Truly a lovely home. Love the decor and paintings. The bed was sooooo comfortable too omg.

Great location if you want to be close to downtown, but far enough that you're not in the mess of the construction and traffic. Apartments are just as described and are very well equipped with the basics. Great for longer stays too since there's a full kitchen! We rented the whole building out for a week and everyone stated being very comfortable. Katherine was very accommodating to our needs and was great to communicate with! She was super friendly and made coordinating a large group a whole lot easier because of her flexibility. The onsite parking was great since street parking is hard to come by. Highly recommend, especially if you're staying longer term in SA.

Katherine's place is very charming. It was very cozy. It had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable to the Pearl area and to restaurants. A part of the river walk is close by too. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There was parking in the back and plenty available on the street too. She communicated well and checked in on us during our stay. We highly recommend!

This was absolutely delightful stay. It’s a beautiful property, my family and I felt right at home as soon as we settled in. The pool table actually ended up being everyone’s favorite way to pass the time while we unwinded at the end of our days. My daughter loved the arcade machine and the pool is amazing. Aside from just the home, the location was wonderful too. A beautiful, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were even lucky enough to spot a few deer while driving in and out of the area a few times. I’d like to give a big thank you to Sue, which was the co-host that I mainly communicated with throughout our stay. She was very helpful and responsive which made everything go a lot smoother and we felt well taken care of. We’ll definitely remember this listing for future trips.

Missy was a great host! Very responsive and helpful during the stay. The day we arrived wind had dirtied the pool and she came over to clean it herself for us to enjoy. The place was very clean nothing to complain about! Great host!!!!
