Eren was such a kind person and the house and location suited our family perfectly. Nice neighborhood, lots of access to food coffee and shopping, can’t wait to come back. We felt right at home during our stay.

Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

Our group of 5 had a great time staying at Akira’s apartment! Although a little plain and removed from major tourist neighborhoods, it ultimately had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Would recommend for a group (5+ beds, 2 toilets, stocked with amenities). Quick walk to metro lines and convenience stores was also important for us. Would recommend!

We had a great stay. M was very friendly, thoughtful, kind, super responsive, and a great host. All the qualities that make a great host.

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

It was a perfect stay. The bedroom is on the first floor, so there’s no need to carry your suitcase upstairs, and there’s plenty of space to store it. I stayed alone, but it seems like it would also be comfortable for a group or family. The location offers a great chance to enjoy Tokyo’s shitamachi (old-town) atmosphere, and you can take a relaxing walk along the nearby Edogawa River while viewing the Skytree. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at Kou’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described, the amenities within the apartment were great and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. Transport links were great too, thank you!

The host and the co-hosts are very responsive and helpful. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with local facilities around. Very clean, well organised space with all the required amenities. We had a comfortable stay.

The bnb was clean, in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby and places to explore. Ken was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would recommended it.

the Kagura House is very nice with atmosphere like at home. And so many cool shops and small bar/ restaurant near the house. inside of the house is almost perfect with amenities which necessary living in Japan. look forward to coming back again when next Tokyo trip. btw，the owner Motohiro san is really kind and nice！

This is our second stay here and we find this place really clean and convenient. Around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station it is a great place to stay for family. We will stay here again.

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Our family had a comfortable stay at this place. The location is super convenient with easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The apartment was brand new, spotless, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, very helpful and quick to respond to our request. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with a big family of 8 (with 2 kids). Overall, the home was very nice, had all the the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

地理位置很好，就在池袋地铁站附近，周围吃的很多，房子有三层楼很大，适合多人入住，装饰也很温馨，还贴心提供了化妆镜

Very convenient as it is just a few minutes to Keisei Hikifune Station. Japan's train network can bring you anywhere if you learn to use it. This place close to Skytree (one station away), and Senso-ji (a few stations away). But it is a bit further away from Ginza, Shinjuku and some other city centres. But if you do mind ride the train, they are all reachable. The place is 3 floors. One bedroom on each floor. All floors have toilets and two of them have bathrooms. Yes, they are separated. There is a full kitchen. The house was easy fitting us of 6 people with enough bathrooms and toilets. There is also a rooftop area but we did not have much chance to use it. Love this house. It is located in a residential area. Very home and local feel. Supermarket and a neighbourhood mall are located within walking distance.
