Our family had such a memorable stay. The apartment is minutes from the beach, which faces south, so we got to enjoy a sunset our first night and watched the sunrise the next morning. It was magical. There were several markets nearby so we were able to shop and cook simple meals. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The space was homey with many thoughtful touches and amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the snack bar so much. We loved everything about our short stay in Chigasaki and hope to return one day!

Ken and his mother are very nice host. They told me everything I want to know. He help me a lot when I forgot important thing in their house. The room is very clean.

Very nice location. Great having a parking spot. Be extra careful of noise when checking in at night because of neighbors downstairs. Having Google translator on your phone is helpful for operating heating units and washer/dryer and reading check in directions. Great beds and very clean. Responsive host

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Tad’s place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear why Tad is a Superhost—his communication was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. While we initially had some trouble with the digital traveler check-in, Tad was extremely accommodating and quick to assist. A tip for future guests: be sure to carefully read the detailed instructions Tad provides—all your check-in details are there, rather than on the app. He has done a fantastic job outlining everything, from check-in to WiFi and hot water instructions, making the stay effortless. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean and beach views that set the perfect scene for a relaxing getaway. The space itself is spacious, well-equipped, and carries a classy surf/beachgoer vibe that makes it feel both stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional, and well-managed home in Kamakura. Thank you!!!

I would fully recommend staying here if you’re planning on staying in Manazuru. The room had a wonderful view and was larger than expected. The host was extremely hospitable. He offered to cook us dinner one night, providing wonderful varieties of fresh fish. He also took us on a little road trip to Hakone, which provided the most amazing views of Mt Fuji and the sunset. Thank you so much for making our trip so fun! We will definitely try visit again at some point in the future.

在日本民宿里面房子算比较大的，我们4人感觉很宽敞，离电车和公交站很近，出行方便，马路对面有一个很大的生鲜超市，生活方便，性价比超高，下次来还住这里

A good base to explore both Hakone area and Odawara. The bus leaves right in front of the house to take you up the mountain! ⛰️ During the day and in the evening it can be noisy because of traffic / train track next to the house. In the night it’s quiet enough! 🤫 Jun is a friendly and chatty host, who invited me for dinner at a local restaurant. I can only recommend staying here to experience more of the Japanese culture 🇯🇵

家族で小田原城と箱根観光の為に滞在させて頂きました。宿泊施設は分かりやすい場所にありました。駐車場の場所は隣接していないのですが近くにあり、分かりやすいように写真での説明を頂き大変助かりました。滞在しやすいように布団等の準備もしてくださり、疲れておりましたので、とても暖かく迎え入れてくださっているように感じました。とても過ごしやすく、家族で滞在した良い思い出の一つとなりました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

It has been a great experience visiting yugawara. We had great time staying in this lovely house. It is near to Lawson, taxi stand, bus stop, and sightseeing area, which is very convenient for elderly . Very peaceful town to visit. The house has everything we needed. We definitely would like to come back to stay at this place and enjoy nature in yugawara again.

Toshi was a wonderful and informative host. He provided great instructions on getting to the place and was very accommodating. The place is perfect for a solo or couple traveling. The place is close to the Hase station and is a 10 minute walk from the giant Buddha statue. There are many great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Will definitely try to book in the summer so I can enjoy the beach!

Place better than showed in pictures. Good location, near to train station and quite convenient. Room is spacious with the price. Feels like home. It can fit 2-3 pax. Amazing toilet

Our stay at Villa Kamakura was wonderful! The space was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, great cafes, the train station, and convenience stores, making it a great base for exploring Kamakura. Toshi is a fantastic host—courteous, communicative, and always ready with helpful local recommendations. He made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kamakura!

３世代５人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方々がフレンドリーかつ柔軟、思いやりがあり、でも過剰さがない洗練されたバランスで、高齢の両親も、子どもたちも、初めからとてもリラックスして楽しむことができました。レストラン＆カフェがある１階から階段を上り、２階が２室の宿になっています。部屋は広々とした空間で、シンプルでモダン、寝具やアメニティーは、使い心地と環境への配慮を感じました。部屋から全面ガラスのオーシャンビューが広がり、バルコニーではソファに寝転んで夜風と虫の声、海の音を聞きながら星を眺め、ゆったりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。キッチン周りは必要かつ十分に整い、食材や調味料を持ち込んで料理できます。ナイフ類も頼めば借りられるかもしれません。砂浜で夜、朝と静かに散歩ができ、目の前から出る水上バスで、清水の中心市街地もすぐでした。１階のレストランもいい雰囲気で、マリーンスポーツも楽しそうでした。次は利用してみたいと思います。
