Highly recommend! Jacqueline was a very attentive host and made sure we were looked after. The place is secluded and immersed in nature. Perfect if you want to stay away from town, but only an 8 minute Uber to a pretty cool coffee spot on the lake. (Mozarts coffee) Fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices. The highlight for me was the balcony area with the lounges and this incredible view. Each room had plenty of wardrobe space to keep our bags and hang clothes. Loved the bathroom! Very modern fridge and appliances.

We loved the location! My husband runs every day and it was so close to Zilker Park and its wonderful trail, he was able to start his run right from our driveway. Everything was as described and just what we needed. We would definitely return to this spot next time we visit Austin!

Our stay at Marz’s was excellent. Pros included the central location as a base to explore Austin, the unique décor (very artsy and “Austin”), use of the washer and dryer, and the tea and coffee she provided. (I found a new favorite coffee blend!) What stands out the most, though, is Marz’s communication: each time we reached out with questions, she was prompt, helpful, and accommodating, providing local recommendations or information about the house. As the listing mentioned, the driveway is steep for low cars, but we had no trouble finding parking across the small street. The cul-de-sac isn’t busy but there is noise from roads and other properties nearby, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place and would be glad to stay again. The check-out requirements were the easiest of any Airbnb I’ve rented!

Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A .6 mile walk to the Hula Hut. Very comfortable furnishings.

Chris and Shawn's place was lovely. A nice crash pad for us as we had lots going on that day on the South side of Austin. We loved the separate bedrooms, funky lighting, the ample space throughout. We were located right in the middle of where we needed to be. It was spotless upon arrival and we loved the subtle touches- coffee and snacks in the kitchen. My bestie and I enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome place for a guys retreat. House is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Tvs, games, outdoor area to hang out. Place was in great shape and clean, 10-15 min from all the activities we did. Great booking!

We enjoyed the stay. Clean and beds were very comfy. It was pretty cold out and downstairs kept pretty cool, so we stayed upstairs most of the time. But loved the townhome.

Super location and Matt was super resposive. The condo has tons of room.

Nice place, has two restaurants close by, one on the water walking distance. Wild life is crazy here, If you like deer they sleep in the front yards. Huge bucks just roaming around. Water in rear is gone but still have some water views. Clean and fast response. Thanks

Cute place! Don't be fooled by the neighborhood we were 2 Ladies and never felt unsafe. Host was super responsive when we had questions. We would stay again.

The home exceeded all our expectations! It is very well decorated and clean. Misty went above and beyond, accommodating us with an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful gesture, especially with a baby. We loved relaxing on the back patio and watching the deer appear daily—it added a special touch to our stay. I also appreciated that every room had its own restroom, and the master bedroom was incredibly spacious. We would definitely book again!

I loved it here! The place had all the amenities I needed and it looked exactly like the pictures. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Had some minor issues in the upstairs bathroom but the host was quick to respond and get them fixed. Overall, I would come here again.

Rented this with my friend from overseas, who said the neighborhood was quiet but maybe too quiet with not a lot around. That's what residential areas are like in most of the country, so I find difficulty faulting it for that. Note that the markets in Mueller are nicer than the closer ones near the highway. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, just not new but we didn't mind. Laundry was super convenient, there were plenty of bathrooms and Roku TV's, a big yard and lots of good things to say, feeling right at home. The only difficulty we had was near the beginning, trying to keep the heater from overreacting when it was literally freezing outside for two nights. This was an exceptional circumstance, the host asked and helped out, and at least we weren't cold, so no points taken off there either. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Even when there was a slight delay with check-in, the host was transparent, apologetic, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. The attention to detail and level of hospitality made this one of our best Airbnb experiences. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

My friend and I stayed at Vivian’s place during SXSW, and it was a perfect respite from our extremely busy days. Quiet, comfortable, close to downtown yet also relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommended!
