Capaccio Paestum : locations de maisons de vacances

Wir waren früher beim Haus als geplant. Dies stellte kein Problem dar und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war perfekt, alles sauber und vorbereitet. Anfangs hatten wir Probleme mit warem Wasser. Dies wurde jedoch rasch behoben. Wir bekamen diverse Vorschläge für Restaurants, Einkaufsläden etc. Jeden Morgen war die Terrasse hergerichtet, der Pool gereinigt und der Garten gepflegt. Termine wurden mit uns abgesprochen. Da wir länger (10 Tage) im Haus waren, kam die Putzfrau einmal zusätzlich. Alles perfekt. Der Strand ist wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Dieser hat uns weniger beeindruckt. Ein tolles Haus und ein hervorragender Gastgeber!

Fantastic stay for 5 family members. Beautiful villa with exceptional view and lovely balcony. Close to store and great restaurant. Loved the kitchen and dining area. Walked down to town twice. Not that hard, but did take the bus on return that dropped off near villa. Also took boat ride along amalfi coast. The best day!! Everything Sooo nice!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Francesca, au milieu des citronniers, des orangers, des serres de tomates et des oliviers! La vue est sublime et Francesca et sa famille sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. N'hésitez pas à acheter les fruits et les légumes qu'ils produisent, ils sont délicieux! C'est un lieu de détente parfait au calme après les visites de Naples, Pompei et de la côte Amalfitaine. Nous sommes ravis, merci!

Alessandra’s place was incredible. We enjoyed being there just as much as we enjoyed traveling around Italy. Town of Conca dei Marini and the little beach there were our favorites. Friendly people, beautiful surroundings, great central location - close to Amalfi, Agerola, Positano and Ravello. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises every day. Property manager, Anna Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Highly recommend!

Adriana is the best hostess you will ever find- anywhere. She helped us with everything we needed- this never happens at any other Airbnb’s. She makes you feel like family. She is nearby but you have privacy and feel completely at home. The apartment was as described and very near Pompeii archaeological site and near great restaurants in old town. She had local tour recommendations which we tried. Our dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden very near the apartment. Our car was safe in an enclosed and locked lot where the garden is located. Very quiet and dead end area unlike other locations in town. Highly recommend Adriana as your hostess!!

Bonjour, Je conseille à tous de venir à Villa Elvira, la réalité est encore mieux que les photos. Elio est une personne de grande qualité et c’est un plaisir et un honneur d’avoir séjourné pour le week-end. L’appartement et la résidence entière est un top!

Det er en rigtig dejlig bolig, og meget rent. Dog kunne sofa og lænestolene trænge til at blive skiftet ud. Rigtig rigtig flot udsigt og der er kun 20 min kørsel til Sorrento. Poolområdet er skønt og der er fine liggestole og parasoller.

We had the best holiday - loved the house (nicer than the photos and perfect - every little detail is taken care of!) the location (local neighbourhood, no tourists but can walk to beautiful spots including Sorrento in less than half hour) and the whole area is fabulous - as well as lazing by pool (a lot!) we went to Sorrento Positano, Amalfi, Ravello Pompei and Naples - and the highlight of our trip - an amazing boat trip to Capri with Roberto/Kraken via Sorrento Holidays - unforgettable and one of best things we have ever done. Also recommend Garden Villa for cocktails and sunset!

Not much to add in agreement with all the positive reviews! Roberto is so helpful and his place is perfect. Tip: bring slippers if in the off season as the tiles are cold on your feet. We prepared some meals as many restaurants are closed until April. Buses are practically empty in the off season. Heating worked very well. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The place is 5 stars in my opinion with a couple little quirks to note. Some really stand out features are the bed is soooooo comfortable, the balcony is very large with a gorgeous view, AC works very well in September, and there is a good restaurant right up the street that you can get to without any stairs called Consintino’s. A few things to note are the shower doesn’t drain very well (it’s positano and everything is old this didn’t bother us much we just used the handheld and turned the water off and on) there are some ants if you don’t keep up on emptying the garbage (again not a big deal, take out the garbage/keep clean) there is a laundry in the apt but the host said it was 15 euros for laundry. When I booked it was advertised as “free laundry in unit” so I would probably just change the description if it isn’t free anymore. The place was really clean and the host was very helpful/friendly. Book the path of the gods hike with Franco on Airbnb experiences for a great day!

