Very spacious and clean, host is very responsive and helped with any needs.

Home was beautiful and exactly what I expected. Bed was extremely comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked will all needed appliances.

Came in last-minute to root on the Gators in the basketball national championship game. Hotels were crazy so checked here. So glad I found Lina’s place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and looks like the photos. The pool is great. Worked by the pool and watched boats float by on the river. Came alone as a woman and always felt fine. Building is quiet.

When I stay somewhere I looks for Safety, Cleanliness, and Location. This place had all three at a 10/10. I felt very safe in the area and in the building. The parking garage also felt safe. Getting into the building was easy with the hosts instructions. The apartment was spotless. Even the floors felt so clean that I felt safe walking barefoot on them (a rarely seen thing). The living area was comfy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. The Location was beautiful. The view from the balcony in the morning is so peaceful and refreshing. The sun rises over the balcony and it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the morning. I would definitely stay here again before looking for another place!

The location was amazing... Literally 5 minute walk to all the main hotels, restaurants & riverwalk. Very spacious unit with all state of the art furniture & appliances. A beautiful balcony view that over looked the pool, weight room & the coffee maker in the lobby made this feel right at home. Verano was responsive in a very timely matter with all questions & concerns. I would definitely recommend to all & would stay here again.

This has been one of our favorite AirB&B’s. Beautiful house! The spaces are very well designed and beautifully decorated. The house has everything that we needed and more ! We enjoyed playing arcade games, pool and karaoke in the playroom upstairs. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy independently and together as a family. Yandiry and her husband were very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Area isn’t far from the main highway, and there’s a gas station right outside the gate. We’re kinda uneasy about the front gate to the neighborhood being broken but that’s entirely out of their control. Other than that, everything was awesome, they left the lights on for us because we were coming in late, tv was on and the home felt welcoming. We loved the amenities and the technology that was integrated within the home.

Lucas/ Nickol’s townhome was a wonderful place to stay for a 5 day girlfriend trip,(or family trip)! Their place was a short walk to The Pearl District / Pullman Market and an easy, short Uber ride to downtown San Antonio and the airport. Lucas/ Nickol’s home was exactly as they described. They answered any questions we had about the house/ area within minutes! We enjoyed staying in their home that had many extra amenities ( plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags,spices, etc. compared to other AirB/B we have stayed in. My familiy loved this place. We were all super comfortable, the house is spacious with beatiful decoration. The kitchen was well equipped and son was every room and bathroom. We loved the details of the phone chargers in each room, the Google Nest, the Playstation. Among others. As soon as we entered the property it was a surprise, how clean it looked and the good smell and atmosphere it felt. Definitely if I return to San Antonio with the family this is the ideal place for us. Thank you for sharing!

I loved this stay and so did my family! It was perfect for our family of four and fur baby. The taco place across the street is immaculate so definitely recommend. Also, Edgar is a GREAT host. He’s very responsive and I loved that!

This was a great house for my family and I. It is very walkable to various local restaurants & coffee shops in the neighborhood. And it is easy to walk to Alamo/downtown area. The house itself was even better than we expected, there is plenty of room for a family of 4. (or more since there are more beds). When we had a minor issue, Jerry took care of it as soon as possible. He has tons of knowledge about San Antonio, and is happy to give you a recommendation if you looking for something to eat or do in a specific area. I would most definitely stay here again and will tell any of my friends planning a visit too!

This air bnb is in a nice neighborhood, very quiet. It was quick and easy to get inside, smelled super clean and fresh as soon as we walked in. This stay was great for our family and it was spacious and felt like home away from home. It was in a great area surrounded by gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shops etc.

This is a fantastic location and excellent condo. The decor was very nice, bed extremely comfortable, and the place has everything you need to live in and be comfortable. The patio overlooks a nice part of the river walk. The facility is extremely clean and beautiful! Love the pool area and artwork! The gym is awesome, had peloton and a ton of weights and machines! Don’t waste your time in a hotel! This place is awesome and a great location. Lastly the area is very quiet, secure, and safe. I will be back!

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

Loved it. Felt like home. Within driving distance to everything. Peaceful neighborhood and neighbors. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, very quiet, yet walkable to great restaurants and some fun food truck yards. Ramiro was great, quick to respond and help with any questions or needs we had while staying here.

I will most definitely come back to this location again, felt like right at home.
