Wonderful upstairs end unit, only one neighbor and nobody above you! Directly across from the pool and the fire pit. 5* location!!!

Great location, close to Gruene. Comfortable beds, spacious interior with a full kitchen and outdoor grill.

Perfect rental property for a weekend away in the Gruene/New Braunfels area. We had 6 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The best part was the location; we were able to walk to Gruene! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo and the proximity to the town. View of the lake was gorgeous! Place had everything we needed and we loved the pool and hot tub!

Fred is an excellent communicator and very responsive. The lodging and location was exactly what we were hoping for! It was a beautiful and peaceful stay for our family.

This property was a very pleasant surprise. It was very roomy and comfy with plenty of amenities and beautiful scenery all around the property. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and recreational area was great and we honestly spent most of our time there. The only thing if any were the many bees and wasps around that area but I guess that’s expected and out of their control. There were a lot of dead bugs floating inside the (2) pools and jacuzzi. It would have been a plus for sure if the water in the pools would’ve been cleaner. There’s many stores and good restaurants just a few minutes away. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely return to this property in the future.

This was a wonderful place with everything we needed for our stay. It was lovely and we would definitely stay again. We had a lot of work to do and wished we'd had more time to just enjoy the place!

We had an amazing time staying at this gem of a place! It was literally right off of the riverwalk (if you go on the balcony and look to the right the river is visible and right there!). Everyone that worked here is kind and accommodating! We were never pressured to view any presentation on a timeshare or anything of the sort. It definitely had a resort feel to it and even though we were there during the super busy spring break time it never felt crowded. Great pool! We were able to walk to restaurants, Legoland, shopping, Yanaguana garden (our kids had a blast here), Ripley’s Believe it or Not and the Alamo. I definitely recommend staying here! Side note- Book restaurant reservations in advance when eating at restaurants on the RiverWalk if you go during a busy time.

We received champagne on arrival which was nice after an 1.5 hour drive in (in traffic). There was a small issue as we booked a 2-room suite (1 king, and 1 queen, 2 bath) but on arrival there was an issue so we received 2 king room, which worked out well as they were right across the hall. It was my wife and I, plus a dear friend as we went to a concert.

Convenience to downtown.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was quiet and peaceful close to the highway. I did a lot of exploring, so only spent my mornings and nights at the apartment. Luis and Merzedes were awesome hosts and very responsive! I love that! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was great! Parking was easy once I found it in the morning. (I arrived late at night)

Enjoyed our stay. Apartment style room had great views. Amenities were nice.

I appreciate staying here when working in Austin. Love that there's always some laundry stuff and a few things in kitchen for preparing meals. You can avoid the time share people you do not have to stop by their section when you check in! Once I learned that I was happy to keep returning to here when I travel to Austin!
