Great place nearby the sea with plenty of balcony space and facilities. We stayed over the winter holidays so it was very quiet, and we know the area already it gets busier in summer. Check-in/out was very easy and we received all instructions.

Des hôtes très accueillants. Un véritable havre de paix ! Un jardin magnifique. À 30 secondes à pied de la mer. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés !! Je recommande très fortement ce logement.

Absolut Schönes Bungalow... Schöner Strand keine 50m... Giuseppe und Silvana absolut zuvorkommend und Profis... Sehr viel Garten und sehr viel Privatsphäre... Die Betten super zum Schlafen... Man hat alles was man braucht... Hab auch jeden 2 Tag gegrillt...😊😊😊 Absolut empfehlenswert alles Zusammen...🤌🏻💯😉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

L'accoglienza è stata comodissima, Vincenzo e la sua compagna sono molto simpatici e accoglienti, si trovano nella casa affianco ma sanno essere discreti e rispettare il tuo spazio. La struttura è fatta molto bene, la vista spettacolare. Se volete vivere lo splendido giardino munitevi di repellenti per zanzare. La posizione è ottima per esplorare il Salento, a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge, da Nardò e Gallipoli. Tornando nel Salento alloggerei sicuramente da Vincenzo

Alessandro is de perfecte host! We werden overladen met allerlei attenties, niet alleen bij aankomst, maar gedurende het hele verblijf. Niets ontsnapt aan zijn aandacht, en hij zou het onmogelijke doen om z'n gasten tevreden te stellen. Een aanrader!

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich einen Traum. Die Terasse mit dem Pool und der warmen Aussendusche war wirklich toll. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist super ausgsattet und war sehr sauber. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Stefanias place for one week and we were really happy with our stay. Stefania was really nice and proactive with a lot of useful tips. The house is located on a huge property surrounded by olive trees in the middle of nature. We went to a small beach by car within 5min, Nardó is about 15min away by car. The main house in which we stayed had one big room, one bathroom, one bedroom and the kitchen. You will find everything you need and we immediately felt really comfortable. There are many options to relax outside, depending on the wind and weather you will always find a nice spot! We can really recommend this place.

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

One of our best stays yet! Great friendly and prompt communication. Spotless presentation of this fully refurbished villa. Wonderfully equiped and laid out. Well appointed kitchen with easy to use appliances. The rooftop pool and entertainment area are great when not at one of the numerous beaches or for having dinner at night. Highly recommend this villa!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Nicola’s listing. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided us with lots of food recommendations. The villa is just 3 minutes away from an absolutely beautiful, clear and clean local beach which is not very busy. Would definitely recommend!

Le logement de Gianfranco est très confortable, bien équipé, de qualité et situé face à la mer. Proche des commodités (boulangerie à 20m, grande surface à 10mn en voiture), il offre une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. Gianfranco est très discret mais toujours disponible.

Alloggio, piccolo ma confortevole, perfetto per due o tre persone…situato fronte mare in una posizione eccellente….a cIrca quindici minuti a piedi dal centro di Agropoli … importantissimo il posto auto messo a disposizione, dato la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio , quasi tutto a pagamento…Siamo stati accolti da Ann con gentilezza , facendoci trovare biscotti merendine succhi di frutta per la prima colazione…..Tutto perfetto grazie tanto…..

La grande maison, idéalement située en bord de mer, est totalement équipée avec fond de cuisine, nécessaire pour le lave-vaisselle, pour le lave-linge, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage (très commode quand on vient en avion), chaises longues, salon de jardin...beau jardin avec figues de barbarie.. Avant d'acheter quoi que ce soit, vérifiez que ce n'est pas déjà présent dans la maison. Moustiquières aux fenêtres. L'hôte, Gennaro, est très sympathique et répond présent dès qu'il est sollicité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

Wow this was indeed one of the best home stays we have had. It was welcoming and so very supportive with spot on local recommendations. The suite was clean , comfortable and had everything one could possibly need for a short or longer term stay. Alex and Maurizio are amazing hosts with detailed recommendations for eating out and enjoying the region. We were never disappointed. We are most grateful to them for making our stay one of the best. Wir durften während unseres Familienurlaubs mit unseren drei Kindern (unsere Tochter war zu dem Zeitpunkt sechs Monate alt) bei Nunzio zu Gast sein. Sowohl die Buchung, als auch der Check-In und Fragen zwischendurch wurden sehr schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war die Strandnähe der Wohnung und die Unterstützung durch Nunzio in Bezug auf den Parkplatz und das bereits aufgestellte Reisebettchen für unsere Tochter. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Wohnung zurückkehren.

Nous avons passé 5 jours et avons profité agréablement de l'appartement. Bon port d'attache pour visiter la côte et les villages typiques de la région. La plage sous l'appartement est magnifique et la promenade vers le centre historique à quelques minutes de marche , un vrai charme. De plus, le stationnement gratuit dans la rue en face de l'appart était très apprécié. Domenico est très accueillant et est facile à communiquer. Il a répondu rapidement à nos demandes et à été de bon conseil pour les restos et supermarchés tout près. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement qui est encore mieux que sur les photos.
