The place was exactly as described, matching the pictures perfectly. Upon entering, I was greeted by a clean and inviting space that was thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

Such a cute place, host responsive. Bed super comfortable (in fact I’m ordering the pillows for my bed when I return). Property only has 1 hammock at this time but worked for us as a couple! Very quiet area. We would stay here again. Evenings can be a little chilly (April stay) bring sweater/hoodie.

The location is close enough to pappys and red dog so that you can walk. The hot tub overlooks a beautiful valley. The location is fantastic and the views are incredible. Comfortable beds - no complaints :)

Had such a wonderful stay here! The property was beautiful, and we appreciated the tasteful interior decorating. I proposed to my partner on this trip, and having this cozy place as our home base in Joshua Tree was the perfect way to set the mood for our engagement 😊 thanks Andrew and Ryan!!

We took a family weekend to stay at Ryan's place, enjoy some of Palm Springs and attend the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. His place was great, in a nice quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs. It was comfy, cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our teenage daughter especially liked that there was a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. Ryan was quick to respond and friendly before and during our stay.

We had a great experience staying at Evie's house in Palm Springs. Would definitely stay again and recommend Evie to anyone looking for a great spot in Palm Springs.

John’s house is located in a quiet, family-friendly community. We liked the location as it was close to shopping, the date farm, strawberry stand & easy access to freeways for day trips. The house was quite spacious, well-stocked & clean. Beds were very comfortable! The pool & hot tub were well maintained & the mature garden make it feel like an oasis. I’d highly recommend John’s place to other families & hope we have the opportunity to return one day!

Travis was a very friendly and accommodating host. The house was very beautiful. We stayed in the master suite with its own bathroom and direct access to the pool. I would love to stay here again for a future trip.

Sandi is such a welcoming person! This room technically comes with breakfast included but my daughter and I were staying because of a lacrosse tournament and we left pretty early everyday that we stayed, so we didn’t require breakfast. Sandi made sure we at least had some sweet treats when we came back late in the evenings. She also made my daughter a fruit bowl and banana bread for our early 3 hr drive to LA the day we checked out. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. The private bathroom is right next to the room. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet too.

We had the most relaxing and wonderful stay at Nancy's place! She is a very gracious and welcoming host. The bedroom and house were very comfortable, and the backyard is peaceful and beautiful. We started each day with Nancy's delicious and generous homemade breakfast - with excellent coffee amd fresh squeezed orange juice! (Being served breakfast really made me feel like I was on vacation.) We explored during the day - Palm Springs, hiking, a local estate and garden Nancy recommended - and in the evening we enjoyed the backyard lounge chairs and jacuzzi. Nancy's dog is a calm, quiet little sweetheart. I wish I could immediately book my next visit. Don't miss out!

My sister and I were looking for an affordable and quiet place to stay while attending Stagecoach. Though staying with Wayne was farther away from the music venue it was so worth it. Wayne and Michael provided a wonderful sumptuous breakfast and they did not price gouge. We would absolutely stay here again and can't wait to start planning another trip.

Bruce and Barbara really go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay at their place. Always friendly and very accommodating. They make you feel right at home! :)

I highly recommend Beth and Bryan's place, a very quiet place and very accessible to other places around. Very clean house and makes you feel at home, very good communication from the hosts and super accessible. I felt at home and safe at Carol’s. Her place is beautiful and smells amazing! Carol gave me lots of space but was always there when I needed her and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was a special treat! Will be back soon!
