Lena is an amazing host. Very helpful and communicative. Her apartment is spacious, well equipped, with every thing you need. Great kitchen, laundry inside and great little balcony. The complex has a reasonable size gym with everything you need for a work out. It’s has sauna, a large pool and hot tub. The apartment is very close 200 m walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores. The Maria is 300 m away. Venice beach pier is a nice walk and Lincoln blvd has every thing you need on it. Lincoln blvd makes it easily accessible to every part of Los Angeles. Great apartment and stay

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sicher! Es hat eine schöne Lage und ist von den Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Maggie antwortet sehr schnell und war sofort hilfsbereit, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Es war alles super!

The place was clean and convenient for everything. Easy parking and quiet building. And Kathy was very helpful for everything!

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Heated saltwater pool, spa and gym were wonderful and much appreciated. Men's sauna was not working, which disappointed. Really fun area--we loved walking out to everything close by, from coffee and restaurants to Trader Joe's, Target, art museum, theater, UCLA and a botanical garden. Yet in the unit, it was quiet and peaceful. The patio faces a pleasant outdoor landscaped walkway with water features. It is a large complex, however, and sometimes one feels movement from the busy garage underneath. Once we realized it wasn't an earthquake, we were fine with it :-). Our host Lena was very responsive, helpful and gracious. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay here! The studio was clean, polished, and so comfortable to live in, complete with a balcony, gym, pool, rooftop view, loungey lobby and very helpful reception. Sasha made sure I found the right address when I arrived and introduced me to the adorable place with so much detail and care. All living necessities and toiletries were already provided, including towels, washing/personal care, kitchenware and laundry detergent. The location was truly convenient - walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and a quick 10 - 20 minute drive to melrose, beverly, the grove, and downtown LA. Very close to some of the other places I visited as well, such as the Getty, Griffith, and UCLA.

Great place to stay! Simple, clean and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to get into. Would recommend to anyone and I would stay here again no problem!

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Excellent property, excellent neighborhood, and excellent host. We had a very pleasant stay for a week in Aimee’s condo. I was very satisfied with the amenities, the comfort and the vibe of the entire place. Aimee was very proactive and efficient in helping us with a parking issue, as well as being available for recommendations. I gladly recommend this place.

Very beautiful and clean apartment in a nice, safe neighborhood in Los Angeles. Great, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Very convenient with a parking garage and a private spot. Highly recommended!

My stay at Jonathan’s was fantastic! He was very helpful and responsive to all my questions/ concerns. The space was spotless and as described. There’s some fun places to eat nearby! Public parking can be tricky but luckily they’re a few public parking garages a few feet away from the location. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely rebook!

I cannot say enough about my stay here. I stayed here while being displaced from the LA fires and it has been a home away from home during one of the hardest times of my life. Laura is so kind and generous—she did not price gauge at a time when many are. The location in Santa Monica is totally central and a great place to stay if you are visiting LA. Her place is fantastic. Super quiet, very comfortable bed, amazing kitchen to cool and the shower is EVERYTHING. I will always be grateful to Laura and my time here. She couldn’t be a better host 🙏💗.

This is one of the best airbnb locations I’ve stayed in! We stayed for a month and it was amazing. Super nice place that is very spacious and in a great location. Entire house was very clean and there are lots of amenities. Becky and Alex were awesome hosts and showed us the place before we started our stay so we felt right at home from day one. Both of them were very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay. Very safe area and the neighbors are all super sweet. Highly recommend and will stay here again if I am back in the area!

Fantastic place. Great location, close to UCLA campus with major stores, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and many restaurants and coffee shops, all within minutes of walking. Property is beautiful, as described and very well maintained. Everything works and the level of amenities leaves little else to desire. Host was not only very friendly and responsive, accommodating an earlier check in, but when the evening before I announced I will be in LA earlier due to a snow storm, they inquired whether I have a place to stay and offered to help. All in all, an outstanding experience and when in LA next time, I will spend no time looking for any other place.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Really great location. The home is really nice and spacious. The pool was great and everything is pretty quiet neighborhood. Just know you’re in the hills so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs. The hosts were amazing as well. I will be staying here for other LA trips in the future.

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property - it has beautiful canyon views and is only a mile up Fernwood so it’s very close to all the food and shops in Topanga. The backyard area is the highlight. We enjoyed the sauna and sitting outside on the grounds. The house is very clean and well decorated - we cooked and had a night in and the place had everything that we needed. The separate guest space (with its own kitchenette) is great too. The hosts are super responsive and thoughtful and go above and beyond to personalize touches for guests. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

I can’t put into words how wonderful this Airbnb is. We were supposed to visit the area in January but opted to stay home due to the wildfires. Our original Airbnb was booked, so we came across Megan‘s place when it came time to reschedule. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, Megan was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The home is the most comfortable yet clean Airbnb we have ever visited and the amenities really helped this vacation feel a little extra special. From the beautiful hummingbird garden to the sauna to the bag of beach towels, everything created a phenomenal experience for our visit to Long Beach and the surrounding area. If you aren’t from a metropolitan area, your initial entrance to the area may give you a little anxiety, but like any city, there are pockets of good and pockets are bad. Megan‘s home and neighborhood is an expansive pocket of good.

Alison and Brad’s place is an architectural and design masterpiece. A warm and comfortable home, with every possible amenity. Surrounded by lovely, expansive gardens, and astounding views, plus an amazing pool and hot tub, this is the ideal retreat! The hosts are extremely thoughtful and caring and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!
