My wife and I had a great stay at Clay's place. Very close to the beach as well as restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed walking out on the Venice fishing pier and along the boardwalk. House had all the essentials and we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Sabrina was so lovely to communicate with. She reached out before I arrived with helpful check in instructions and responded quickly when I reached out a couple of times during the stay with questions. Her place is BEAUTIFUL, spacious, and quiet. The large backyard was especially nice to spend time in with my two dogs. Very grateful to have been able to stay here and highly recommend this spot!

Melissa’s place is beautiful! Such a great location, close to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, cute shops, and the farmers market, everything was walkable from her home! And the home itself is so darling, beautifully decorated, spotless! It was a lovely space to wake up to and end the night in after a long day. It had everything you could need, and Melissa was responsive if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting LA!

This studio was the perfect, private place to stay. Very close to awesome shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in the Silver Lake area. Other neighborhoods were also a quick drive away. Parking in the area was super easy, never had issues no matter the time of the day. The studio itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The orange tree out in the private yard was the cherry on top - lots of fresh oranges for the entirety of our stay. Highly recommend!

Francesca really made my first air bnb experience very smooth and comfortable. The house was perfect in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Encino. Tons of room for myself, my partner and 4 children. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers in the Encino commons which is a very short drive (about 5 mins). The house was beautifully laid out and clean and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Francesca was quick and responsive with whatever questions I had and gave us directions perfectly and concisely. She even had a booklet of the house layout, instructions, and recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. My family and I felt safe comfortable and right at home in Francesca’s place. We definitely recommend booking with her our experience exceeded our expectations! THANKS AGAIN FRANCESCA! :) <3

Absolutely beautiful location! Loved the private beach access. The property had everything you need. I loved how the space was very open concept and neat. The bathroom was exceptionally well done, from the auto toilet seat, the lights, and the rain shower. Would definitely come back again!

Canyon Ranch was just as described and matched the photos, we had a great trip. Unit B had plenty of space for all of us as we traveled with our pups, who loved being right next door to the park. The Canyon Ranch folks were super friendly and accommodating and kept us informed of anything going on around the complex. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and we felt right at home. Wifi worked very well too. There were other folks around staying in the other units, but everyone was really respectful and we never had any issues with the noise. Hoping to stay again in future trips to the area. Thanks!

It felt peaceful, and private, and it was so much fun. This place is great.

Austin's place was very nice, we had such a great time with the pool table and the beautiful view. We stayed for 1 night due to a memorial I had for my daughter across from his home. The place was very clean, very bright and welcoming. Wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beach and kayaks during the day however there is always a next time. Thank you Austin.

We loved our stay so much! We traveled to Summerland to escape the cold in Boston, and it was exactly what we were looking for and more. The beach, coffee, restaurants, and an adorable book store were within a five minute walk. The space was clean and private. My only advice would be to ensure your GPS is following the directions given by the host! The hill behind the house is definitely a little sketchy, especially if you’re renting a car. All in all we had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

Really really great place, I couldn’t recommend it more. We stayed here two nights surrounding our trip backpacking the Channel Islands and everything was perfect. The ferry times were pretty chaotic, but they let us check in late and check out early both nights. We forgot something at the place on the first night and they grabbed it for us. They were very communicative and helpful. The place itself was amazing and such a perfect location!

The front desk staff were super friendly and great! I stayed due to a family emergency and they assisted on making certain helpful steps. Loved the “home” comfort feeling, with kitchen, washer and dryer access. The jacuzzi was a nice plus! Thank you for everything, much appreciated!

We loved this place and hope to stay again in the future! Jon was super responsive and very helpful. The location is literally steps from the beach and has many amenities. The outdoor space is amazing and our family of 3 loved spending time in the hot tub.

Loved the location and proximity to all entertainment and the beach. Only one recommendation: replace and/or fix the sliding door and sliding screen.
