Greta’s place was amazing and fit exactly what we needed. The home was very clean and had a great layout. The location felt nice and super close to the beach. The best thing was that Greta was able to accommodate an early check-in for 1PM at the cost of extra $. I would definitely stay here again.

Would 100% recommend this place!! It was so cute and in the perfect location. You can’t beat the price for this location. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartamento aconchegante que nos acomodou muito bem, apesar de estarmos em 5 pessoas! Paola foi gentil em permitir que deixássemos nossas malas antes do horário do check-in! Os lençóis estão um pouco velhos, necessitando serem trocados, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia! Fica muito próximo ao pier Santa Monica, bastando uma curta caminhada, com mercados, farmácia, lojas e restaurantes ao redor. Recomendamos a hospedagem!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Great little place for 1-2 people. Fantastic location, 8 minute walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes to 2nd street with loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and cute boutique stores. Ribbro BBQ was fantastic! Some basic info about the place: There are Ceiling fans in kitchen and bedroom with an AC unit in living room. Two beach towels were provided with a bag to carry them. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Stand up shower only in a small bathroom - but fine for one person. Bed is firm with a soft mattress pad, four pillows, a comforter and two extra blankets. Unit C where i stayed is up 1.5 flights of stairs, which are outside, so not accessible if you have mobility limitations. Street parking is available and even on a friday night and saturday mid morning didnt have trouble finding a spot on same block as the house. Host was super responsive to any questions. I loved staying here, and it made a great ‘base camp’ to explore the city and beaches.

My kids enjoyed the spare side walk chalk and sand toys for the beach! And my husband’s service dog enjoyed the spare poop bags that you had on hand! Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

We loved this place! The location was so perfect. We walked and biked to and from the pier and restaurants. The view from the patio was amazing and we loved the sliding glass wall. The place is pretty small but it was perfect for me and my husband. Be prepared for lots of activity on the weekends but we loved the energy and people watching. There is a building going up next door so expect a little construction activity. We would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! We had a wonderful peaceful time at Will’s place. Beautiful view LOVED the location. Will, recommend local spots to eat. We went to Nicks and it was delicious. It was cloudy for 3 days during our stay, but the beach is beautiful still on cloudy days. It's so much fun walking the area. Beautiful houses and a complete beach experience. Will, was great and very attentive.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Long Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stylish décor, spacious layout, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The bedrooms were both cozy and well-appointed, providing plenty of space and privacy, while the 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was ideal—close to the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this gem in Long Beach.

What a LOVELY place to stay, just 6-7 houses away from the sand. Perfect location. Very useful shopping center across the street (Pavillions grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc). The house is very spacious, stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be back soon!

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

We had the most incredible time at this gorgeous condo in Hamilton Cove. This is our second time to stay here and believe me when I say it won’t be our last. The location, views, amenities and kindness shown to us was truly best in class. Thank you again for the most magical weekend. We can’t wait to return!!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Amazing beach house in Marina Del Rey, right by Venice beach. Very practical for a family stay. Nicole was a great host!

Maya's place was exactly as described. It was the perfect size and location for our family. Great coffee shop around the corner!!! Parkong really does suck but that was clearly outlined in the listing. Close enough to walk many places! games and toys were a nice addition for our kids.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.
