We were in the area visiting family, this is a great place to stay. The view, peaceful and private. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

I felt safe here. The sunset, nature, peace made up for any stress I had earlier that week. I felt so relaxed and homey. It was fantastic. Thank you.

Super cozy tiny home very well decorated and even had toothbrushes ready which came in really handy as well as other basic household items. Location was great had a fun time just shooting down cans in the back yard from the porch and enjoying the hot tub, going for a walk and enjoying the constant sounds of birds which never got old. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Woodshed! A short drive from downtown Wimberley but away from the traffic. Really enjoyed the hot tub and even watched one of the many movies they provided. The mornings were spent with our coffee on the porch. All for a great price. Debbie was very detailed with both instructions and things to do and see! We will definitely come back!

Fantastic getaway in Fredericksburg! The cabin was darling and we enjoyed saying hi to animals in the mornings. The location both to town and the Wineries off HWY 290 was perfectly in the middle. King beds were luxurious, kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tub was toasty in the evening! Ryan was a very communicative host.

My husband and I rented this cabin for 3 Days 2 nights anniversary stay. We really enjoyed the seclusion of not being super close to Neighbors, surrounded by trees and nature. It was very peaceful and Serene. The cabin had many amenities to keep us entertained while having romantic evenings. We loved the vaulted ceilings, the large porches, the hot tub, the porch swing was one of my favorite places to sit, and we loved the large two shower head shower. It was also cool that there was trails to the pond and other games to play in the coffee table. We had such a good time there and would recommend this cabin for any reason to go stay there. We hope to return in the future!

I had a great time at the cabin. It was air BNB is supposed to be: a friendly host who gives you all the privacy you need. It was a gorgeous location with beautiful oak trees and lovely sitting areas... Not to mention the hot tub. I had a great time on the lake. Great swimming (for free) at the boat launch 5 minutes from the cabin. Also went out on an inflatable stand up paddle board. Comal park has a fee, but well worth it. Guadalupe State Park is 45 minutes, Nichols landing a little closer. Easy drive to Fredericksburg or San Antonio from there. I will definitely go back,

My husband and I came here for our eight year anniversary and we loved and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We did not want to leave and we already can’t wait to go back. This place exceeded our expectations and is not far from Main Street. We wanted a place to relax and escape and be with nature and also be able to access the touristy areas of Main Street and shop. Jean we can’t thank you enough for every little detail in the cabin and the area was amazing , we loved waking up to the deer and relaxing at night in the jacuzzi . THANK YOU!!!!

Nice place to stay. It was quiet and peaceful. It was a comfortable cabin with everything we needed.

We loved staying on this 100 acre farm. My family and our two dogs enjoyed a peaceful trip! Would love to come back again!

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the Hive is! We stayed for 3 weeks in this well-appointed little cabin with gorgeous surroundings (I took several walks down to the river with my little pup), and we loved being close to Wimberley. The hosts are fantastic and friendly - one of my favorite airbnbs with many happy memories :)

I highly recommend staying with postcard cabins, it was such a beautiful spot and peaceful surroundings. Would go again.

The G Ranch was a beautiful place to stay at. A beautiful, private, and peaceful location. Has great food around the area and cattle that you can feed. Would recommend for everyone!!

Our stay was perfect. The Cabin was well equipped and comfortable. We were able to bring our dog for the stay and she loved the pond - a little too much. Perfect, quiet location for the weekend to visit our son at A&M. We will definitely be back!

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

This was such a peaceful place! I don’t think I could have picked a better location for my silent retreat. This was a beautiful property surrounded by birds and even a walkable trail. This is a great place in the country if you are looking to take off for a few days. The couple is wonderful and even leaves amazing treats for your stay. I would definitely recommend.

Firstly I was extremely impressed with Darren’s communication skills while me and my wife stayed here. This was a perfect getaway place not far from our home. We enjoyed every moment during our stay and would love to comeback again.

I found myself needing an overnight stay and book this last minute while I was driving to Austin It was a bit further than my final destination, but not so much to be prohibitive, but the price was right Very peaceful and very relaxing, and would recommend if a more laid-back and a bit more primitive style suits what you were looking for or your particular taste Communication was great easy to get in and easy to check out and would definitely recommend

We came here to start our spring break and it was wonderful! It was only supposed to be my husband, me and our 2 fur babies but there was unexpected flight delays for our 2 kids. We messaged Adam and he responded quickly. He was absolutely fine with us bringing them. When we arrived he left us with some delicious cookies. We felt right at home. The fishing poles were all ready on the porch, charcoal supplied for the grill and boats ready to go. We had an amazing time and so did our fur babies! Thanks again Adam!!

Veronica met us with a smile. She was very helpful and let us know of events that were happening in the area. This will be my go to place when visiting the Frio River.

This place is private, beautiful and peaceful. A perfect retreat to unplug, checkout and remember what’s important in life, my only regret is not staying longer. The owners are kind and responsive. I hope to return in the future.

The cabin was beautiful, looked just like the pictures, perfect for families! Also, the cabin came fully stocked with everything you need, to cook and clean. Had some challenges with TV, streaming apps would go in and out having server connectivity issues but overall did not negatively impact our stay. The windows are huge and really allow for a great viewing experience, the fire pit and grill also are a great thing to have. Look forward to coming back, especially once the construction is fully complete, and amenities are available. Host Jacob, was very kind and responsive, the one thing I would recommend is that the shower water pressure and temperature be improved, I saw similar feedback in a review and was hoping it would be addressed prior to our stay but water pressure for hot water, was very low. Location was Amazing!! So close to H-E-B and other food places etc. My family and I would stay again in a heartbeat, really enjoyed our stay!!!

What a gem! This charming historic cottage was the perfect retreat for a couple of days of rest and relaxation. After our first night we were greeted by a beautiful snowy morning, which made for a stunning view. Although it was too chilly to sit on the porch, the cottage was wonderfully cozy even without lighting the fire. The kitchen was well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and single hotplate—everything needed for self-catering. Fresh coffee beans, a grinder, and a drip machine ensured we had plenty of coffee. Kerri kindly offered to do our laundry since the washing machine was awaiting a replacement part. There was plenty of hot water for luxurious baths and showers. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunrise.
