked but we ate out most nights. the only downside was the noise from upstairs. towards the end we were used to it but the first few days it woke us up/surprised us and felt very bothersome. however, I think we would stay here again despite that (and I'm sure we were plenty loud downstairs too). ideally there would be no upstairs noise but for the size, comfort and cost of this Airbnb I'd say it's worth it.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheilah’s place. It had everything the two of us needed for a very comfortable one week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including coffee, tea, oil and vinegar and a variety of spices. The location was great: we could walk to a variety of restaurants, two major grocery stores and to Walgreens. It was easy to use public transportation from her place to get into San Francisco. Sheilah was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her Airbnb and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Our 2nd booking with this listing. It meets all expectations. Very clean. Anything needed for our stay was available. A well stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal preps. The super hosts have a generous welcome basket that was wonderful for our later arrival quick snacks. The hosts, Stanley and Virginia, are quick responders to any of our inquiries.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more

Kirk's apartment was spotless and comfortable. I felt safe being in a gated apartment community (plus, anyone I met in the common spaces was kind). The apartment was only a 5 minute drive to my client's office, there was food close by, and it's super close to the lake. Thank you for having me!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place is well-equipped with everything I needed, both for leisure and work, and everything is in excellent condition. The neighborhood feels relatively safe, and daily errands, as well as public transportation, are all within a 5-minute walk. Aravind is very responsive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me with any request. Whether you’re staying short- or long-term, this is the perfect place to stay in the Berkeley area.

Noel’s always responsive and friendly during our stay. The house is exactly the one you see on the pictures. Check-in and check-out are also easy to process. Furthermore, it’s a quiet neighborhood which you can get great rest here. Recommend to stay if it is available!

Place is in a GREAT location as it is close to Piedmont Street (restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater) yet on a quiet neighborhood street. Very nice experience.

Selamawit’s places is the perfect spot to stay if you ever have business in Oakland – I was there for a local film festival at the Grand Lake Theater. Matching the tranquil location that was within walking distance to all of the excitement of grand Avenue was the impeccable and spacious home as well as Selamawit’s consummate hosting. She was always available, flexible, and attentive to my needs. It was a pleasure to stay in her space I hope to stay there the next time I find myself in the Bay Area.
