Great location and easy, walking access to Downtown Dallas. Extremely clean and spacious inside. The hardest part is the initial check-in and trying to find a spot to park while you go in to get the key. My only recommendation would be to add more kitchen utensils and a measuring cup.

Great place for a couple that is close to downtown while still being in a quiet friendly neighborhood. It is a newer property that features a comfortable king sized bed with an additional tv in the bedroom, and a very large walk-in shower. The apartment had DirectTV and Netflix available to guests. Off street parking was great and Shelly was a very responsive and friendly landlord. It is a loft apartment so it does have a flight of stairs if that is a problem for you.

Kind, responsive host with a fabulous place. Condo is centrally located to many great attractions and restaurants. The place was clean and exactly as described. Host was very responsive and accommodating to any need or question.

This place exceeded all expectations. The decor, the cleanliness and the proximity to all things in Brenham. The star is the screen in patio that was a pleasure to have my morning coffee in. I can’t recommend enough.

Daniel and Annie helping me in a bind of a last min booking, and they were ABSOLUTELY amazing ! I booked this trip at midnight on a Wednesday to then fly in less than 36 hours later. They responded to my questions literally in the middle of the night before booking just to put me at ease. My plane arrived very early in the morning, and they allowed us to check in very early to ensure we could rest before the busy hustle and bustle of a long cheer weekend in Frisco with our daughter ! Thank you so much & we will ABSOLUTELY be back if we have another travel comp in the area ! 😍

This was a great place to stay while we were in town for the Houston Rodeo! It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the Metro stop which made navigating easy. Eddie was super helpful with recommendations and very responsive. He was also super accommodating with a request we had even after we checked out. Overall this was a great experience and would recommend to others!

Grate place grate value

A beautiful home that felt like a luxe hotel. There was plenty of space for my family to sprawl out. One bonus that we took advantage of was the garage. There was an unexpected hail storm in the middle of the night and having covered parking prevented us from experiencing any damage to our vehicle. It was such a relief! If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely want to stay at this property again.

Jonathan's house was as described. Check in was seamless. House was located in a safe, quiet neighborhood located near stores and restaurants. Our party of 8, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay as a family. Perfect location for attending the Spurs game. Not walkable to restaurants or attractions but we knew that when we reserved the place and it didn’t affect our stay. The house was spacious, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed staying at Bahram’s home. It’s close to downtown. Quiet. Private. Not many extra blankets was a downside. Not as clean as I would prefer, personally. Overall it’s a good stay, convenient location and responsive host.

Perfect Getaway! My family and I booked this place on a whim for New Year’s Eve, and it exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time enjoying great food and the beach. Donna was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The place was comfortable for my parents, husband, and two little ones, and it was perfect for all of us. Although the complex was under construction at the front entrance and larger pool area, there was a heated pool was available though, that we throughly enjoyed. I would absolutely rebook and highly recommend this place for your next stay!

Really beautiful and well-maintained space with nice views and plenty of natural light. We were impressed by how clean the apartment was and with the amenities available. The area is walkable and safe. It’s close to the river and downtown. The host was very prompt and friendly in all communications. We would definitely stay here again!

me and my wife loved this little condo, honestly I feel like it's a little gem out here in Galveston, it felt like a little home away from home, all the amenities were clean and cared for, and Michael and Julius were always available if we needed anything the community was lovely and felt peaceful and like a breath of fresh air, the pool they have is lovely and we loved spending our time there there's also a nice little coffee shop and restaurant within walking distance if you don't feel like going out too far I loved my stay here and if I come back to Galveston I will for sure be checking to see if there is any availability here first 😁

I always live staying at this condo. There is lots to do and see, or if I just want to relax a little it is very quiet. Diana is always easy to communicate with.
