Mercy was a super host. The apartment was clean and cozy. The balcony was a big plus. We had a great stay. I highly recommend this place!

great host, good space, clear instructions, Boris does a fabulous job of taking care of all the things within his control. One of my favorite airBNB experiences thus far.

It was extremely hard finding parking in the locations that were mentioned in the instructions, free parking was limited it's open to the public, where I had parked had a tow signed that said no over night parking, I had to ask guess where would I be able to park over night I'm not from here, they informed me about the guess parking that was in the garage, however there were like 10 spots only and they were all full, so I constantly had to leave to check for the guess parking so my car wouldn't get towed. Besides that it was a lovely place, I felt peace. I did notice some stains on the floor that are only seen in the light at a certain angle in the bedroom which made me keep my house shoes on, but once I become comfortable I felt okay enough to be walk around bear footed. The bottom of the tub was stained a little, so I showered instead of soaking in that beautiful oval tube. TV language is only in Spanish wouldn't allow you to change it to English. Overall I felt safe and comfortable.

Needed a stay in the area for business trip. Was super convenient, clean, peaceful. Nice to have balcony, walking trail nearby. Pretty cool restaurant next door that has bowling, golf sim, and good food next door. Big space, clubhouse, pool, gym solid. Host responsive to help w check in and deets.

Very comfy. The front room was everyone’s favorite. Love cooking on a gas stove. Great amenities. The couches were also fantastic.

Thank you Joe for allowing us to stay in your Airbnb for a week. You made it easy for to stay there. Also very responsive with any call or text. Great recommendation if you are looking to stay in the north side area of Austin Texas.

We truly loved this home. Water was low but we expected that especially since it’s so dry in Texas. We did walk down there one day and checked everything out. Austin was a very responsive host. The kids loved the theater room so much they slept in there both nights we stayed! The porch is a dream with the perfect breeze to stay cool when it was warm and conveniently located right off the kitchen when we grilled one night. We also visited Krause Springs which is right down the road and the water was still flowing from the springs and a nice place to cool off. We would definitely rent this home again.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

Great place. Wasn’t quite as convenient to downtown Austin as we hoped, but we spent lots of time in the hot tub/pool instead.

This location was perfect for our needs. We also took a walk each morning out the back gate along the green belt. Some updating and repair needed in places like the bathrooms and walls but overall a nice stay. Master bed decently comfortable.

Was an incredible week with family and the house made it possible. Wonderful backyard evening spent in pool and watching shows in the outdoor screen. Great kid friendly home and had to drag kiddos kicking and screaming on Friday morning checkout because they didn’t want to leave the “cabin”. Can’t wait to stay again with friends and let everyone know how perfect the house is for their next Austin vacation!

Amazing home. Cannot beat your own private pool, hot tub and waterslide. Plenty of room for multiple families. Super friendly and helpful hosts! Felt like staying with family in a deluxe retreat. Even provided chairs for us to use for our weekend sporting event. Would definitely recommend.
