if you're like us and need a pool, this is an amazing place!! very clean and just as pictured, grill worked without issue. Hosts are very responsive; when we ran out of propane for the grill, they gave us a new one only w few minutes later. this is Texas so nothing is doable without a car, but having said that, it's close to SeaWorld, the aquarium and close to downtown. we stayed here as part of our spring break, and I highly recommend it to you!

Beautiful house, peaceful and private area. If we didn't have the kids we would have probably stayed the whole vacation at the house. The owners greeted us the day of, answered promptly throughout the vacation if we had any questions and welcomed us back when we left. We will be coming back and we recomend this house to anyone.

Our family felt right at home. The home was sooooo comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. We are so appreciative.

The house was in a good location with lots of local restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect base for a week in central Texas. The house was set up and had plenty of convenience for a family stay. The AC and ceiling fans kept it comfortable and their was coffee and tea for guests. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful private outdoor area by the pool. I would definately choose to stay with Carlos and Sarah again.

We had the best time! A family of 9. We all had our own spacious bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were great. It was decorated so nice. Kids loved the pool!!! We swam and enjoyed snack out there every afternoon. Pool table and dart board kept us busy, huge couch and tv for movie time. Anthony responded to all my questions quickly and patiently. Highly recommend staying here!

My partner and I knew we’d be having a long stay here, and Blake was very accommodating when we needed to extend further than expected. Everything was smooth and easy!

We had a great time at Carole's place and really loved the area: close to South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park, and not far from downtown and East 6th. The house is across from a small park and creek, which our daughter loved exploring, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses, both old and new. The house has most everything you need and was comfortable, with good beds and AC to keep you cool when needed. It was great to have the outdoor spaces to hang out when the temps were moderate. We were looking for activities for our 8 year old, and Carole was amazingly helpful with suggestions.

Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

A really charming house. Not a fake house just for AirBnB. We had a very pleasant time.

I can’t say enough about this place. It is everything you see in pictures and so much more. From the deer everyday to frisbee golf if you want. It feels like you’re a million miles away from anywhere. There is plenty to do in the Canyon Lake area but do your self a favor and plan a day or two just to be at the house (so relaxing). Will stay again in the future.

A lovely home in an excellent location. Renovated with all the upgrades in a location you can't beat. Easy walking to the Pearl, CIA & the Riverwalk. This home is spacious, loads of amenities and some extra touches to make it special. Plenty of plugs with both standard and USB outlets. Easily understood labels on switch plates, appliances and the fabulous master shower. Literally steps from the Riverwalk and the Pearl, and yet SO quiet. Felt completely safe and enjoyed it immensely.

A wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. charming neighborhood. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

We loved this place and it was perfect for our party of 8! It’s just outside of town, and feels very private even though it is near a fairly busy road. No road noise was noticeable from inside the house. The living spaces and bedrooms are roomy and have very comfortable and clean-feeling high-end linens. The decor and style of house is very homey and beautiful. Pool and hot tub and outdoor dining are perfect too. We would definitely stay again!

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

Very nice place to stay. A little further away from downtown than expected. However we very much enjoyed the home and the decor. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had planned a girl's weekend to tour the Painted Churches of Texas and Bonnie's place was a beautiful place to spend the night. The accommodations were comfortable, easy to find and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The historic home is lovely. Thank you, Bonnie, for sharing this home with us all.
