Warm and quiet big house. Good place. House is very warm when it is cold outside. Lots of space in the kitchen, in the hall. Very comfortable mattresses. Clean linen. Lots of channels on TV. Good hosts. They work very quickly and are our saviors. We had to leave the previous house, it was very cold there and the heaters did not work. We booked this house at 8 pm. And the owners quickly contacted us. At 9 o'clock we were already in a new warm house. The owners even turned on the heater for us. This is a super job and super hosts!!! Good price, service, 5-7 minutes from the center. Everything is nearby. Very quiet and good energy!!! I would like to come back!!! THANK YOU!

Lovely home in a great location! We enjoyed our stay at Mona & Jeff's place. Check in was a breeze and great communication from the hosts. Perfect location! The home was close to so many restaurants and things to do. We were able to walk to everything. Our main focus of our trip was to visit the Redwood National Park and the house was the perfect place to do so. The house was clean and cozy! Large kitchen with everything needed. Coffees and teas provided was a very nice touch. Soft towels and bedding was a major plus. Very friendly neighbors as well. Mona & Jeff responded to messages quickly and even offered to come by to show us how a few things work; much appreciated! We highly recommend staying!

Place was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I’m doing a small group trip.

We loved our stay. The master bedroom had an incredible view of the ocean and we loved walking our dog around the property down to the cliffs every morning.

Comfortable place for one night. Fenced backyard for the dog was helpful. Nice neighborhood to take a walk.

What a gorgeous home! The kitchen and dining area was perfect for a family who loves to cook and gather together. There was plenty of space a comfortable beds for all, great for big groups. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

John's place was such a lovely little getaway near Avila Beach. It was up on top of the hill so felt private and quiet but was close to all that Avila has to offer. The space itself was lovely and comfortable (the queen bed was super but the twins beds weren't the most comfy) and had everything we needed. John met us to show us around and gave lots of local recommendations. We would definitely come back here.

Warm and cozy fireplace in December. I love the heat lamp in the bathroom when I take a shower. The room is so spacious and open, and the Cuisinart hot plate (that most places in the area don’t have) was perfect for my cooking. I stayed here 3 weeks, and Mike and Nic were very responsive to my needs. A great place to stay – love the art and ambiance. Easy to plug in my Roku for nighttime viewing.

Mike & Eula’s loft is a perfect getaway. The views a location are spectacular. We stayed there with our daughter for Spring Break to rest and relax. The loft has all the conveniences you would ever want. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We recommend bringing your own shampoo and soap, since only one set of small hotel soaps were provided. Being right on Main Street made it easy to explore and shop. The balcony was a great place to eat our home cooked meals Al Fresca . We will definitely be back to enjoy Mendocino and the loft.

John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

Great quiet spot. Lots of great walkable restaurants and cute farmers market on Fridays. Great amenities and very communicative.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat. The surrounding community was absolutely beautiful, with lovely pools and relaxing spas that we thoroughly enjoyed. Michele was fantastic—very easy to get a hold of and always responsive, which made our stay even smoother. Everything was just as described, and we would definitely stay here again. Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

Cory was a really great host! Communication was outstanding and his place was just perfect for our tennis trip! We used the hot tub after our long matches and enjoyed walking across the lawn to our friend's unit :) was very convenient! Cory has a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens as well. Super cute place, perfect for a family of 4. Easy to find, loved the jacuzzi under our stairs. Very private, and beautiful setting. Well appointed kitchen. 100% would stay here again.
