"The Apartment" was fantastic for our month stay while our house was having work done. We loved that we could walk to many restaurants and had easy access to highway 80. The place felt much larger in person than it looked from the photos. Heating worked very well and the entire place was very cozy, and stocked well with things like tea and coffee, toilet paper, etc. Negatives as has been stated in other reviews, is that it upstairs on a busy road and can be quite loud at times, especially on the weekends and during trash pick-up and food deliveries for the restaurants across the street. This was not too big a deal for us and the location made those offsets not worth quibbling over. Only other small issue is the parking as there is no designated spot, but for most with stays of just a few nights, this wouldn't be an issue. I would not hesitate to recommending booking this place for your next stay in Auburn. Fantastic location, with a lot of space, and nice amenities.

CC's place was perfect for my stay in April. It had everything I needed, super clean, small, cosy and convenient. I enjoyed listening to the birds through the screen door. It is walkable to a lovely riverside trail that was glorious for unwinding after travel or for some fresh air. Johnson Ranch sports complex is only an 8 min drive in you have time for a workout or a swim - or better yet a hot tub soak. CC was a super host - responsive and there if needed. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a good location. Close to Amtrak (we took the train from SF), restaurants, and bars. Nice rooftop

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. We loved the extra towels and bedding. The upstairs loft was perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. The outdoors area provided lots of options for mini-golf and outdoor games, and it being fenced off was perfect for our kids. The property was close to all of the sights we wanted to see downtown and convenient access to restaurants and Safeway. We’re so happy we found this lovely home for our trip!

We loved Paul's Place. We were a group of 5 adults and the house had plenty of room for us all. We liked the large kitchen and the open sitting room in the front of the house. The bedrooms were all spacious especially the master bedroom. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as were in town visiting family but we would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and quiet for us. Had fun with the vintage game unit and the ample parking was appreciated. Would definitely stay again

It came equipped with all the amenities we needed, so we were never lacking for anything. We felt safe and secure throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was Rebecca's exceptional hospitality—she was incredibly responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
