Castille-et-León : locations de vacances avec balcon

La locación es perfecta, si vas de shopping en Gran vía puedes dejar las bolsas y seguir comprando más sin ningún tipo de contratiempo. La cantidad de oferta gastronómica y de recreación alrededor es genial y sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

The home was clean when we arrived and accurate to its description. Easy to get to and very near the centre and all shops. Highly recommend for those wanting a short stay.

Excelente lugar con una buena ubicación, llegas baniñando en menos de 15 min al museo del prado y tienes cerca múltiples restaurantes y bares. Lo único que agregaría es que el departamento se encuentra en un segundo piso con unas escaleras muy angostas y un tanto desgastadas, el edificio no che ta con elevador, si viajas con equipaje abultado o muy pesado posiblemente lo sufras 🥹 Pero el lugar y la ubicación es verdaderamente cómodo ♡

Wow! What can I say about this place other than it was perfect. I stayed with my 2 elementary school aged kids and husband and it was the perfect size with everything we needed and comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate utensils and coffee and we felt right at home. I was amazed by how close everything was and yet it wasn't very loud (in march anyway) and felt private and calm. There is a lovely bakery across the street and a few ramen places and coffee shops all a few doors down. Bonus was a grocery store about 5 mins away and walkable. The intermediary company Minty was great and they let us get in a little early since our flight arrived before check in. Coming from the US I was a bit apprehensive using Airbnb outside country but this place is well worth it. The listing does say no hairdryers but there are 2 available. Additionally, there is no clothes dryer but it worked out fine for us and everything dried on racks just fine. A dual machine would be a great add.

Clara’s place was wonderful - amazing location in the center of Madrid. Clara met us and gave us tons on information about the place as well as the city. Spacious for our family of three. Highly recommend.

Ana was an absolutely amazing host. Great communication, and she was so helpful with recommendations, and even called several restaurants for us to make reservations. The location of the apartment could not be better. You are steps from Plaza Mayor, but would not know it in terms of how quiet it is in the apartment. Walking distance to all that you would want to do in Madrid. If I come back to Madrid, I would definitely stay here again!

I traveled with my brother. It was great to have 2 bed, 2 baths with a common area. The place was so well located - walkable to everything - grocery, restaurants, metro and central Madrid if you were up to it. Alvaro was very responsive, the place was clean, and he had essential bath and kitchen supplies for Day 1. Highly recommend.
