Overall, we had a great stay. Very minor issues! It's still five stars.

We recently stayed at the Ranch House and it was fantastic. The kids were able to feed the wild animals that roamed around and actually came right up to the deck. The house itself was clean and plenty of room for the 8 of us. All items (laundry, dishwasher and TV worked great). We did the extras offered by RowdyRanch and were not disappointed. We did the pony ride, the Wagon Feed and had the 5 gallon buckets of feed brought to us by RanchHand Ethan. We would 100% come back and plan to. The experience the kids had was unmatched. (if you're afraid of the large animals you can easily stay on the deck and not interact directly). But for those adventurous ones like us, we 'wrangled' the animals to come back with us for feeds and felt comfortable being on the ground with them (but always remembering, they are huge and wild...so respect their space). LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.

We came in town to visit family over Thanksgiving and the DragonFly was a perfect place for my family to stay while we visited. The views and location were great. The house was very well stocked with anything we might need and Michael was very responsive to a few questions that came up throughout our stay. We will absolutely stay again next time we visit Austin.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The house is in a great location for a quiet getaway, but close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Gruene, etc. for fun activities and dining. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. The balcony views of the hill country, especially at sunset was a highlight. Our hosts did everything to make us feel like welcome guests in their home.

Beautiful home was perfect for our family gathering. Home was tastefully furnished with large bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen and baths. The games were a nice touch as too hot to do much outdoors. Very pleased. Thank you Anne!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was amazing! The house itself was something out of a magazine and it was great! The host even kindly let us extend our stay and our check out time. Great communication and a fabulous place to stay! Be careful for the road leading up to it, they are very bumpy and uneasy, especially for a lower car (has nothing to do with the house or host just the area)

Beautiful. It wasn’t warm enough for the pool, but the outside patio was amazing! The home was very kid friendly, clean, spacious, and peaceful! We would definitely stay again!

Just as described, lived the privacy and the pool. A little hot outside but would have loved to make use of the fire pit. Would be perfect in the colder months. Over all a very comfortable and secluded stay.

I recommend this ASAP! SAMUEL and CHRISTOPHER are thorough and attentive. This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Houston. The attractions we visited; Zoo, Museums and Aquarium were less than 20 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping areas are very close as well. A few of us were working remotely and the separate levels allowed everyone to have their own space without a lot of background noise from the family. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood near train tracks BUT the train noise is hardly noticeable and was interesting to see. Everything was clean and instructions were clear for arriving and leaving. we accidentally locked ourselves out, sent a message and got a response in less than 5 minutes. The roof top views were a hit with everyone and well worth the stairs (we played a game of who can reach the top faster), especially during sunrise and sunset. Already planning to book here for our summer trip back to Houston. Great place to stay and see the city

There were 6 adults in our group and all loved the house. It was peaceful and beautiful backyard sitting. It was a 5 minute drive to a much less crowded beach. Tried two of the beach restaurants that were no more than 15 minutes away, both great. Also liked that it was 15 minutes away from Lake Jackson so we could easily avoid Galveston crowds to go to store, etc.

Danny’s place had everything we needed and more with beautiful views of the sunset over the lake and lots of space for the kids to play. We enjoyed our time very much kids all had their own space. Host was very proactive in giving us information about the area and things to do.

We had a fantastic stay at Cris & Michelle’s place! The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thanks again!

Great house for our small family getaway! The house definitely gave us enough space for cooking and a great family bbq. We definitely will be recommending this house for our travel ball friends as well.

This is our second time to stay here and we will be back! So much to do for kids that don’t want to go to beach and so close for the ones that do! Paras is kind and quick to respond! Great host and great home!

Great accommodation and location. Very convenient to gas station/grocery store right behind the house which had everything you need. Easy access to both private and public beach. Angelina is a great host and communicator. She had alot of useful amenities at her place. Our kids appreciate all the toys and games that came with the property. A well recommended place!

The house was beautiful, master bedroom and bathroom on one end of the house, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side with the living room, kitchen and dining room located in the middle. Deer roam around everyday, corn to feed them, I just shook the cup of corn for a bit and poured it on the ground the deer seemed to show up within 5 minutes. Close to San Antonio and all of the attractions. Definitely recommend the local Italian restaurant Gennaro's Trattoria, best food I have ever had. The host was very responsive and helpful I would stay again!

It’s even better than the photos, house was more accommodating than anticipated! Every piece of hardware you’d need! The beach is very nice!

My wife and I stayed at Jubilee Haus for a month in February 2025. it was our forth winter in Fredericksburg and this house was by far the best. The house is spacious and comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The screened in porch is awesome as is the hot tub. It's private yet close enough to town to be anywhere in Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. There are deer and farm animals visible up and down the road along the Pedernales River. Meghan and John we wonderful hosts, always checking on us, we felt like family. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to Fredericksburg. We loved everything about Jubilee Haus! Ten out of Ten! Amazing!
