Very clean place, well equipped, exactly as described. Only downside, wifi had small issues. Host was really good to communicate with!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place. We needed a place to stay that wasn’t so far from the airport and Kevin’s place was just that and it was also close to beaches which was a plus. The apartment itself was not very big but my husband and I fit very comfortably. The apartment had everything we needed and the host even left many food recommendations inside. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here :)

It was excellent for me and the family. 30mrs away from the sea and yet quiet. Lots of restaurants, amazing greek bakery all within walking distance. Great beach and beautiful house with excellent host.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. A little tricky to get to the actually apartment itself but well worth it! Place was very clean with all the amenities necessary. Host was very responsive and very helpful with local attraction. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tasos!

Il suo alloggio si trova in un angolo di paradiso, una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola, immerso nel verde, a pochi metri da un mare cristallino, con spiaggia di sassolini, attrezzata per gli ospiti, ampio spazio esterno (tavolino e ombrellone per pranzare all'aperto), doccia esterna (super), l'interno suddiviso in un ampio open space, cucina e bagno, è completo di tutto, spazioso, pulitissimo (pulizie giornaliere e ricambio biancheria continuo, mai capitato prima!), luminoso, ben arredato, letto comodissimo. Parcheggio incluso.

This place is just so fantastic if you are looking for a clean, cosy apartment that provides you with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful holiday. To have the beach literally in front of your veranda is the most luxurious thing ever!! As a family of 4 we all recharged our batteries to full as the whole setting allows to each one to follow his/her own rythm. Needless to say that the SUBs and kayaks that are available for the guests are a major plus on top of everything else. Finally, Ilona is a heartwarming and lovely woman welcoming you with a bright smile and tons of friendliness so that you feel home right away. She is very responsive and at your disposal at any time in case anything is needed. Thank you Ilona for everything, we will always remember this week at your’s as one of the best vacation and we would always love to come back!

Flott beliggenhet til sjøen med en fin strand av småstein. 4 ektepar med 4 barn (1år til 10år), koste oss veldig. Bassenget og sjøen var i bruk hele dagene når vi var på huset. Vi hadde 3 biler parkert i garagen under huset, og brukte dem til å reise rundt i området. Rent og pent over alt, godt forhold til verten. Et par spørsmål underveis, ble raskt besvart. Vi syns det var greit med bil der. Takk til Yiannis for et flott opphold og fint sted. Aage

The house is great, the hosts thought of everything and not lacking in amenities. Rafina was peaceful and walkable to tons of variety of food options. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee in the morning and wine in the evening staring out at the water. People are walking their dogs, going on jogs, playing in the park in front of you, having picnics. It’s an absolute serene experience. The hosts are so sweet and attentive and super helpful. They answer every question you have night or day. They have food recommendations and even have a binder in the living room with menus of local options. One thing I’ll point out is use the cross streets in the address description, it was the only way to explain to delivery drivers, taxis and Ubers where to deliver food and where to pick us up.

L’emplacement du logement est privilégié, en surplomb sur la mer avec une vue dégagée, très calme et reposant, ensoleillement optimal. La région est intéressante et authentique avec des très beaux sites naturels et des jolies bourgades environnantes. Les hôtes sont accueillants et ont réussi à proposer un logement très cosy et confortable avec de belles fournitures de qualité.

πολύ όμορφο σπίτι και προσεγμένο.κατα την άφιξη μας ήταν πεντακάθαρο και δροσερό αφού είχαν προνοήσει να ρυθμίσουν την θερμοκρασία.μας άρεσε πολύ ο τεραστιος κηπος όπου υπήρχαν παιχνίδια και δραστηριότητες..το ευχαριστηθηκαμε κι εμείς αλλά και τα σκυλάκια μας!!η επικοινωνία με τον Ron ήταν εύκολη και άμεση σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.ευχαριστουμε!

We had a fabulous week staying at Valentina's place. Perfect location in a quiet area but very quick to walk into town ( 5 minutes steep or a few minutes more if you took the steadier route). The house is spotlessly clean and there are lots of thoughtful extras! Valentina and Marianna were perfect hosts! The terrace up on top is spectacular and 'the icing on the cake'. We enjoyed Skiathos so much we have decided to visit again next year...and would have stayed here without a doubt. Unfortunately the week we wanted was already booked...so don't delay..I'm not surprised it's so popular!

die Unterkunf lag super zentral. in der Küche hängt ein Plan für Restaurants, Bars etc in der Umgebung. um die Ecke liegt der Strand mit lokalen. Wir sind mit dem Zug auch nach Athen, das war auch super einfach. die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr viel Platz, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Charming little house near a wild pebbled creek literally a few meters from the garden gate, super peaceful and great for kids, miltos left some toys and small kittens occupied our kids the whole stay! Antique temple and wild scenery 10min away, perfect spot away from busy beaches. Miltos and Efti were very friendly, fully recommend!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρικό με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη της Χαλκίδας με τα πόδια και πόλη καλή πρόσβαση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Πόλη φιλική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Όλα ήταν εντάξει και ο χώρος όπως έπρεπε

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Η διαμονή μας ήταν τέλεια !! Πολύ καθαρός και μοντέρνος χώρος , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν παρά πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική . Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα !!! ☺️☺️☺️

Great place to stay! Walkable distance from historical centre. Quiet and peaceful area even having lots of restaurants. The house is clean, newly renovated. Host was responsive and proactive. Do recommend!

This was our second stay at the apartment. We arrived early and Athina was very kind to store our luggage for us while we waited for the check-in time. The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood with a good selection of restaurants, several bakeries, and grocery stores - 5-7min walking distance. During this stay we wanted to explore a bit of the old city. Whilst a bit of a trip (40min), the tram route was the most convenient, given there is a tram stop near the apartment. Airport trip was also quite easy as one of the express bus routes stops nearby. In the morning (easy traffic) it took 1,5 hours to get to the airport. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Athina!

The flat has amazing view! And there is everything you need there. Was a pleasure to spend time on the balcony. There is very beautiful church 15 minute drive from the place. And there is beach 5 min walking also spring water next to flat. Enjoy the flat it is great :)
