Apulia : locations de vacances dans des tiny houses

Lorena und ihre Familie sind sehr nett. Das Haus liegt pittoresk zwischen Olivenhainen. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse und auch der große Garten darf von den Gästen mitgenutzt werden. Ein kleines italienisches Frühstück (1 Stck Kuchen p.P., ein Espressokännchen und etwas Obst) ist im Preis enthalten, was uns positiv überrascht hat. Man muss bedenken, dass die in AirBnB angezeigte Lage nicht korrekt ist. Tatsächlich ist das Häuschen südlich der Autobahn. Man muss noch ca. 3 km über sehr enge Straßen zwischen den Olivenfarmen fahren. Der nächste Ort sich ca. 4-5 km entfernt. Für kurze Aufenthalte sicher ok, ansonsten wird die Fahrerei mühsam.

Esperienza unica e fantastica! L'appartamento è immerso nella tranquilla campagna salentina, ma vicino alle cittadine e alle.piu belle spiagge, completo di tutto e pulitissimo. Antonella e Tonino sono degli host accoglienti e particolarmente attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti, soprattutto i più piccoli, come è capitato nel nostro caso viaggiando con una bimba di 2 anni. Che dire, non ci penserei due volte a prenotare! Grazie ancora di tutto, speriamo di tornare presto!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Masseria geliebt! Nicht nur das Anwesen an sich ist bezaubernd, auch die Lage ist grandios. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch in nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand - einfach toll! Die Gastfreundschaft ist ebenfalls erwähnenswert, Nicola und seine Frau haben uns herzlich mit einem „Willkommenskorb“ empfangen und Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Wir würden immer wiederkommen! Super toll.

I have to say the place is fantastic. instructions were clear on how to get there but I left Foggia later than l planned and it was to dark to see. Colomba helped me get to the right place, always helpful and quick to respond. the property is beautiful. It's an olive tree farm that produces olive oil. it has a beautiful view over the bay. This has been one the best Airbnb i have stayed at. I highly recommend a stay. If I make it back to puglia, I'd stay here again. Ciao. John

Cadre iddylique, mer accessible à pied avec point de vue magnifique (comme annoncé dans l’annonce). Sans véhicule, tout était très facile d’accès. Nous y retournerons, d’autant plus que la ville haute de Castro (10 min à pied de la maison) a été une très belle surprise. À savoir, une caution est demandée en plus du prix annoncé. Elle est retenue au moment de la réservation et rendue après le séjour. Olivier et ses acolytes ont été de très bons interlocuteurs, réactifs et bienveillants.

Perfetta! Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in totale tranquillità. La struttura è davvero molti carina, intima e accogliente, e data la posizione nel verde la sera siamo stati molto freschi. È vicina al centro di Palinuro e in pochi minuti di auto si arriva facilmente al mare. La mamma di Johanna ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza ed è stata molto cordiale. Ci ritorneremo davvero con tanto piacere!!

Such a beautiful location with a peaceful, perfect view of the sea. We sat in the “relax zone” (the veranda) from sun up until after sun down. BBQ, table & chairs, lounge furniture under cover on 1st level, or on open terrace below beside the jacuzzi. This is a total chill house - comfortable, clean bed, simple kitchen for easy meals, natural design which is so fitting to the environment. Highly recommended. Note that at the end of October, you need to be prepared to search for open restaurants close-by. Good restaurants can be found with small drive.

Our stay at Vita Vivet was absolutely exceptional! It is conveniently situated to discover Puglia. The attention to detail in every corner of the place was truly impressive. From the beautifully curated decor to the thoughtful touches, it’s clear that a lot of care and love went into creating this space. The surroundings are breathtaking, providing a peaceful and scenic backdrop that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, style, and tranquility, this is the perfect place.

I cannot recommend Stefano's place enough. I had an incredibly relaxing few days in the sweet studio with a lovely garden. The location is perfect, 3 minute walk to a very secluded and beautiful beach and a 5 minute drive in to Otranto. Stefano was lovely and greeted me at check in and out and gave lots of advice on the area. It was a very peaceful stay and I hope to be back soon!

Grotta Giulia is a large, modern, three-bedroomed villa ideally located for exploring Puglia. It is situated approximately 3 km northwest of Carovigno (less than 10 minutes by car) where there are a number of excellent restaurants and many supermarkets, bakeries, bars and coffee shops. The villa is not overlooked and creates a sense of calmness and privacy. Although there are other villas nearby, they were certainly not intrusive. The interior of the villa is clean, well equipped and extremely modern. The swimming pool is a good size and well maintained. Check-in was very straight-forward. On our arrival we were greeted and shown around the property. Throughout our stay the host Günter was very helpful and friendly and responded extremely promptly by text to our questions. If we return to Puglia, we would be very happy to rent this villa again.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Je bent dicht bij prachtige stranden en de locatie met alle voorzieningen is mooi aangekleed, gezellig en super netjes onderhouden. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om vanuit hier met je auto naar de stranden of leuke stadjes te bezoeken en hier aan het heerlijke zwembad lekker op te laden. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en verzorgd op de locatie door Annalisa en haar familie. Met alle mooie ontwikkelingen en ideeën die zij nog hebben voor de komende jaren weet ik zeker dat dit een plek is die nog fijner en beter gaat worden! Wij komen zeker terug!

