We really enjoyed our stay here. The house & property were beautiful & well kept. It isn't too far from shopping & dining if you desire to do that, but I made sure that we had everything we needed before arriving so we wouldn't have to leave for anything. We're planning for more stays in the future. Communicating with the hosts was very easy.

Our stay was beyond exceptional . The home is like brand new , the furnishings are high end . Great kitchen space for family gatherings . Kitchen island is very large , on one end it’s perfect for meal prep and the other end it’s great for putting together puzzles . The appliances are all in great condition and perfect working order . Many independent areas for conversation , playing games , reading or watching TV. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy the bay breezes while fishing, crabbing or kayaking or just relaxing . The kitchen is well equipped with all essentials and also include measuring cups , cutting boards , nutrabullet , knives , dish soap and sponge . Bathroom with slip proof rugs . Elevator in perfect working condition , really great for bringing up supplies and luggage . The custom golf cart makes it very enjoyable to ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the bay breezes and spotting unusual shore birds. Jeff , the host makes you feel welcome and cared for. Superb

Great place, had everything you needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Gorgeous views of the Guadalupe.

We’ve stayed at many locations from ABB. This place had unmatched hospitality, toiletries, and conveniences. We have a house in the same neighborhood but when it was full needed a place to go. The fishing was awesome right of the back canal. The fenced dog run made the stay very accommodating to our French Bulldogs. 10/10 review from us. We will definitely be back. The owners are very relaxed and just made it easy to enjoy. Best holiday ever!!

Great place to stay! Beautiful view and updated house plenty of room to spread out! 3 bathrooms a bonus. Lots of steps down to the water and lots of rules and things to do to check out but overall a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay on the lake. The house was fully loaded with games for the kids, indoor and outdoor activities and all the amenities you would need. We have stayed in lots of rentals and this by far was the most well stocked accommodations we have stayed in. We loved every minute of our time there.

Kendhall was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. From being flexible with my changing plans to a quick response to get us a pin to the Roku tv, everything was amazing. Property was right on the water and made for an awesome weekend. Thank you Kendhall and team!

Ray was a great host! Excellent communication. His cottage was nice, clean, and as described. Will definitely return when we’re back at Tawakoni.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hen House! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved spending time by the pond, fishing, and soaking in the jacuzzi. The home had a great selection of DVDs for all ages and fun games like Balderdash, which made for some memorable family game nights with the kids. The location was incredibly convenient—close to restaurants, stores, and just 10 minutes from the Magnolia Baseball fields. The house itself is tastefully decorated, warm, and inviting, with plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Cassie was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend The Hen House and would definitely stay here again!

The Lazy River cabin was a perfect little getaway for my daughter and I. Pros: It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, kayaking was fun, fire pit was great, everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect- secluded, but still very close to Waco and all it has to offer. Cons: No smart TV and the dish didn’t work, the ladder to get upstairs would be difficult for older people and impossible for someone with physical limitations.

Great place to stay. The boat ramp is only about 100 yards away. Made it super easy to launch and use the dock.

Tina’s place was so beautiful and so peaceful. They have so many areas set up for sitting and relaxing. It was a great get away and wish we would have booked for a longer stay. The kitchen was also well equipped and everything was so clean.

Great deal for the price ! The host was very responsive and very friendly ! Would highly reccomend !

I'm so glad me and my family chose this place, it met our expectations. My family and I spent an amazing weekend here. There's a ton of fun activities to do. This was a great place to rest and relax. William and Debbie are the perfect hosts!! They always responded immediately to my questions!! They made us feel like family! Their place is very cozy and peaceful with a beautiful view of the river in the back of the house. I wish we had had more time to relax on the back deck and maybe use the fire pit!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kinkema Kottage! Pam and David’s home is next door, this was the guest house, a former fishing cabin. The house to the right seemed to be unoccupied, and across the river is a (stunning) cliffside, so it was very peaceful and quiet. From the thoughtful touches (the cookies!!!) and well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, we had everything we needed, and more. We took advantage of the snacks, and roasted marshmallows for S’Mores one night. Pam was attentive and helpful, and brought over the most incredible breakfast, hot out of the oven. We did leave to go on a hike, and to get food in Graham, but we could’ve easily spent our entire time at the house. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for providing such a great place, Pam and David! We hope to return again.

This is such a beautiful place. The shared dock is such a wonderful treat to have - we were able to catch some white bass right when we arrived! The bed is SO comfortable! The perfect mini vacay if you are in the city. The bridge does have some noise since it’s close, but nothing compared to the city. There are no curtains in the bedrooms so be prepared to rise with the sun - I loved this but my husband did not lol so keep that in mind when booking. 🤩 This was such a Wonderful place and Kathleen is great!!! If you are looking for that home away from home kind of feeling, this place has it. Thanks so much!

Merridee's place was perfect for what me and my gfs needed for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. The only complaints I have was weak water pressure for kitchen sink and the refrigerator water dispenser did not work. These were minor and I hope to come back one day! Thank you, Merridee!

Beautiful location. Peaceful. A relaxing retreat for our family. We love this cabin but we’ve noticed somethings have been broken and not fixed which was a bit sad. So yes we see the repairs that need to be addressed but we love this cabin since it was a part of our family for so long and we are thankful to be able to visit.

It was a very relaxing atmosphere. My Wife and I had a Great Time. Even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. We will definitely return in the future.

While the house itself is small, as described, the outdoor space is the real highlight. The property is beautifully maintained and offers plenty of activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, and cornhole. The deck overlooking the river is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a fantastic stay for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors!
