また今夏利用します！

友達の誕生日に20人超で利用させていただきました。 施設の設備や清掃状況全て文句なしです！始まって日が浅く掲載されている写真が少なく多少の不安点はあったのですが、全ての施設が期待以上のものでした。 またホストの方の対応も迅速でこちらの都合に合わせ柔軟に対応してくださいました。 ただ一つだけお隣との距離があまり離れておらず、22時前でも(自分のたちの時は20時ごろ)外のBBQ場で盛り上がった際に警察を呼ばれてしまいました。 ただ室内でも十分楽しめるので、夜が更けてきたら中のカラオケルームに移るといいのかなと思いました。

Place was convenient and near a station. There were two 24hr convenience store nearby as well. Kitchen was well equipped to be able to do your own cooking as well

So this 2 story house is when you want to experience a japanese house. Once you entered the front gate, there is patio with outdoor seating where you can sit outside. Then you punched in the 6 digits key to get inside once inside you put your shoes in the cupboard and change to slippers. Inside house is on the raised wood floor. On first floor, there is tatami living room where we use it for our luggages. There is also dining room combined with kitchen area. What unique for me about japanese house is the bathroom. a squat shower and sort of square bathtub. In total the house have 2 electric toilets one on each floor, heated with bidet. Shower is only one, on first floor next to top loading washing machine. On second floor, there are 2 bed rooms connected with wooden sliding door. 1 room have 2 double bed, another room is 1 large single and 1 double bed. Each room has its own heated air. For me this suburb quite but has restaurants and combini even gashapon shop. I can go on.

房东人非常好，给我们的东京之行提供了很多帮助，是一个非常热情好客的好房东！房子很新，维护得很好，去东京强烈推荐，尤其是带孩子的家庭，房子里还有很多玩具，我们一家人都非常满意！床垫很舒服，客厅很大，浴室也很大！总之十分推荐！

Smooth communication and easy check in. Teru was very flexible with our request and would definitely stay again!

Words cannot describe how amazing this place and Chika’s helpfulness were for our stay. She was flexible with check-in, provided nice recommendations and was super proactive and helped with getting us a taxi to the airport. The location was fantastic. The house was well appointed with so many thoughtful touches, from coffee to shampoo or a spare toothbrush. I don’t think I can pick a more chic, accessible, walkable location in Tokyo. I highly recommend any visitor to Tokyo to stay here. Thank you Chika! We appreciate you!

일반적인 가정집들과 섞여있고 조금만 걸어도 대학 근처라 식당과 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다! 다만 일본의 특성상 보일러 난방이 아닌 히터 난방인점을 고려해 추운 기간에는 숙소이용이 어려울 것 같습니다

Great location. Super short walk to station for the Yamanote line. Conbini was location near the station was perfect for grabbing snacks on the way from a day of exploring the city.

While we only stayed briefly, Ushka's stay was the highlight of all our stays during our trip. Before we had even arrived, Ushka had sent me a message letting us know that she had provided us with a pile of snacks and cup noodles if we were too tired or busy to organise getting food out. Pippin's Inn is a comforting, clean, and charming little stay that makes you feel right at home. All the amenities are at your fingertips and the neighborhood and local walk is wonderful. My partner and I were upset that we didn't have more time to spend at Pippin's Inn, and should we venture to Japan again we would love to stay for a second time. We absolutely recommend Pippin's Inn and Ushka's lovely hosting abilities. And we also recommend saying hello to Pixel while you are there.

A friendly host + a warm stay. Me and my friends had a pleasant stay thanks to Mizuki. I would definitely stay there again if I am visiting Tokyo in the future. Side note: there are two Hama Hills on Google, pick the one with the orange car will do.

Airbnb need to come up with another level of host for Yasuhiro! Yasu went above and beyond Superhost status with his consideration, care, and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has all the services and appliances you might need. The neighbourhood is nicely removed from the frenetic centre of Tokyo and it was a blessing at the end of a day’s tourism to come back to Nogata’s quiet and bustling community. Such a pleasure to have experienced Tokyo this way.

It’s a nice walkable neighborhood with great selection of local restaurants, like oden restaurant and self-made noodles. Walkable distance from the JR station as well as Namboku line. The apartment is new and clean, with great decorations and full amenities of bathroom. I want to highlight that the bathroom has the function to dry clothes as well. The only reminder is that there are constructions going on next door, so it could be something to keep in mind if you want to stay in the apartment during the day.

We had a great time in Toshi’s Airbnb! He made check-in and check-out extremely easy, and the location—both the neighborhood itself and the proximity to the subway—made exploring easy. We’ll be back!

I’ve stayed on many Airbnbs before— Europe, U.S and now Japan. Roo’s place in Tokyo was the most hospitable place I’ve ever stayed at. He is a wonderful host who knows how to make his guests happy and comfortable. He provides many amenities that most host don’t take time to bother— water, extra charges, laundry supplies, welcome snacks and more! His home is beautiful and very clean. He is nearby many restaurants and close to two train stations. Roo communicates and responds right away. I highly recommend his place for those that are looking for a place to stay with a family of 3 or a party of 3, but can sleep probably 4. Thank you Roo for everything!

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale dans ce logement ! Tetsuro nous a attendu à la station de métro pour nous conduire la première fois au logement: top ! Logement tout petit (avec deux enfants, on rentre tout pile), mais il y a tout ce qui faut ! En plein cœur d’un quartier résidentiel, donc très calme et éloigné des touristes. Mais à la fois très près de tout Tokyo grâce aux stations de métro et gares toutes proches ! Le logement est moins bien en photo qu’en vrai. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

My friend and I had an amazing time at Sayo-sans place. We felt very at home with the amenities mentioned as well as the super convenient train station about a 7 minutes walk. There were also many convenient stores and places to eat to grab and go or dine in! I truly can’t find the proper words to describe how amazing it was to stay here as a first time Japan traveler. Instructions were crystal clear and Sayo San was always so attentive giving us advice and recommendations. Thanks for having us!

Peaceful area with a station closeby. Used it as a place to rest at the end of a long trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing. It’s really close to station train station making transportation easy and plus it’s walking distance from the skytree. The owner was very nice which made the stay so much better.

This is a quite street in a quite neighborhood close to the train station. Perfect place to enjoy Tokyo without being in the chaos. Very cute clean place to stay.

This is my 2nd visit for Yoshi-san listed house. As usual, it gives me surprises with so many amenities, facilities, tools which basically ease and facilite our 8-person trip so well. House is so comfortable and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much Yoshi-san!

It was a perfect stay. The bedroom is on the first floor, so there’s no need to carry your suitcase upstairs, and there’s plenty of space to store it. I stayed alone, but it seems like it would also be comfortable for a group or family. The location offers a great chance to enjoy Tokyo’s shitamachi (old-town) atmosphere, and you can take a relaxing walk along the nearby Edogawa River while viewing the Skytree. Highly recommended.
