We loved this place and it was perfect for our family of four. The Owner really went above and beyond by providing little things that many other homes don't offer (spices, salt and pepper, foil, baggies, plenty of towels, robes, etc.). It was also very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

If Paradise were to leave a forwarding address, this would be to this beautiful place! Both Sandra and her space are exceptionally warm, charming, gracious, and impossible not to cherish! Perfect location was luxuriously comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was ideal for our Coachella weekend (so close, yet far enough too). We cant wait to return again and again to our Coachella forever home!

We absolutely loved this house. The set-up and preparation of every detail was very professional and beautiful. It was very clean and organized. It included great appliances and it was very well equipped. Everything we needed. Suzy and Armen responded very quickly and they were very easy to communicate with. A group of 8 of us had a wonderful stay at this house! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. They allowed us an early check in, left some welcome gifts, helped us figure out how the fire pits worked etc etc etc Would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is gorgeous as in the pictures. It was really breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. Rose was very kind and responsive. The pool was so relaxing to use. We had so much fun using the pool and the whole house. We will definitely return.

Beautiful and clean little oasis in the middle of the palm deserts. The property feels secure and private, while also less than a 30 minute drive to any local attractions. Would stay again!

Beautiful spacious home! Great quiet location. Easy on and off the freeway. Very clean and updated. Pool area was gorgeous. Only wished the pool could have been heated. Would stay here again!

The Nest was absolutely amazing!! Loved the colors,decor, layout, very clean, and definitely spacious for 2 people. Kerrie was very nice, and responsive when reaching out. The area was quiet/peaceful and within walking distance of the main restaurants/shopping area. Me and my husband enjoyed my birthday getaway!! Definitely recommend The Nest! Thanks!!!

This condo was beautiful and made our stat fabulous. The views outside of the lake and palm trees on the golf course were spectacular and the condo itself was well maintained, fully stocked and very comfortable. The gated community was easy to find and navigate and the pools were great. What you see is what you get and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs in the future.

The place is amazing and the wife and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend the holiday season. We loved its proximity to everything and it’s quite and peaceful setting. While there we went to the pools and the pickle ball courts which were fantastic and full of friendly people from the community.

Caroline was a great host! She went above and beyond for our party by (purchasing and) providing a portacrib when she found out we have a baby in the group! My daughter also accidentally left her wedding ring behind and Carolyn had her cleaners get it and arranged to have it mailed with insurance!! Such a relief and blessing!! We had a couple of issues with the unit which we communicated with Carolyn. She responded in a reasonable amount of time and we were able to take care of things ourselves with no problem. The house sits across from a lovely duck pond and very close to the East Clubhouse pools which was very convenient. Beds and accommodations were very comfortable and met our needs. Carolyn was great to work with! Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent house, matching perfectly the description on the announcement. Very clean and organized with comfortable bedroom and fully functioning kitchen. What makes this really special is the attention on details by the host, who left all the amenities we needed for the stay and even left the air conditioning turned on a few hours before we arrived. It is located is a very nice and peaceful resort and a beautiful region.

First time to Palm Springs as well as staying in a 'tiny home.' Wonderful experience in all ways and already thinking about a return trip and would hope to stay in the same resort and in Carolyn's cute tiny home. I was busy packing for my trip, and so not tending to messages from Carolyn/Airbnb. Nonetheless, the late send of picture ID did not jeopardize my reservation and am grateful for Carolyn's ease. The resort was nicer than I anticipated and found the people I met at the pools very pleasant and friendly. It seems that the number of owner occupied places translates into a well maintained facilities and supportive community and makes for a very pleasant place to vacation. A great find! We were very glad to connect with Colette for the first time. We were happy to get the dates we wanted. Colette gave lots of instructions about her place and more info about the Resort. Colette's place is located right by a lake in a beautiful setting. There are lots of ducks to entertain you. Her place was very comfortable inside and had a covered outside patio. We had brought along our usual kitchen items but also appreciated being able to use some of her kitchen supplies. Our bed was king size and very comfortable but made it a little tight to move around the room. We appreciated the Arizona room on the side of the house to keep our extra belongings and to have use of the washer and dryer. Much appreciated. We loved the many pools close by and a 5 minute walk got you in the pools. We had some trouble navigating the TV systems, perhaps due to previous guests, but we informed Collette and she said she would look into it. We look forward to staying again in the future.
