We really enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again on our next visit!

Just checked out this morning after 4 nights and we can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay! Got the pleasure of meeting both Stephanie and Bruce they were great and very informative with places to try, not only while staying in Wimberley but for the rest of our road trip. The couples cottage is perfect for 2 trying to escape from the city life, believe me we used every amenity offered from the hot tub, outdoor shower to cool old school fridge and coke machine. Thank you so much for everything we will definitely be back!! And thank you for the souvenir lol

I love the place only thing I hated was the shower one time it was burning hot water and last night using the shower was frizzing cold I wanted to cry both times. i enjoy everything else only thing i hated was hard to find the right way to use the water.

The cabin is even cuter in real life. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the outside area and how peaceful the property was! The location is great, would highly recommend visiting Desert Door distillery! Will be returning to this property in the future!

The place is beautiful and hand built by the owners. The towels were soft, bedding was very comfortable. The place is spacious and cozy any the same time!! Everything was very clean. The Hosts were great and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend a visit to this quaint little A frame!!!!!

Gorgeous retreat located in a peaceful slice of nature. Close enough to Austin to not be isolated, but far enough away to only hear the birds and wind chimes. Absolutely restorative and magical, especially resting and swinging on that incredible porch swing during sunset with a cool breeze. Bathtub is gorgeous for soaking and relaxing, the electric fireplace adds just enough ambiance for novel reading and tea drinking. Could not have asked for a better mental health retreat. Thank you for sharing your space Heather.

The wife and I had a wonderful time at this great spot. It was a very relaxing getaway spot and we were extremely grateful for the ability to incorporate our two labs on this getaway. They had a great time hanging out in the fenced in yard and laying on the cold floor of the house. We had a great time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to getaway. The pool and other amenities were great too!

This place was perfect for a couples getaway! It was 5 minutes from Wimberley Square and a short drive to San Antonio. We absolutely loved it!

Wonderful place. Super clean and beautiful as advertised. TJ and Nadine were very responsive. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. Rented a golf cart, spent time at the beach club and even took in a few of the nearby trails. We will likely be going back next year.

If you’re looking to disconnect - and do so in a beautiful and serene setting - this is it. The cabin has everything you need and extra. Panoramic views of the surrounding preserve and direct access to a trail. The cabin itself is cozy and well decorated. Perfect place to unwind and relax. Of course there are bugs and wild animals all around - you’re in the country. Why anyone would complain about this is beyond me.. It’s clear that a lot of love has been put into this place and you feel it with all the thoughtful touches. Patti and David were great hosts. We loved their dogs, goats, and chickens. We had a good time chatting with them as well. Very cool couple! We’re already planning our next trip.

This place was incredible. The views were gorgeous and being surrounded by nature was a treat. The house was nice and clean and very cozy. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay! Neighborhood is very quiet and cabin was cozy. Having separate cabins was nice as we could offer more privacy to the couple that came with us. Great recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat. Look forward to coming back!

From sunrise to sunset, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The views were stunning, the pickleball court and pool were so much fun, and the convenience store had everything we needed. The attention to detail was amazing; the place was cozy, spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was ideal, with easy access to wineries, restaurants, and local activities. It was a girls’ trip weekend, and we felt safe and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place whether you’re planning a getaway with your partner, family, friends, or even just looking to escape the city solo for a weekend. It’s pet-friendly! We’d absolutely go back and truly enjoyed our stay.

Get location, lots to do in surrounding areas of town and lots of sniffs for the pups on property. Everything we needed was already at the cabin (kitchen/bathroom/bedroom supplies) which was exactly what we needed. Hosts were super flexible and able to accommodate with a small personal request. Highly recommend for those looking to get out of the busy hustle of everyday life!

Truly enjoyed our stay! Would love to book with them again! It was perfectly close enough to the things we needed but far enough away to give us some space.

Great place to stay! We loved the outdoor spaces and enjoyed the location. Definitely thinking about booking here again in the future.

Was amazing me and my girlfriend stayed there we wanted a place by the lake so we could go paddle boarding ( they had fun water toys we did bring our own paddle board but they had some that they let us use! ) there’s also a cute cowboy swimming pool that we used if you want a place to get away from the world this is it!

It was peaceful and the bed was vey comfortable!!

This was a great place to stay for the F1 weekend or any COTA event. We were super close to the track so we choose to walk about 1 mile to and from everyday which sure beats expensive ubers and stand still traffic. Understanding it was a tiny home with less space, the owners were accomodating for our travel times it was a lovely stay and provided all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Worth every penny and highly consider! Warning - there are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood but they were friendly and will likely say hello if you decide to walk to COTA or the taco stand on the corner.

We had an amazing night here. After a not so great night of camping near by, this was the perfect spot to finish up our trip to Austin. It was quieter here than at our campsite! So peaceful and relaxing! We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and staying here again the next time we are in town.

We had a great time at Carrie’s place. We had the whole area to ourselves and the view was very nice and peaceful.

This is a great modern cabin, just as the name says. Perfect for a family of 4. Had everything we needed and was clean. Nice set up inside and out, with a beautiful fire pit (we didn’t get to use it due to burn bans unfortunately) and corn hole. Worth noting there are other places on the property so it’s not entirely secluded, but felt private enough for us. Would definitely return here.
