Amazing stay! One thing I will note was it was a bit confusing to find the house, especially at night. Check in the house when the sun is out!

Beautiful cabin, great location, well appointed, clean. Cozy and warm, this place was perfect for our little family getaway to play in the snow. The extra touches like plenty of board games, books, little soaps, quilts, and firewood elevate the experience. Host was very responsive and friendly. We didn't have any issues during our stay and had a perfect weekend. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweet Dreams! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the redwood preserves, the ocean, and charming wineries. The beds were super comfy, and the hot tub was inviting and spotless—a wonderful way to unwind after a day of exploring. We loved grilling dinner each evening. Our host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed during our visit.

This place looks exactly like the pictures. Host called to check in on us on day of arrival and informed us that we could call of we needed anything. Kitchen had all basic cooking utensils. Instructions for fireplace, tvs, heat etc were all very clear. Would stay hear again.

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

Everything was great! Place has unique climate and it is very cozy. Sara and Tony was responding very quickly and helped us with everything. Place looks so much better than in the pictures :) We really recommend this house!

This place is magical. There’s a creek in the backyard and surrounded by trees. You feel so far away from everything, but there’s a grocery not too far. The coffee shop right down the street is also very good. 10/10 would come back

Super convenient location by Arnold. Easy access to Hwy 4, restaurants, and stores. Kira was responsive and helpful throughout. Place is even nicer than photos with amazing light through the epic windows. Nicely stocked in kitchen, games/toys for kiddos, bedding, and extras for your winter getaway. Staid super toasty - with or without a fire in the wood burning stove. 100% on our would stay again list. (Be sure to map ahead of time given cell reception)

This is a lovely place with such historic charm. Truly a gem in Modesto and really cool design that needs to be kept up. There are somethings that need to be attended to, and I’m confident they will make changes noted to them. I rented it the night before for the next day so I know that played a role and at the same time, if it’s available then it should be ready. We didn’t get to utilize all the things shared as cool features as they weren’t working. Overall, I would stay again on the premise that certain things are fixed as it’s a beautiful home near my family.

Eoin was a lovely host! We had a fantastic time and Eoin was very flexible! Would come back again for the peace and serenity!

This was easily one of my favorite Airbnb's my wife and I have ever stayed at. Felt like we were in a different world. Deer and turkeys greeted us in the morning, the kitchen was fully stocked, bed was insanely comfortable, and the outdoor bath was relaxing! The current photos don't do this place justice, we will definitely be back!

I had a great stay here, Crysta was very responsive and helpful. The place was stocked with things I forgot to pack and it was situated in a beautiful and relaxing area. Would recommend staying here :)

Kids loved staying at the treehouse. It was a very unique experience, and it was very well priced. Also included in our stay was access to a huge yard with fire pits, games, and hammocks. The stay was very relaxing and fun and we would recommend a stay here to anyone wanting adventure. Rusty was a great and friendly host and made sure we were well accommodated.

Up and up a remote road and thru the redwoods we arrived at a cozy, stunning hideaway. Wow! So clean and well kept our stay was so fun. Nothing like this anywhere. We even saw some wild turkeys !! A great view and a warm fire just made it magical. Oh and outdoor shower might be the best part! Thank You we will come again.

Robin and Mark have a gorgeous property! The treehouse is very well constructed, and even with a little bit of wind and rain, I never felt it sway (for those who are worried). It is well appointed glamping, and the views are just spectacular! They are both incredibly nice and accommodating hosts. Can’t wait to stay again in the future!

I had a wonderful time at the Hideaway! This was my second visit and I would return again! It’s a cozy and comfortable space to stay while exploring the surrounding areas. The hosts are always very helpful and responsive, however you feel very tucked away and secluded. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway for 1-2 people. I’ve stayed both by myself and with another person and the space is a bit more comfortable for just one person, but manageable for two. My favorite activities at the Hideway included knitting by the wood stove (in the cold/winter months), dining in luxury at the outdoor picnic table, and sipping a cup of tea while birdwatching or stargazing. Accessibility note: it does require a walk up a meandering path to get to the Hideaway and to the bathroom.

This is a wonderful place for large groups. Beautiful deck to hang out, cute indoor. Of course it is old and rustic, great place for total relaxation. Clean and simple. We had great time and we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Cool vibes nested in Tam Valley. Easy access to to trails and not too far from SF. Would stay where again for sure. Rob and Tasha were great and very helpful guests.
