Having a Garage and laundry facility was super helpful . Trent is very responsive. We had a plumbing issue. Trent fixed it at the earliest. Thank you Trent for an enjoyable experience.

This place exceeded our expectations! It looks even better in person and is remarkably spacious. The entire townhouse was super clean with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The quiet neighborhood felt safe for my morning walks. The location is perfect - very close to Hermann Park which has tons of activities for kids, including an amazing playground. Our family loved it! Being in the Museum District put us close to everything we wanted to visit. The three-story layout gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located place in Houston, we highly recommend this townhouse. It truly felt like a home away from home!

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and had all of the amenities you need. There was a sweet surprise on the nightstand, which was a nice touch. When I first walked in, I started looking in all of the doors to find the rooms, as we were staying with friends. I missed the far door in the living room and was thinking, uh oh. There's a bedroom missing. So I walked around again looking through all of the doors again, there had to be one I missed. And there it was, the master bedroom. Hahaha. It is really nice to have the separation between the rooms for more privacy. Both rooms were lovely and very comfortable.

We loved this place. It was beautiful and well maintained and super comfortable. We were here during the weekend during a festival and even with all that other than a few cars it was pretty quiet. There was plenty of to walk to and even a krogers within 5 minutes walking.

Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

I almost don't want to rate our stay because we want to stay here anytime we are on the coast. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good and fishing was decent. We happened to catch a week of 85degree highs and 75 lows. pay the $2 toll to find open beaches. The closest beach goers were 100 yards or more away from us. Most of other units are permanent residents and extremely friendly. Watermans restaurant across the street, catch live mullet in ditch next to complex for free bait. they provide kayaks, crabs traps. so many extras i cant recommend this place enough. A small alligator came around when I dumped left over bait from crab traps. I luckily wasn't close enough to try to wrewrestle it. Another gator came to say hello when I was fishing close to golf course. They are small but be vigilant with small kids or pets.

Townhouse was beautiful, clean, well stocked. Even a little note with a beverage surprise in the fridge. The host go above & beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. We loved it. Perfect for the bride, bridesmaids, and mothers to have hair and makeup done. It was perfect for our magical weekend!

Christopher is a Great host he responded right away, His home is very spacious and beautiful, lots of room for traveling with friends and family. Very clean. Will definitely book again.

If I live to be a thousand years old, I will not understand why people stay in hotels when vacation rentals like this are available. Lauren's townhouse is CLEAN (and I am a clean freak), well furnished and nicely decorated, perfectly situated in Midtown Houston and close to freeway access, mass transit, area restaurants, and major attractions less than 15 minutes away. We had 4 adults who were able to spread out amongst the three floors and enjoy the ensuite bedroom/bathroom set up. The second floor where all the "gathering" rooms of living, dining and kitchen had great flow and an open floorplan. Lauren responded quickly to any and all inquiries prior to checking in, while we were there for 10 days and after departure to make sure all went well. Having a two car garage that could accommodate both of our Subarus was an extra nice touch. Nice, friendly neighbors in a safe to walk in neighborhood. Would I stay here again? You betcha! Do I highly recommend? Very much so.

A clean and tidy apartment in a great location, close to the Galleria. Beds were comfortable. Easy parking in adjoining garage for two cars. Would certainly stay again.

We loved staying at Raul’s place. As described, in a great safe neighborhood. Raul was extremely responsive and the place is super well set up for making family meals, easy laundry, storing our overseas luggage as well as feeling at home a s lounging about.

Fantastic stay! Great location in the heights with plenty to walk to in the area. Home was just as described. Would recommend to visitors.

We had an amazing stay and loved everyone having their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer, alarm system, and garage were also a plus. The townhome is in an up and coming neighborhood. If you mind your business just like the residents mind theirs, you’ll be fine. It’s great to learn about the history of the city as well. We will definitely be returning for another girls weekend. The host was so kind and helpful and we loved every bit of this multi-level beauty.

We had a Great stay at Alec’s place in Bishop Arts. This turned out to be the perfect location for our family to visit different places around Dallas and beyond. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for an enjoyable week. We really appreciated all the restaurants in walking distance! Great Pizza, Ice Cream, Crepes, Burgers, Mexican, and so much more. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood at night. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Dallas and recommend to others.

The house was beautiful and very clean. location was great, especially if you're doing things downtown. my wife and I travel ti Houston often, especially during baseball season to see the Astros. I will definitely book this place again!

David was the most responsive host I've ever had. Overall this was a good experience with only one small hiccup of the smoke detector battery dying. David was very responsive and came to fix it as soon as he could. Overall, the place was great! It was clean and pretty. A few games were available too. A few items needed to be a bit more finished (e.g. drawers in the bedrooms), but nothing disrupted our stay. It's near a highway so a bit noisy but it didn't wake me up. The gated community increased my sense of safety. Overall a great stay!
