Our stay at Nancy’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, Nancy was incredibly communicative and friendly, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The highlight of our stay was the private beach—having such easy access to the water was a dream. We loved taking the kayaks out in the morning, paddling along the calm waters while soaking in the breathtaking landscape. The entire property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, the home was just as wonderful. Large windows filled the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The morning was especially delightful as we enjoyed breakfast bathed in sunshine, with serene views right outside. It was the perfect way to start the day! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The house is exactly as advertised and so easy to get to the beach and bay. Many restaurants in the area.

My family and I stayed at Kim’s place for several nights, and it rained almost every day, but the airbnb was so clean, organized, and comfortable that we fully enjoyed staying in each night, playing games and cooking food. It feels very spacious in the main shared living room/kitchen area, so everyone can spread out. We also brought 2 family dogs, who felt right at home too. The location of this Airbnb is great too because it’s only about a 30-minute drive to both the Bodega Bay Area on the coast and the Santa Rosa wine country area. Highly recommend this airbnb, and would come back again!

It was a beautiful cabin it truly is a magical place. Everything was perfect definitely recommend it 10 /10 we will definitely love to visit again. The host was super friendly and very helpful he gave us very clear instructions on everything we needed to know he answered every text message and every phone call. We really appreciate it. Completely satisfied!!!

Jodi and Dan's house is cute, clean and comfortable and we had the loveliest stay. The kitchen is set up perfectly and makes staying in for meals very convenient. The beds have nice linens and are comfortable and the master bathroom is particularly beautiful. There are speakers around the house that make listening to music easy and everything in the house is easy to find. Getting the kayaks into the river is a bit of an adventure with the marshy area, but it is worth it once you are out enjoying the river. The river really is the highlight of staying here. I also apprecaited the outdoor shower with warm water to clean up from the river. We hope to stay again because this house is a true gem. Thank you, Jodi and Dan!

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was so peaceful and lovely just being on the water. Everything was clean and organized. Check out was super easy. The host was friendly, communicative, and gave us great recommendations, which we appreciated. Would definitely visit again!

Though I did a 1 star due to the fact that after a long drive with 2 toddlers we showed up to a house that had not been cleaned at all. I do have to have to say Madison was quick to take action when she was informed of the issue. In addition the team she sent was extremely courteous and in addition did not take any short cuts and even with house full including 2 toddlers worked quickly and made sure to thoroughly clean the home for us. After that it was a nice first air bnb experience.

Wow! This spot was such a gem. Super cozy spot nestled among the redwoods. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of love into the house. Every detail is comfortable and inviting. The location could not be more beautiful and peaceful. The light shining in through the fog and the redwoods in the morning is a special treat. We will definitely be returning - and we are excited to recommend Rascal's Flat to friends.

This little gem was perfect. It felt like home. It was exactly what I needed. Both Katy and Toryn were very responsive and Shasta was an added bonus to my beautiful morning view outside on the deck. I will definitely be back.

I visited and stayed in cottage 5 in June 2023. Recently, I was lucky enough to get the same cottage, it was really nice to experience the lake during winter season this time in February 2025. Jason and Elaine did a great job of keeping it clean. Me and my husband tried canoeing, and we got drifted away. The hosts were very quick in driving all the way and helping us get back safe to the Airbnb. Elaine also taught me fishing 🎣. It was a lovely visit 😊 Highly recommended for everyone.

It was a nice getaway to Jays place. Cute and eclectic style, was a nice property. It was raining most of our stay so the windows all around were very nice. We enjoyed the birds that surrounded the place. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Is it fancy? No. But it is reasonably priced, in a convenient location, has a great hot tub, and a wonderful host.

Very peaceful, beautiful setting. Beds were very comfortable and layout of house was perfect for our family. Hot tub was amazing, overlooking the river!

What a fantastic place! My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend and couldn't have been happier. The cabin is cute, cosy, lovely and very functional. It has beautiful old world charm with modern amenities like nest heating. The deck is large and was wonderful sitting by the firepit at night. The view of the river and the redwoods was captivating. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely to walk around. Everything we needed was there and Amber was a delight to deal with and very communicative. We want to come back in summer time and think we found our favourite Russian River hideaway.

We had a great time staying here. The property is very thoughtfully decorated. Karen was easy to communicate with and had great recommendations written down in a binder for us. The outdoor space is amazing with easy access to the river. We would love to return during the summer months.

I really don’t know where to start. 5 stars, we’ll definitely be staying again. Paul replies promptly and sent us all the information needed and more within minutes of booking. We were pleasantly surprised with a blueberry pie from our favorite bakery in big bear (sister my sister). Great place for the kids (indoors and outdoors). Definitely recommend it to anyone who will be staying in big bear.

very nice house. cozy, clean and neat. many details that tell about the history of the house and its owners. feels how hospitable and kind in this house. the house has everything you need, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. thoughtful many details for a comfortable stay. If you’re thinking about booking this cabin DO IT! It exceeded all our expectations and so much more! Diana is wonderful and very helpful. The cabin was so cozy and extremely clean! Diana has a true gift for decorating + detail, she put so much thought into each room to make it have that cozy cabin feel. The kids LOVED the cubs den, it had something for each kid and kept them all entertained. ☺️ The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The spa was perfect to relax in after our long hikes in Yosemite, and the front porch and rocking chairs are the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin & allowing us to create memories we will never forget. ❤️

We had such a wonderful time here. The cabin is lovely and the views are just amazing! Perfect for families. Great location, close to shops and grocery store. Our hosts Kim and Tiffany responded quickly when we had questions and were very accommodating. The cabin is kept very clean, it has everything you need and both kitchens are well stocked. A private home on a large lot with gorgeous views and private access to the river, more beautiful than the photos shown. The quarters are a bit tighter than anticipated but comfortable and thoughtfully organized. Would absolutely stay here again.
