Great place to stay for SXSW. Walking distance to a few spots and a short uber to downtown. David was a great host. Offered us early check in and check out which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. Would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

Greta was very responsive and accommodating, great host overall. The place was amazing, perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for cooking our meals. Loved this place!

A lovely home for our month long stay! We were very comfortable. It was disappointing the pool and hot tub were not cleaned/serviced during our time, after asking a few times. It was part of the reason we chose this home. The hostess was very responsive and courteous, explaining the problem was an ineffective switch in the pool company. A partial credit was promised and not yet delivered. I will update this review if anything changes. We would gladly stay in this home again and I recommend it fully!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

House is great, close to downtown nice and quiet at night.

This place was awesome! Amazing views, great amenities (especially the pool), great location, walkable to almost anywhere, lady bird lake was great to walk every morning. The place itself was amazing. Very clean and everything was easy to find! We checked in after midnight and it was as easy as can be!

John’s condo was simply amazing. We came for the weekend to attend a wedding at Villa Antonio & our family of 5 (with adult children) stayed. It is probably one of the most comfortable & serene places/ locations we have stayed. The kitchen is stocked for cooking if you choose. The kids reported the beds were super comfy & our king bed was wonderful. The adult kids took the golf cart to the beach club & the amenities there are outstanding. Multiple pools, ample seating, giant hot tub, & a workout room. The decor in the condo is luxury upscale. The rain showers in the bathroom are a nice touch. Each bedroom had charger pads for electronics & the QR code provides all the instructions/ activities needed. We sat on the balcony overlooking Lake Travis, it was peaceful. We saw deer / foxes. The condo is located on the 2nd fl & John provides a cart for your luggage as a nice extra to get from car to the elevator in one trip. John is highly responsive. Can’t wait to return! If you want best best views of the city I highly recommend booking this AirBnb! Within walking distance to plenty of local restaurants and bars and it felt safe even late at night. I loved the valet even though a little pricey for one night it was extremely worth it and made for a less stressful stay not having to worry where to park. The Vacasa representative was easy to find, knowledgeable and very sweet! Check in was easy and took less than a minute. I would 100% book this place again!

Bre was awesome. We had a couple of questions and she was quick to respond. The place was beautiful and the view of the lake was amazing.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.

The place was a great deal. Nice view and great and efficient space all together. The building is nice. Has many amenities and quiet for the most part. The sheets need to be replaced. You could tell they are old. Otherwise the stay was perfect and they were very accommodating. My stay was stress free, which I needed because I was there to take the bar exam. Overall We would stay again!!

I had an incredible stay at Zach’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, assigned parking and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was fantastic—close to the lake, making it easy to explore the area. Zach was an outstanding host, providing clear check-in instructions, quick responses, and even some thoughtful touches like local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience! Five stars all around!

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and in a peaceful, private country setting….perfect for a relaxing getaway. My kids had an absolute blast, especially with the pool and hot tub, which quickly became their favorite spot. The tranquil surroundings added to the overall experience, and we felt completely at ease during our time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat!

We loved our stay here. We had a group of 7; four adults a two, three and six year old. The clutter free house made it super easy with little children. They had a pack n play with a good mattress and sheets, lots of cool toys and of course the heated pool to entertain them. It made the trip easy and relaxing. They also had plastic ware for the kids and a high chair. Everything was tucked away though, which made it the space feel more sophisticated. I can’t say enough good things about staying here. The temperature was easily controlled, the place was clean (I don’t often feel like I can say this with other listings) the beds were comfy. And it’s all centrally located to some of the best things and places Austin has to offer. Lastly, the hosts are accommodating (within reason of course) and really seem to try and go out of their way to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Thanks so much for making this a great stay!
