The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

Beautiful space with a lovely backyard. The rooms were perfect with comfortable beds and extra space to keep personal items. The lounge was cozy with spacious sofas for an end of day hang. Very close to downtown Napa for easy access to restaurants and wineries.

I loved the place. It was amazing for the price and I appreciated how clean it was. I often don't like Airbnb's because even if the reviews say they are clean, they usually aren't, but this place was truly immaculately clean. The noise level was the same of what you would have at a hotel. If not less plus there were animals there. The puppy and the kitty bella were my favorite. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue that would make me re-consider coming back is that the beds were very hard. Normally I like a firm bed but these beds left my partner and my backs hurting a lot. Regardless 5/5 stay.

I rented this Jim’s place for my nieces who came to visit San Francisco for 2 weeks. The communication with Jim was super easy and he was very flexible with check in, so they wouldn’t have to wait after a transatlantic flight. The place was clean and light and quiet. While it didn’t have a kitchen (no surprise it was well known from the description) it had a microwave and a decent sized fridge to keep some food fresh. The place seemed newly renovated and even had a stairwell lead to nothing (obviously to upstairs but a wall had been installed). This reminded me a bit of the Winchester Mystery House, I thought it was pretty cool. :) During their stay, he was always reachable via chat and reached out proactively a couple of time to see if everyone was having a good time. Overall, it was a great experience and I can only recommend his place.

The location was very nice. Close to freeways and Restaurants. The place itself was very well organized and well stocked. Adorable little Casita. Freshly built and cozy decorated. Even a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the evening. When I had a question, Elizabeth quickly responded. Had a lovely 2 day stay and wouldn't mind returning again when in the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! On a drive on our last night, we found a bunch of little restaurants/bars within a quarter of a mile. Unfortunately, it was kinda gloomy but the beach is right there. That bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed on. Missed a concert we had tickets to because it was so comfortable that we slept through our alarms. Lesley and her husband were super nice and responsive. Hopefully get to come back and be able to enjoy the beach sometime soon!

great place to stay as always

We stayed here for a night while checking out Sequoia National Park, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The bed is super comfy and we appreciated that we could adjust the temperature with the tablet thermostat. WiFi was fast enough to scroll on phone and take calls. Loved that the place offered a covered parking spot. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was great. Super nice, clean, and cozy would definitely recommend. Loved how responsive they were and accommodating to extending check out.

This is my second time staying at Serena's place. I stayed for about a week for a work trip, and loved everything about this place. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood; the check in was smooth, and you get the entire suite to yourself, which is equipped with everything you will need for a short stay. Serena is a great host and super accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a place where we can bring two cats and found this place! The additional charge of cats were not too bad comparing to the hotel. The spacious restroom to allow us to place a cat litter as instructed. It would be better if they renovate beds but I slept well regardless. The owner was very responsive. A desk is good for remote working, which I appreciated a lot. The place also had dedicated parking for two cars, making very convenient! The neighborhood was niec and quiet (with some cats around). Cindy was an amazing host! The location was in a great part of Hayward, and the place was very clean and safe. She always accommodated our requests and we even extended our stay. I would love stay here again in the future.

Very cute, cozy, and comfortable space. Linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, the bed was adjustable and really comfy even for my husband who’s 6’2”. The interior is updated and nicely decorated. It feels bigger than it actually is. The outdoor living area is wonderful. It was pretty quiet with birds chirping and the hot tub was clean and ready to soak in. Lori was responsive and friendly. Her place was a perfect place to getaway for the evening.

Had a great stay in a quiet neighborhood. The space is a bit compact but totally fine. All the listed amenities were there. Easy walk to bus stops and lots of great places to eat nearby. Vikas has also been very responsive during the whole stay. Definitely recommend.
