This place sure beats a hotel with the same amenities. Someone really decided to design places that have everything you want in a rental unit for travel, vacation, or temporary stay. It is also designed so that it is hard to tell that someone else stayed here before you did! This temporary home was a wonderful surprise! I can think of anything else that the room could have had, but my wife would have liked to see a cabinet in the bathroom. This room has 4 beds. This means several toothbrushes and other things that had to be kept on the sink. That being said, we would choose this place and recommend it to people we care about.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Arlene and Michael were great hosts. Their space was both clean and cozy. I and my party felt right at home staying in their space.

I had a wonderful stay! This airbnb is located in a beautiful but quiet neighborhood with street parking always available to find. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is close to popular parts of San Diego. Host responded quick to any questions I had. There is some active movement upstairs but noise didn’t necessarily bother my stay :) There was active landscaping in the unit next door if you are sensitive to noise but I had otherwise a good time. Lots of amenities available to use!

I was in San Diego for a conference at the Convention Center. The apartment was very walkable to the center--just about 9 minutes. The view from the apartment is amazing--great view of the Bay! The apartment is very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and nice living room. I also really liked having access to the fitness center, which had a full set of a variety of exercise equipment.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Linda was very communicative and helpful and the place is clean. Would definitely recommend!

Tony’s place was great for a family weekend in San Diego! Beds are super comfy (+++ for temperature control in each room!) and the backyard is so nice for eating meals together by the fire pit. Close to freeways, easy 15 minute drive to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. Strongly recommend for groups!

I had a great stay at the apartment—everything was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very thoughtful and accommodating, even providing a child chair without us asking, which was a lovely surprise and made things so much easier. Highly recommend!

Comfortable house in walking distance to Mission Beach. Tons of walkable restaurants, huge paths along the beach to walk, run, bike. The beach is dog friendly during specific hours meaning our pup was able to enjoy it too! Loved that the house had beach toys, chairs and towels making it a lot less to pack. Host was easy to communicate with and gave very clear, helpful information for our stay!

Dan was the most proactive and responsive host we've ever had. The house was beautiful and plenty big. The location is perfect--near both highways and the beach but not surrounded by young partiers. Currently construction on the road and the house on the other side but only during the day. Not too loud as to be disruptive and the host has provided several noise cancelling options. Would stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The location was perfect, just steps away from the great food places and Gaslamp. The host was incredibly responsive and always responded quickly to my messages . The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We escaped LA for a weekend and were not expecting to find such an amazing place. The house is very comfortable and functional. The kitchen fully equipped and ready to cook. The exterior was a real delight for our little dog and our 29 months old grandson. They both just disappeared in the garden and grounds for the length of our stay. The place is peaceful and relaxing. Loved the frog serenade in the evening! Our family thanks you for a wonderful experience.

Just a wonderful experience. The house had everything we could want and more. The only thing we brought (because I can’t live without it) is our small Keurig Coffee maker 😂

I can’t say enough positive things about Coast and this property. We had an unfortunate issue with another rental and rental company that led to our booking being canceled because of a plumbing issue. I contacted Coast as this property showed as available. They responded quickly and jumped into action to get us in so we weren’t stranded. On top of the great service, the house is amazing. Steps to the beach and a close walk to restaurants and stores. We loved the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces on each floor, and the common spaces and roof deck were amazing. Do not hesitate to rent from this company or this house. True 5 star experience all around!!

Very nice apartment in a nice location.

Had a wonderful stay at the condo! Great location, easy parking & self check in, excellent communication with the host throughout the stay. Loved the bathtub, fancy fridge (crushed iced with your morning iced coffee!), and cute patio. Our dog also loved having a huge park nearby for nice long walks. Super easy to get to Torrey Pines and La Jolla Cove for some nice beach hikes and exploring, but also conveniently located next to lots of grocery stores, amenities, etc. Would stay again!

Reza's 1BR apartment was exactly as it looked, which is very nice as well as comfortable. Great for 1 person or a couple. Very easy to get into - especially since I arrived late and didn't get to the apartment until midnight. Directions were clear and easy to follow in order to get the key and get up to the apartment. Reza and team were always responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again on another business trip to San Diego.

I've been to a lot of AirBnBs all over the country. I can't think of a better one than this for what we were hoping for on the trip. The room felt like we were the first ones in it. Every appliance, fit and finish seemed brand new, high quality and in perfect shape. The location was perfect, a few steps from the ocean and the Carlsbad downtown. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time there!

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Had a wonderful stay! Perfect for two people. The proximity to the beach and garage full of toys were definitely the highlight. I have never seen an Airbnb with so many free offerings to its guests. Literally everything you could ever want for a beach activity is available in the garage. We took two of the bikes and had a wonderful ride along the beach. Only slight inconvenience were the guests in the condo above had kids and you can hear lots of footsteps, but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot near the beach. We walked to Tony's every morning for breakfast burritos- truly delicious! There are many water front restaurants and bars. We also were able to walk to our whale watching tour. The pool was gorgeous, the gym nice and clean with everything you need. The condo has all the kitchen items you will need and all the beach items you will need! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location walking distance to a beautiful beach. Bonus points for all the kids amenities! Toilet seat for the kids, pantry full of games, and washer and dryer. I would definitely bring the family and stay here again. Thank you Jacqeline!
