Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καλά δομημένος, ενώ η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι ήταν άνετα, καθαρά και με μια μαγική θέα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα ευγενικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη. Απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας και θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Alles wunderbar. Einfacher Check-In. Schöne Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles neu. Freundliche und ausführliche Kommunikation. Haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Auch mit Hund kein Problem. Gerne buchen wir wieder.

Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό σπίτι. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένεια και ζευγάρια!! Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Η κ.Βετα ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. (Μας έφερε και έξτρα ξύλα για το τζακι). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

What a beautiful place to stay! It's the perfect place to have a peaceful holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain home! The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. The location is ideal, with traditional restaurants, a mini market, and a gas station all just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, and we would absolutely visit again! Highly recommended!

Ο σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο η θέα απίστευτη σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε για τις μελλοντικές μας διακοπές η κυρία Τεονα πολύ επικοινωνιακή μας πρότεινε πολύ ωραία μέρη να επισκεφτούμε πολύ ήσυχο και οικογενειακό μέρος για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα πραγματικά, πολύ ικανοποιημένος σε όλους τους τομείς. Εννοείται θα επιλέξω και πάλι το ίδιο δωμάτιο με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Dorian σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία σου.

Πολυ βολικό και όμορφο σπιτι. Ο,τι έπρεπε για το σαββατοκύριακο με την παρέα. Ο Σταύρος πολύ φιλικός και άμεσος για οποιαδήποτε επικοινωνία. Το συστήνουμε!!

We loved staying at Senait and Constantino's place! It's a beautiful duplex apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. And the views from the balconies even look BETTER than the pictures. Their apartment is on the top floor with nothing obstructing the view. You can see all the way to the Agean Sea in the distance. Also, street parking has become very difficult to find in Kipesli. It was so great to have a dedicated spot to park our car! Senait was especially helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and was very detailed about all the apartment's amenities. She was also extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed immediate assistance (even when we reached out very early in the morning). We loved staying here and hope we can stay here again in the future!

Sehr schöne, bequeme Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit einer perfekten Distanz zur Innenstadt gelegen. Wirklich super für einen Aufenthalt in Athen

Ενα υπέροχο καθαρό σπίτι στο κέντρο της χώρας! Η κυρία Ευφροσύνη μας υποδέχθηκε πολύ φιλικά και φιλόξενα! Ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις φωτογραφίες και την περιγραφή! Θα το επισκεφθούμε σίγουρα ξανά μείναμε πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι!

A very nice apartment with good space and spacious balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. If you are travelling by car, this place is perfect with its closed parking in garage, and quick and easy access to the main highway and the bigger intersections in the Athens area. I would definitely book this accommodation again.

I stayed a month in Athens and had a lovely time, and it was no doubt made better by staying in this cozy apartment. The highlight is the balcony, I spent many mornings drinking coffee out there. It's also beautiful when the sun sets, with a nice view to Filopappou Hill. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with all you need, and a small but functional bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in walking distance to lots of things. like Filopappou, the Acropolis and Plaka. There's several bus stops nearby, but the metro is more reliable and is also close by (Sygrou-Fix 10 minutes away, Petralona 15 minutes). The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, cafes and small interesting shops.

Barbara's appartement was amazing! Super close to all sights and beautiful neigbourhood with lots of cafe's. The appartement was also super clean and decorated with great taste. We had an amazing time there. Only thing to make note of is that the balcony is only accessible by step stairs. For us this was no trouble at all, but for others it may be!

Achladi is a charming village with beautiful scenery and very kind and welcoming people. The villa was spot on. As described and more with nicely furnished rooms and kitchen and very close to the "platia" just a few meters from the sea. thank you and will be recommending to friends but will also be coming back very soon 👍🏼❤️

It’s the third time I’m organising a wellness retreat in Villa Emanuela. It is always a pleasure to return to this sanctuary of peace, so close to the thermal waters of Aidipsos. Mr Elias is always welcoming us with his big smile, taking care of us and helping us in case we need anything. The communication with both, Christos and Mr. Elias is always impeccable. The villa was spotless, perfectly clean. We thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again soon.

Villa fairytale is a truly beautiful place with stunning views. We have spend two weeks in the house and had a marvelous time. Argirios is very accommodating and helpful with any question or issue you may have. I can recommend the house and the place a 100%. It is a hidden gem and we are looking forward to come back to Evia soon.

The pictures perfectly show the house and surroundings! We love a small town with enough restaurants to eat out when we want to and this was perfect! The host has a detailed listing of surrounding area with recommendations. The house was clean and well cared for. Any question we had was answered promptly. A great stay!!

THE BEST AIR BNB WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN - the best hosts. We have never met nicer, friendly and more welcoming people. We couldn’t recommend this place more. It is magical. It’s so relaxing and beautiful. The best sunsets. Restaurants close by but best to have a car to get around!! We barely left the property though, because it had every single thing you needed. Thank you Irene and Nikolas for having us. We will be back for sure!!! We miss it already

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia nella casa di George. Si è dimostrato sin da subito molto cordiale ed ospitale. Ci ha persino fatto assaggiare una squisita pie al formaggio fatta in casa. La casa rispecchia esattamente quanto descritto sul sito. È molto confortevole per 6 persone ed offre un giardino dove ho potuto addirittura cogliere ottimi fichi e limoni. L’unico piccolo neo è che la casa è attaccata alla strada che collega il porto alla parte occidentale dell’isola e quindi pur essendo totalmente immersa nel verde risente del rumore delle macchine e dei motorini. Però questo non disturba assolutamente il riposo notturno in quanto le doppie finestre sono molto ben isolanti. Nel complesso siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno nella casa di George.

Lovely villa in a fabulous location. Is a little hike with the suitcases if they are heavy from the port but well worth it. Even though building either side it was very quiet and didn’t realise it was going on. The view from pool is lovely. Local restaurants are very nice recommended by Nassia. Can even walk all around the harbour and little town. A local supermarket 5 mins walk which has everything you need. So no need for car hire a few back packs were enough. Has everything you need in the villa for an enjoyable stay. Nassia is quick to respond to any questions. Would Recommend this Villa. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. One thing would say definitely book the ferry as they get very full indeed.

A stunning villa with a gorgeous view of the sea, which is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. Christina was very friendly and welcoming and provided a great list of beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again.
