Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

I had an amazing stay at this oceanview condo in Oceanside! The views were absolutely breathtaking — I loved waking up to the sight of the ocean and watching the sunset each evening from the balcony. The condo itself was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect home base for our trip. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the stunning coastal views!

We're repeat visitors to this area, and whenever Tina's place is available, we grab it. The location can't be beat with its view of the ocean/beach/boardwalk and proximity to restaurants. The condo is immaculate and has everything needed, including kitchen equipment, an air mattress, garage space, and beach equipment. Tina is a fabulous host who responds immediately and provides constant communication. She truly cares about the needs and comfort of her guests.

What an awesome place to have stayed! Right by the beach, and the owners provide you tons of things to let you enjoy it! Towels, chairs, kids toys, etc., they had it all. The place was well cleaned and everything was awesome. The sofa bed is a little worn and could use a wash on its cover. Showers also didn’t have a detachable hose, which would have been nice. The parking spots are a huge plus, but be mindful that getting two larger vehicles in there can be tough. These are minor things, though, and didn’t deter from our good time. We’d happily stay here again.

A fantastic beach-adjacent spot! An easy walk to lots of food options, and so much to do between the beach walking, and biking paths, and nearby harbor. There’s beach chairs, lots of sand toys, surf and boogie boards and beach towels. The condo is comfortable, and the balcony is fantastic. You’ll find the bed low to the ground but very comfortable. Water pressure is fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking - yes there’s a coffee grinder! This isn’t a quiet spot - the walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors, you’re in a flight path, and there’s a lot of activity in the parking lot across the street. But the bedroom is dark and quiet, and makes for a great nights sleep! A great getaway spot for two.

It was a beautiful view and easy to access all the fun San Diego adventures.

We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.

We had an amazing time here. Chris was a great host, and the place was amazing. You could walk on the beach for miles, or easily walk to great food spots. Also a spot to park our car so we could drive to other places. All told was a great spot and a great time. Would love to go back someday.

This is a perfect Delmar location. The condo had all the amenities we needed and we felt right at home.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

As a family of three on an extended stay, it was critical that we had enough space to be able to unpack all of our belongings, so that the space felt like home. Shawn‘s house has a very large walk-in closet, stocked with fresh towels and linens, and provided numerous hangers so that we could quickly and easily store our clothes so that they were out of our way in the main living area, i.e., there was more than enough space so that we did not have to live out of our suitcases, which was a huge plus for us. Shawn has a variety of hooks in very smartly placed locations in his house that allowed us to hang up sweatshirts, towels, bags and anything else that we wanted to get off the floor. Shawn was exceedingly helpful starting well before we even set foot in his place, and was able to accommodate all of our special requests. Quite simply, Shawn‘s place is fantastic, and Shawn went above and beyond as a host. I highly recommend his place in sunny Coronado, California

Excellent! Highly recommend for a relaxing comfortable stay that feels good for the soul. Had everything needed for a wonderful holiday, with steps down to the beach, comfortable bed and couch, bbq and hot tub and pool. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

This place was perfection for me. Loved hearing the waves at night, and the sheets were soft and cozy, great area, I mean literally perfection.

We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!

We had a great stay! The property is easy to get to and the space is very well appointed. I’ve always dreamed of being “steps to the beach” and this was definitely up there. The one thing to keep in mind is The Strand is a very busy thoroughfare. The unit is amazingly quiet considering the traffic that passes by almost nonstop, but there is very little privacy if you want to be able to sit and enjoy the view, inside or out. I’d definitely stay at this property again, just would choose an upstairs unit if possible and I’d for sure stay at a Casago property again. We had a bit of an unexpected situation and Ruth was lightning fast in not just responding, but jumping to action right away and acting with the utmost grace and hospitality. By far the greatest host experience I’ve had at a rental, hands down.

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We stayed at Amy's place for the holidays. It is brand new, clean and the location is hard to beat. It accommodated our large group perfectly. Amy was very friendly.

Lovely view of ocean and racetrack in a spacious, clean condo. Great location near the quaint town of Del Mar and the city of San Diego. Wide choice of restaurants and cafes within minutes away. Brigantine is our favorite, especially for seafood. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances. Coffee too! Access to washer/dryer helpful.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

Very happy we stayed here. Carl has put a lot of thought into his place, beginning with the upgrades and amenities and including his instructions and communications. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect place for a family looking for a beach getaway. The place was peaceful, spacious, and Teresa had everything you could think of for the beach - a wagon, portable coolers, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys … The entire condo was very well equipped and extra towels, waters, etc were easily accessible. The complex was perfect being just steps from the beach with a pool, spa, and game room. Teresa was readily available for anything we needed and checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay.

Took my wife here to get away and celebrate our wedding anniversary. We wanted to be walking distance from the ocean, and wanted to be in serenity and peace. We absolutely loved this place, great coffee shops that were walking distance away…and just a short walk to the shore. The views form the balcony were perfect, combine that with a jacuzzi up top and it’s the best. We hope to be back in the near future and we thank Janine for an absolute perfect stay.