Casetta molto tranquilla in mezzo agli ulivi, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera di Mattinata e comoda per raggiunge altre baie lungo la costa con l’automobile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sopratutto per via della pace che si respirava intorno. Molto facile raggiungere il centro di Mattinata a piedi per market, forno e fruttivendolo di paese.

The home is clean comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook and it was very well equipped. The bathroom had plenty of towels plus bathrobes and a combo washer/dryer unit. The sitting room had a comfortable couch with soft blankets to relax in front of the pellet stove and the bed was so comfortable. We were sad to leave but we look forward to coming back again. The location was very convenient if you have a car. We were easily able to go everywhere from Bari, Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polinagno a Mare, Lecce. Castellano Grotte is a nice town with great restaurants, farmer’s market and a frantoio where we purchased freshly pressed unfiltered olive oil. Putinagno is a town next door and well worth visiting, a beautiful old town center and Halloween was an amazing event there. Look up the Borgo Stregato. Elena and Arturo are a lovely couple, they made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We began our trip as guests and ended it friends.

Gregorio, su familia y sus amigos son super amables y nos trataron como parte de la familia. Reservamos la cena en casa de Gregorio. Le cena estaba espectacular y acabamos la cena bailando. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. Esperamos volver pronto.

Un séjour merveilleux dans un très bel endroit enchanteur. La maison est petite mais suffit largement pour 2 personnes, la terrasse, le jardin et la vue sont un havre de paix dans un endroit bucolique. Le jardin est très bien équipé avec différents points, chaises longues et hamac. La piscine est un luxe dans un environnement si chaud et nous en avons profité tous les jours en regardant vignes et oliviers aux alentours tout en prenant un rosé frais! Simone a été toujours disponible et nous a très bien accueilli. Bref un séjour magique dans un lieu idéal et très calme, la vraie dolce vita !!

Le logement de Flavia est situé dans un bel endroit paisible. Aucun vis à vis. Beau bâtiment, rénovation de bon goût, literie de qualité, très propre, différents espaces pour profiter des extérieurs. Fournitures des produits de première nécessité. Eau bien chaude, c est agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite. La ville de Lecce est toute proche la mer également. Nous n avons malheureusement pas pu rencontré Flavia mais nous communiquions par messages. Flavia a été très réactive au léger problème de wifi que nous avions eu. Nous la remercions. Et surtout, nous avons adoré nous occuper et câliner Shen, son beau chat noir qui est très sociable. Merci à Veronica pour nous avoir accueillis à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un court séjour bien agréable dans le joli appartement de Flavia. Je recommande !

We hebben een top verblijf gehad! Supermooie trullo met een prachtig zwembad. De keuken en zitplaats is buiten, dus ideaal voor het buitenleven. We hadden de hele week gezelschap van een hele lieve zwerfkat met 1 oog. Als het kon hadden we ‘m meegenomen naar Nederland! 🐈 De communicatie met Ninno was top, we mochten zelfs ook langer blijven bij het uitchecken. Het enige waar je rekening mee moet houden is dat er maar kort warm water is. Maar over het algemeen is dat toch niet nodig met de temperatuur in Puglia!

Nous avons choisi cette location pour quelques jours durant nos vacances dans les pouilles. C’est un endroit très paisible, convivial et très bien aménagé ! Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour est présent dedans. Le petit plus de cette location est que tout est a proximité, un petit magasin pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner dans la tiny house, des restaurants et cie… L’appartement est également situé à 20mins de Bari c’est super ! Je remercie les hôtes également pour leur accueil très chaleureux, leurs bons conseils et leur disponibilité. 😊 Je recommande vivement ! 👍 Merci !

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Es war sauber, gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung z.B. Lecce oder Gallipoli. Barbara und Enrico sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber- vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Mooie locatie op wandelafstand van Noci ( 15 minuten). Centraal gelegen in de regio waardoor je elke dag een nieuwe prachtige uitstap kan maken. Kleine maar mooie Trulli naast het huis van de eigenaar met een terrasje waar je kan ontbijten. Zéér vriendelijke eigenaars die vlot communiceren!

Incantevole! Siamo stati in questo paradiso con i nostri 2 figli per un weekend lungo. Cercavamo pace, relax e contatto con la natura, ma a pochi chilometri da paesi stupendi da visitare, ristoranti buonissimi, il mare e tante attività. Scelta migliore non avremmo potuto fare! La descrizione e le foto lasciano immaginare la bellezza e unicità di questo posto, ma dopo esserci stati e aver vissuto la struttura e il contesto posso dire che è ancora più bello! Gli interni sono unici e curati con amore, gli spazi esterni regalano una sorpresa ad ogni angolo. Sembra di essere in una favola. Abbiamo deciso di tornarci questa estate per sfruttare anche la piscina grande (abbiamo fatto l'idromassaggio riscaldato sotto un cielo di stelle magnifico!) e godere del parco stupendo che circonda la struttura. Un grazie di cuore a Maria per la sua professionalità e per averci fatto sentire coccolati. SUPER consigliato!!!
