Had a great stay at Flop Houze, already looking forward to my return. Took a dip in the pool, an afternoon nap in the hammock and listened to tunes on vinyl while relaxing by the campfire. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Matt was super easy to work with, as I had to change my reservation and quick to respond. We even made friends with the barn kitty 😻. Truly delightful stay!

My boys (12 and 15) and I made reservations for the small container home over spring break, but Matthew reached out a few days before our stay to let us know that some high winds had caused a bit of damage to the container home, and it wouldn’t be fixed by the time we arrived. He kindly and very generously offered to let us stay at the main house for no additional charge so that we could still enjoy our planned vacation. Amazing! We absolutely loved the property, which is lit up beautifully at night and is kitschy and country and comfortable in all the best ways. The decor of the home was unique and fun, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without hesitation. And we fell in love with the goats. So friendly and funny. Matthew was the same when we met him. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this colorful and restful respite from the city.

This was the perfect stay for two! While there were other cottages by us, it still felt very private. We loved the location and would definitely come back!

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

We were hesitant to rent a container. We were so pleasantly surprised. Clean quiet and very close to the party we’re attending in the area. Our only disappointment was we could only book one night due to the Sunday already having been booked. We will definitely return.

This is my second time in this house, and great place for a getaway with or without family. The host is very proactive and responsive. We love the simpleness, decluttered design where you have everything you need in the house. Planning to come back.

We loved our stay with Debby! The home was exactly as described and perfect for a getaway! The beds were comfy, the water was hot, and there was coffee in the mornings! What more could you ask for?! She was extremely accommodating to us and very communicative! We couldn’t have asked for much more. If we’re ever back in San Antonio, we’ll absolutely be staying again!

Great stay that feels private and secluded despite being only about 10 minutes to the town. Great place to recharge and disconnect.

Steven’s place was fantastic! The listing matched the photos perfectly, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The night sky was incredible for stargazing, and the location was absolutely beautiful. Steven was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay.

We booked this as a short, quick getaway from Austin for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Great amenities, great view, and lots of relaxation space. Also, a surprising amount of storage for a tiny home. Very close to town and also to a swimming hole at the Llano River. We would stay again in the near future!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this charming guesthouse. It was spotless, cozy, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding hills. We especially loved the private deck—it would be the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or unwind with a sunset in the evening. The space felt warm and welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully put together. We’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! It is in such a pristine setting, and had everything we needed, plus some! My granddaughters had so much fun enjoying everything, from exploring the woods, to playing all the games and painting rocks, and they were obsessed with the swing on the carport! Bastrop is very near by and is such a cute town with great shops and restaurants. Kudos to Ellen for sharing her place, and making it such a perfect destination!

We had the absolute best time staying here during the F1 weekend! The place was beautiful, spotless, and even better than we imagined. The host was amazing—so friendly, informative, and super responsive to all our questions. It was the perfect cozy retreat after the excitement of the races, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We would love to stay again for future trips! What a unique and beautiful stay!! This was a great location for us to explore Hill Country for a few days. Johnson City was a cute little town and this secluded oasis gave the perfect chance to take in the beauty while still being a quick drive from fun activities. The huge barn ceilings and outdoor movie night made it one of my favorite AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed at!

Geoffs place was the perfect place for us to have a nice relaxing getaway. Check in was easy, chispa (the dog) was a hoot and so friendly, the air bnb was conveniently located just off of south congress and we were able to do a lot just by walking. We enjoyed all Austin had to offer and would recommend Geoff’s place to anyone looking for a clean and tidy place with lots of ambiance.

We had such a relaxing stay! Great place to unwind and disconnect. Host was very accommodating with check in and we greatly appreciated that.

We stayed at the Bin. It was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. It was about a 25 minute drive into Main Street. Jenny was very responsive and was extremely helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next stay!

Katie’s home was picture perfect for our family of 5 and our sweet Dog, Ollie! We loved all the sweet touches from a bottle of wine to s’more items to dog treats! The amenities were top notch and for an Airbnb, Katie made her place like we were at home! The kitchen was well stocked and the linens / beds were so cozy! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back!!!

Wonderful place to stay especially with a child. There were baby bunnies to observe, silly goats, and a pig. The rock painting station was great and it was my daughter’s first time on a hammock. I was happy to see all the stars at night except I wish the host’s garage light wasn’t shining into my face for most of it. The place was very artsy and cute. We had all we needed. I would stay again.
