Bari : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Sympatyczny gospodarz. Mieszkanie czyste i ładnie urządzone. Bardzo nas rozbawiło ulokowanie otwartego prysznica i toalety w pokoju na drugim piętrze😀. Szybko się jednak przyzwyczailiśmy. Minusem jest trochę mała przestrzeń wspólna na parterze oraz konieczność pokonywania dużej ilości schodów. Niedogodności te rekompensuje jednak widok na morze z każdego pokoju i taras na dachu. Mieliśmy mały problem z kanalizacją ale gospodarz dość szybko się z nim uporał. Trochę nas zaskoczyło, że nie zaproponowano nam z tego tytułu żadnej rekompensaty. Z drugiej strony gospodarz zgodził się bez problemu na nieco późniejsze wymeldowanie. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt i miejsce godne polecenia.

Calaverde ist ein wirklich magischer Ort - der Garten, die Bucht, das Meer. Im November ist es im Haus doch etwas frisch, alles in allem aber ein toller Aufenthalt in Mitten der Natur für uns und unseren Hund. Vielen Dank an Sara und Familie, dass Ihr diesen Ort mit uns geteilt habt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Francesco sehr genossen. Er ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist wunderschön, gepflegt und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Francesco war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob er etwas für uns tun kann. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, hat er direkt geantwortet - immer höflich und nett. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

L’alloggio di Giulia ci ha colpito soprattutto per la posizione in cui si trova: il mare nei pressi della casa raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti è stupendo! Acque cristalline, possibilità di fare snorkeling ma anche spiagge facilmente accessibili con ingressi in acqua semplici! L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e i servizi: spazioso con doppio bagno e un bellissimo terrazzo in cui cenare e intrattenersi. Inoltre in poco tempo si riescono a raggiungere bellissime città da visitare come Monopoli, Polignano e Ostuni; insomma super strategico, super comodo e super consigliato! Giulia infine è una host gentile e disponibile, ha assecondato le nostre necessità di check in e check out e per questo la ringraziamo tanto! sicuramente torneremo!

Beautiful place to stay. Sparkling clean and great setup. 5 of us stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Very quiet location, secure and walking distances to beach, restaurants and little grocery stores.

Der Aufenthalt war ideal mit Kindern, da die Anlage über einen Spielplatz und einen Fußball -Platz verfügte. Alles in allem sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Toller Strand ohne Beach-Clubs. Sehr angenehme Umgebung mit viel Natur. Viele Attraktionen in der Umgebung. Nicola war ein sehr zugewandter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

The Trullo is perfectly placed for exploring local historic towns including Matera and the coast. The outdoor space was a wow especially the pool. The living space is as shown on pictures, it was perfect for the two of us. Be prepared to pay local tourist tax on arrival this isn’t covered by the airbnb fees. Stefano was a super friendly host and helpful throughout our stay.

Abbiamo passato delle vacanze fantastiche al Trullo. Ottima posizione in faccia al mare, posto tranquillo. Gli esterni sono bellissimi, la mia bimba ha adorato la piscina e noi abbiamo approfittato per rilassarci. L'host era molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito indirizzi interessanti da visitare e perfino portato una buonissima focaccia tipica! Consiglio di avere una macchina per potersi muovere nella zona. Grazie mille per queste belle vacanze.

We have had a fantastic week at Vittorios place. The apartment is spotlessly clean, fantastic air conditioning and the washing machine was a bonus. The apartment is a five minute walk from Torre A Mare which is buzzing and full of life. We went to some amazing beaches. Vittorio was so kind and helpful - I was ill when we arrived and his help was invaluable. We loved the apartment which was cosy and clean and we loved the area. This place is a 10/10 for us and we would definitely come again! Thank you Vittorio!

Lucia ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns mit guten Tipps versorgt hat. Sehr schnell in der Kommunikation mit Antworten und Rückmeldungen, war sehr hilfreich für uns. Super Wohnung nur rund 5 min. zu Fuß von einem schönen Strand entfernt. Plus nahe in Richtung Altstadt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Danke nochmals!

Valeria was the perfect host, with lots of recommendations for everything we needed. The location was perfect to the local public beach and a private beach, required a car for everything else, but all very close. I would highly recommend staying here as we would very much return and only stay here again!

Jeden Morgen erwacht man mit Freude und genießt beim ersten Café das Treiben im romantischen Hafen. Einfach wunderschön. La plus belle maison que nous ayons eu la chance de louer sur Airbnb. Encore mieux que sur les photos, environnement magique avec accès direct privé à une belle petite plage. Piergiorgio s’est toujours montré réactif et attentif à ce que notre voyage se déroule bien. Une destination merveilleuse qu’on recommande à 💯 % 🤩 .

Great location , walking distance from three small beaches, easy to get to the tourist attractions of the region by car. lots of privacy, and space for the kids. Quiet neighbourhood (note we were there off season).

Villa MarLu ist eine großzügige und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Riccardo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar, direkt am Meer mit schöner Promenade und schönem Strand. Nette Bars und Lokale fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren in den Herbstferien hier. Perfekter Aufenthalt!

Host molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento perfetto e rispondente alla descrizione. Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi, si affaccia sulla via principale e si trova a due passi dal mare quindi ottimo anche per la stagione estiva. L’appartamento è completo di tutti i comfort e la cucina ben attrezzata, a completare il tutto anche una bella terrazza ed un solarium all’ultimo piano.
