We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! There were four of us, and it was super convenient that we each had our own bathrooms—definitely a huge plus. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. It was right near downtown, making it super easy to come and go, whether we were heading out for food, exploring the city, or just enjoying the nightlife. Overall, I absolutely loved the place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Austin. Would definitely book again!

The perfect spot in Austin! The park/river is a walkable distance with some minimarts and coffee shops nearby. It was a perfect spot to have a car and park for free - so we could drive to the destinations we had in mind during the day and when nighttime came around and it was time to party we were only a $5-8 Lyft ride away from downtown. Neighborhood was safe and the room is as advertised! We will definitely stay again in the future, 5 stars all around!

This property is an incredible value especially compared to surrounding rentals. The interiors are well appointed with everything you possibly need and more: extra pillows and linens and plush towels, extra paper supplies and toiletries. Attention has been paid to aesthetic details and it's pleasant, inviting and comfortable. There are things outside the host's control, like the exterior maintenance of the building or noisy neighbors, but they make up for it in the price which is truly amazing for a 4BR/4ba unit that more than meets the needs of 4 couples or 4 singles providing private spaces and comfortable surroundings to accommodate everyone in a group. It is ideally located for downtown Austin, safe, secure and such a value - you couldn't stay anywhere else within a stone's throw of virtually everything in Austin for less than $100 per room and achieve this level of comfort. Drew, Chris and Shawn were a pleasure to work with and very responsive and prompt. We'll be back!

Wonderful place! There were four of us and we each got our own bed. Clean comfortable place. Two clean full bathrooms. Enormous outdoor 2nd floor deck all to ourselves. Walkable to countless restaurants / bars, and Target and Whole Foods. Functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, drip coffee machine, teapot, dishwasher, disposal, washer & dryer. Furnace / AC worked well. Responsive host. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends / family. Negatives: there is late night street noise / music from bar across street but it was not a problem for us at all. And the bar was our "go to" place each evening. No idea what the parking situation could have been as we didn't have a car (really don't need one).

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. House is very clean, linens and towels were top of the line. Bed was so comfortable! We didn't use the pool or hot tub as weather was cool, but they were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside at the fire table. Our pups enjoyed the fully fenced in yard, and the front courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked, couldn't ask for anything better. This place is very charming, and you feel right at home. Would highly recommend, we will be coming back!

The home was beautiful and clean. The surrounding landscape was amazing. Very quiet and serene. Zarella (host) was excellent. She quickly responds and helped answer all my questions. It was a great house for my family and another that had a wedding 2 miles away at a beautiful venue! Thanks Zarella for sharing your lovely home!

Great Place with comfortable and cozy beds, and a wonderful place for families! We were able to make Kim's place home for eight days, and it was exactly what we needed. Located 10 minutes from downtown and less than 10 minutes from wonderful coffee shops, this location was awesome.

Steve’s place was great. The interior was distinctively decorated with photographic art and memorabilia. Hanging out in the back, beside the pool and spa, was very relaxing. Downtown Austin and Cota were only a 20 minute drive. It was perfect for us.

This is a gorgeous house! It’s very private and has so much gorgeous greenery! Anita was so helpful and nice. The house was decorated great and had everything I needed to host an amazing bachelorette weekend for my sister. Great house for a large group of friends or a big family!

excellent stay all around! perfect for a group and way cheaper than separate hotel rooms. no complaints and would stay again!

Excellent weekend. The only issue that we had during the entire time is we could not get the hot tub to heat up. Outside of that we had a blast.

We loved staying here! We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here and it was a nice space to celebrate with our family in. Everything was clean and comfortable. Cozy beds and a nice layout!

Easy check in and access. The place I stayed in was considerably quiet given the hustle and bustle in the common areas. The staff were responsive to any maintenance concerns I bought to their attention, which were minor.

The condo was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Beautiful sunrises were viewable from the balcony and even from inside this corner unit with floor-to-ceiling windows. The host was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff and valets were welcoming and polite. We had an excellent stay! 10/10 will book again! Thank you!