The boat is kept in immaculate condition. It’s very well maintained. Simon and Michel our skipper and captain were exceptional and accommodating. We were on the boat for 6 days and the itinerary was great. We were 2 adults and 2 young kids. Best way to see Italy in the summer by far!

The view from this location cannot be beat! Truly incredible! The area was very quiet and peaceful. The house was just as described and the air conditioning worked great, which is important to us. Francesco was very kind and helpful! He quickly responded to any questions we had and checked in regularly to make sure everything was good.

Can’t say enough about this stay!! View is way better than you can imagine…David is super accommodating and assisted us multiple times with recommendations and transportation. 12/10 experience!

Carolinas place is so stunning. the views really are as good as or better than the pictures! Carolina was so wonderful helped us with bus schedules, restaurants etc. her son brought us a bottle of homemade wine the first evening and it was wonderful! we walked to town for food and the bus it is 286 steps so the way home was long but it got easier as the week went on. Can not say enough about this place. Stunning and wonderful and has everything one would need for a fabulous stay!

Valentina’s home was absolutely stunning! Beautiful views and an amazing porch to spend time on. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. She made great recommendations for drivers and transportation. She even went above and beyond when we left a few small items behind. I would love to stay here again!

Fantastic place, stunning views, and exceptionally clean and well kept! Cozy blankets, and a beautiful space. One of the best beds we have yet to sleep in within Italy. Her husband was a gentleman and found us a parking spot and gave us a quick ride back to the location to avoid walking with luggage, and of course, helped us up to carrying our luggage as well. Extremely responsive and somehow magically was around when I needed help! The mermaid island…..THEY CAN FEEL YOU!

This place was so utterly perfect for our group of couples. The views were literally beautiful our photos don’t do it justice. Nocelle is high above Positano and we was nervous about this, but given how busy it is the peace was amazing. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. We loved the terrace and balcony!! We ate at Ristorante Santa Croce which was amazing with views of Positano by night. However our best meal was thanks to Marie-Angela from Mama Luisa who due to a storm came to us and cooked, the food was fresh from her grandmothers garden, we felt very spoilt. Highly recommend booking both places. In fact I highly recommend Nocelle even with one of party with a broken ankle it was hard work with the steps but dreamy! We feel very blessed to have experienced this very special village.

We had a wonderful stay here! Booked for me, my mother and my sister for a 3 night stay. The apartment was in a good location for us, we like to walk and took only 20 minutes walk to the train station, and only 40 minutes walk to Pompei. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and the facilities were great too. Michelina and Amalia were so accommodating to some changes in our estimated arrival time, which was very much appreciated! I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the attractions within Naples, we were able to visit Naples city, Pompei, Herculaneum, and even Sorrento via the train service, which is easily walkable from the apartment. Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time 😊

This stay is as beautiful as it looks and I align with the other positive reviews. I had the best solo birthday trip here! If you don’t buy a car like I didn’t, you can use the unico app to catch the bus from Scala! (10 minute walk) Dont walk, run to book this place!

Nicola was an amazing host. He arranged for a taxi for us from the train station in Naples to Praiano and then met us there and walked us through the apartment. He also arranged for a taxi back to the train station the day we left. Also checked in frequently throughout the stay to see how things were going and if we needed anything.

Loved the Airbnb itself! The hosts were lovely, even brought wine over. Sweetest little doggy outside. Lots of amenities and very clean. I would just advise to be wary of the location. You will need a car in order to get from place to place. The public transportation in Italy can be a bit iffy in non touristy areas. Also, the locals in this area are not fond of visitors unfortunately! Had multiple negative interactions with local business owners. But, don’t let this prevent you from staying as the host and airbnb are lovely! If you are driving and looking for visit Pompeii, this is the perfect inexpensive stay!

The apartment is very nice. The bed is comfortable, the view is great, and the hot tub gets hot! Katia is very nice and will help you with whatever you need. The location is tough unless you have a car or motorbike. While there is a bus stop very close, the buses only go to certain locations. Eg if you want to take a bus to and from positano you have to walk down and up many many (many) stairs to/from the stop.

Nice and clean place to stay with a beautiful garden. We could visit all important spots in the area - Pompeii, Vezuv vulcano, Amalfi coast, Napoli, Paestum, Caserta... You need a car to move around. Friendly hosts.
