We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

We loved this spot - so clean and cute! Location was perfect, peaceful, and beautiful! A great escape for us to enjoy the city of Sausalito!

With the bay on one side and the ocean on the other, it's a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset! Don't miss paddle boarding around Naples Canal or paddling to visit the moon jellies. Shops and restaurants are nearby but not really within walking distance. Overall, I can't wait to come back to visit David’s paradise. Thanks

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

Wonderful stay. Instructions were easy to follow and were provided in a timely fashion. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed in the description. Beds were comfy and the apartment was quiet. Great location and walkable to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. This is a beautiful place! Enrique was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The space was fantastic- right on the water, and since it’s the bay side, the water is really peaceful. The patio out front was perfect for eating food from nearby restaurants or winding down at the end of the day. Apartment itself is really accurately described- extremely comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We also traveled with two kids under 6 and the space was great for them too. This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

The Condo was a real gem for my visit. The bed and unit were incredibly comfortable. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. Harold could not have been more pleasant. He was very timely with responding to my inquiries. I look forward to a future stay soon!

We are a group of friends and family got a chance to rent this home away from home from Jonathan. We had the blast and enjoyed every moment there. Jonathan is very nice and very attentive. On the day we checked in, we arrived 1 hour early, and the cleaners were still there, Jonathan was so nice to sent my friends and his little kids to the local ice cream shop to chill out while waiting for the house to be done. He even ordered ice cream for the kids that made them so happy. He really went extra miles just to make sure we enjoy our trip. Thank you! I would like to recommend his house to everyone. Don’t hesitate to rent this place. It is the most pleasant experience I had from my regularly vacation with airbnb and VRBO every year. Again, thanks Jonathan, we will be back!

This place is amazing and such a nice retreat not too far north of the bay area. Often you find an Airbnb that isn’t fully equipped for cooking, bathing, living, etc. but this house is truly “turn key” and has everything you need. Add the grill and backyard space along the lake, and the arcade games, and it makes for a wonderful stay. We would love to stay again and again in the future whenever we need a quick break from the city.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

Gorgeous and peaceful location within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. Rented beach cruisers and felt like locals for several days. Lovely house with a great view - fireplace was a bonus on cooler evenings. Loved our stay and the hosts were very responsive.

This is a beautiful home located right on the water. The place was clean and the outside deck was a plus! The fridge made a loud buzzing noise during our stay but otherwise everything was perfect. 10/10 -- I'd recommend!

We stayed @ Jaysa’s place for 3 nights with 5 adults & 1 small dog. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and is well stocked with spices, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, etc. there are 2 full baths (1 is en-suite in the twin beds room) with lots of towels, beach towels, toilet paper, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, etc. Every room had a wall mounted heater & there is a gas fireplace so even thought it was cold outside, we were very warm & comfortable inside. The jacuzzi was very nice & it was already turned on & hot when we arrived!!! I definitely recommend you check out Jaysa’s place if you’re ever in Guerneville!

Lots of space to spread out. Great view and access to water. Kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed. Sarah is very responsive.

The place was great for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. We brought our own wagon, which came in handy for hauling chairs and toys. Having a first-floor patio was great for loading and unloading the wagon. The generator is a bit of an eyesore but we still enjoyed the view of the boats on the bay. Parking was tight but we managed to fit a 4-door jeep wrangler in the spot.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. We enjoyed staying at Justin’s place. The communication was great via email. The location was right on the beach and boardwalk. There are several restaurants within walking distance including breakfast places. There’s plenty of nightlife around the area if you’re looking for that. Even though you could hear some of the noise from the nightlife in the front bedroom, it couldn’t be heard from the master and it wasn’t distracting inside the condo. We could hear the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom, which was relaxing. The kitchen was new and clean as well as the bathroom counters. The master shower needs an update and maybe new bedroom carpet, but are still acceptable. The beds were really comfortable. He provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and paper towels. It was just as described on the listing. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve rented, but it was spacious and very convenient, plus parking was included. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.
